Kevin is the best in the business. I have the best experience with Nutri-Lawn as he has been providing irrigation/sprinkler maintenance service in two mid-size office buildings that I am currently managing in Burlington, Ontario. Neutri law took over the care of my sprinkler system last year. They opened it up this summer. There were two issues that came up after and I and I emailed them about it. the first issue was that i though the sprinkler heads were not realigned when they opened because i did not have the controller plugged in when they came. The second was water pooling on the green plate in backyard (see picture). They were quite responsive and came in right away to address my concerns . In both times the concerns were addressed. In both instances there was no issues actually with the work that was done initially. They had been able to align the heads manually when they opened without the controller . Also It turned out that the leak in the box was actually not a leak but rather water coming down from an eves-trough from my house which was pooling over the box. I really appreciated that they came in and reassured me that the system was OK and most of all they didn’t charge me extra for the assurance . the way they have conducted themselves this year certainly solidified my willingness to work with them for many years in the future.
The folks at Nutrilawn starting with Maureen who is prompt at returning calls and directing them immediately to the technicians who in turn are punctual, respecful and awesome! Continue doing what you do best...provide technicians with a knowledge base to execute and achieve results that are required for the project requested. We certainly will not consider another service provider!
Nutri-lawn has been our irrigation service company for the past eight plus years. We've always find the technicians to be respectful, knowledgeable an friendly. Our experience with whom ever arrives on site has been great. Thanks to all the services technician for a job well done.

Id like to thank Kevin and his crew for the fantastic job recently done at our house in Burlington. Our system was installed front and back yards in a timely fashion and with the most professional and polite crew. All knew there job and what had to be done. Cleaned up after the job so all was in order. I have not seen this level of customer care and concern in some time. I must say it reminds me of Old school values . We expect years of worry free service from Nutri-Lawn and their staff.

The service is awesome. They are professional.
I had lighting repair work completed. The fixture was replaced under warranty 2 years after the original installation, which I did not even consider possible. The labour portion of the service, I have not yet received a billing for. The lighting side of Mr. McQueens business has been extra ordinary, from the original design, installation & after install adjustments. They, install the lighting in the daylight for obvious reasons. Mr. McQueen, himself showed up for inspection after dark, to supervise final adjustments!!!!!! Id call that service above & beyond Customer Expectations. If they decide not to bill me for labour which I feel responsible to pay for after 2 years. This Lighting company ranks amongst the highest Ive ever dealt with. Switched Irrigation companies after having non stop issues. Nutri-lawn assessed the situation and fixed all the issues immediately. They actually show up when they tell you they will..... extremely professional and clean.
I had a different lawn service for years that was hugely disappointing (they did so much of their work at the wrong times of the season and ignored me when I told them I was going on vacation and put down grass seed and left a note for me to water it daily--in early August)! I avoided other lawn companies for a few years until a friend recommended Nutrilawn. The difference was night and day. All treatments, etc. are done at the proper times. My lawn is the healthiest and greenest on the block. In the spring, its the first one to green up and look lush. Id highly recommend Nutrilawn!
I did not check with their office to confirm the length of time they have been servicing my lawn but it must be at least 15 years. One does not not continue such a relationship if the service is poor. They are exceptionally good at communication. Initially I called them in because a landscaper installed sod that had some kind of disease and refused to accept responsibility. Over the years their approach of good cultivation has been successful. They have always responded quickly and knowledgeably to any concern. I expect to be doing business with Nutri-lawn for many more years.
I have been a long term client of Nutri-Lawn Burlington and have been impressed with their service improvements over the years. They notify by email of their arrival the day before to allow us to have the dogs out of the backyard. This is a nice touch. They have also added other value added services over the years to make them a one stop yard maintenance company. Thank you
Nutri-Lawn recommended some improvements to the irrigation system installed by another contractor. After installing what they recommended (at a very modest price), we are now getting much better coverage and using water more efficiently as well. We found their technicians well-informed and courteous. They explain and recommend, but they dont use high-pressure tactics. We will definitely be long-term customers.
For the years I have had Nutri-Lawn I think they have done a good job. And have a good crew of people working in the Office and out in the feild
