Terrible customer service they tell you one thing and do another. The service technicians are to busy texting on there phone while applying chemicals hence burning lawn or not applying product. Manager comes out and gives me a date when they will return and than doesnt show up. I wanted to be there when they showed up to apply product they just showed up when I wasnt home. I was told they would contact me before arriving and that didnt happen. I wouldnt recommend them for anything but KILLING my lawn.

Excellent customer service. When I reached out because I didn t feel like the products were working well for our yard set up their customer service was extremely responsive. I had a manager reach out to me to help find a solution for us.

This company comes, does what needs to be done, mosquito spraying, fertilizer, weed spray, and their gone! They do leave instruction flags behind so you know how long to leave your pets OFF the grass.

I have used Weed Man Lawn Care for the past year. I highly recommend their service. They are here promptly per their schedule and our lawn has never looked better.

I started with Weed Man last year and saw a significant improvement in my yards appearance. This year my lawn looks amazing and is so green and healthy and Ive not seen any weeds so far. I called customer service today, and Jovita was a delight! Got everything taken care of lickety-split! Had a follow up call today with Alan to reschedule my service since its raining like crazy today. He got it all squared away in a hurry for me!

The yard techs are courtous and will offer advise whats safe to spray. And also will wait until the pets arecsafe inside the house prior to spraying. Thank you!

New service for me. They havent started very well but still willing to give them a chance since others are worst. So far I have had to call and request every application. Weeds have been stubborn to kill. Tech that apply treatment know nothing about weeds or lawns but do a good job applying the product. They are also a bit expensive. Some services like bug and grub application are close to $200. For a small lot like mine that is outrageous. Lastly most other services apply the first application of fertilizer and pre emergent as one application. Weedman apply it as 2 application so they can charge you twice. They have potential, but will need to take reviews seriously and make some changes. At the end of the season I will decide whether to keep them or not.

Horrible service today! Watched driver not apply anything to my lawn after exiting my truck then he left UPDATE ..after waiting a few hours weedman did reach out regarding the situation and provided a video from inside their work vehicle showing the technician providing service .still dont feel 100% comfortable about the situation considering my ring camera catches all movement and for as many times as he crossed back and forth across my camera it wouldve caught him. Im cautiously continuing service with weedman as of now after speaking with their representative.

I live in an area that Weed Man Kenosha services. I had them come one time and decided to not have them back. I informed them although I was satisfied with the one time service I requested i didnt want to continue with them. The past several months have been a living hell with their constant calling despite politely telling them to stop. If you want your lawn done give them a call but expect to be called excessively by one of their several phone numbers. Please stop calling!

I have had a great experience with Weed Man Lawn Care Racine. The lawn is looking great and I really like that the technician also sends a text providing an update on the visit. I have also called with questions and Alan in customer service has been very helpful.

Started using Weed Man last year and they did a good job on the lawn. Weeds were down and grass looked good. This year there were weeds in the start of the year which never happened with previous lawn care. Kinda bummed about that. They like to upsell on their other offerings but are relentless. No means no people, not interested. Probably moving on to a different lawn care service for next year. I expect more at this price point.

In his Business it is critical to have great customer service and work with your clients availabilities. Luke excels in all aspects of customer service. I have had my lawn fertilized since 2005 by proffesional lawn services. My grass has never been as healthy since going with Weed Man. I have had the same team mow my lawn for the past 6 years. Johnny could not believe how fast my grass would grow. He could barely keep up with the growth of the grass. My wife and I highly recommend Luke and Weed Man. You will not be disappointed.

I am a strong believer in using local companies and I went years ignoring the flyers and marketing Weedman left on my front door. I used several local companies, including Milagers, so you know price was not the driving force when looking for a company to perform this lawn service. Milagers, as other local lawn care services were terrible, as proof as to how my lawn looked. Due to their persistence on leaving those flyers I gave Weed Man a try. I have been using them now for a few years and can only compliment them. The customer service, communication and detail of their workers are exceptional. If you are struggling with switching as I did, trust me you will not be disappointed.

We had one application of fertilizer and weed control - worked very well. We are scheduled for a second treatment as well as lawn aeration, hopefully with good results again. Follow up - all went well with the Fall treatments; just had the first Spring fertilizer treatment. We ll see how the lawn responds over the next few weeks.

Very happy with Weed man Lawn service over the past 4-5 years. Next to no weeds in our lawn. Prompt spot treatment if needed and great uniform coverage. Spoke with Alan today regarding flower bed weed applications as we will be hosting a graduation party this year and would like our yard as clean and weed free as possible. Michael was understanding AND compassionate about our situation and, although I was supposed to respond by March 22, 2024, to save 7% on my 2024 bill, Michael still granted that discount. They do my neighbors property and always get the chemicals on my property, like again today. People have kids, dogs, etc. and, even if they didnt, shouldnt have to worry about having chemicals on their property if they dont use them. My neighbors property looked horrible last year because the chemicals burnt up his grass during a dry spell.

Had my first experience with Weedman today. I didnt expect them and was planning on picking up downed branches and twigs this weekend. What a pleasant surprise to see all the branches and twigs picked up and yard fertilized. Good job. Thanks

I ve also had to call back multiple times concerning the treatment to my flower bedding areas because of the constant weeds. Outstanding service and my lawn is looking the best it has in years

Theyre better then terminix but they just seem to come out inconsistently. Ive given up calling them again and again to get a re-application. They manage the weed enough that I can take care of the rest. But they are expensive. Its like 1100 dollars a year. And they piece out there services. Like the yard is a fee. Next to the house is considered a bed. So then we have to pay for bed treatment. Then they piece out aeration and seeding, and other tasks.

Very reliable and courteous. One thing is if you have a problem they will do everything to correct it. No complaints!!!!

These guys are great! Our new homes yard was seriously neglected. The weeds had taken over. Within a few applications, the yard was starting to show a lawn. Their tecs really pay attention to the lawn thru the season, and will come back out to hit it again to insure the lawns shows positive results. They arent afraid to call and give you an update which is good, because it shows they are paying attention to your yard. They want their results to show! Just an update on the company as we head into the winter season. We have new construction currently going on our home, which unfortunately made it impossible for the Weedman crew to perform their work to our lawn. I reached out to their team, and they were quick to respond back with understanding our situation. They temporarily suspended the service they were providing for the remainder of this year, and informed me they would resume in the spring of 24. Its very nice knowing the service of this team is willing to work around unforseen circumstances like this. Again, id like to say Weedman and their team provide great service to me, and have been extremely happy with the work theyve so far given. We look forward to resuming service from this provider in the spring!

My lawn was beautiful this year, just had a little mix up with yard boundaries at the beginning of the season.

Highly not recommended. Theres no service level standards at all.

They do great work! My grass looks great! HOWEVER I have never been badgered so badly by a company trying to sell more services. I don t mind a few call but 5 to 8 calls a week is the norm. I m completely aware of all your services and I figured after the first 20 no s you would take the hint I m not interested. If harassment continues I m going to cancel my service. However I m afraid you will call even more to try to sell me again.

Michael was very pleasant on the phone and updated my info quickly and efficiently! Weed Man has always been a great place to do business with.
