There is no Landscape company that I know that does a more thorough spring clean-up than JRs Landscaping!! Also their prices are reasonable for that and the lawn cutting!!! Would recommend them to anyone!

I am so happy with the quality and service that JRs Landscaping provided. I asked them to help redesign my backyard, including expanding my patio (more than doubling the size) and connecting it to my newly built shed, as well as create new mulch beds and plant new trees and shrubs. I highly recommend JRs Landscaping! After getting in touch with several landscaping companies and comparing the prices, I decided to work with JR. They are the most responsive one among the companies I contacted. Once Orlando arrived at my house, heard what I was looking for, he immediately gave me suggestions and plans. The day later, he provided me with the quote and sketched layout, which perfectly reflected what I described. They have a very user-friendly system that I could simply selected the projects I would like to proceed with and set up the online account. So far, I had patio, plant beds, and playground mulch installed by them. The workers are professional, efficient, and good-taste. All the installation was done within a week. In addition, I am also using their lawn service, irrigation service, and mosquito control. Everything is done perfectly! I am waiting for the playground structure to be delivered and then installed by JR later. I will definitely have them work on my drive way and front yard projects in the future.

As a disclaimer, I didnt end up using JRs Landscaping & Sons service. That said, they were on time to our meeting to discuss a project to replace our stone retaining wall and had great ideas as to how to make the wall look best given our lawns deep slope. I would recommend them to anyone interested in hardscaping; I was impressed with their creativity.

JR landscaping, removed a current walkway, stacked and relocated the old pavers onto a pallet to a location we wanted. Did a great job laying a new paver bed, then the pavers as we discussed. Everything was as we discussed and agreed to. The team did a great job putting in the pavers, reseeding adjacent to the new walkway, cleaning up and communicating during the whole process. I would highly recommend them for future projects.

I m extremely happy with JR s landscaping and they are simply the best based on my own experience from different landscaping companies over many years. They put a beautiful 350 sq ft patio with sitting wall for me. Everything was done with great quality and attention, not only the patio itself but also sprinkler relocation. We recently used J&R Landscaping to upgrade our backyard and patio. The staff was not only professional but also very accommodating to any of our requests. They installed new pavers, resloped our patio and landscaped the entire backyard. It was all done in a timely and organized fashion while keeping all our needs in mind. They have changed the look of our backyard and it is fetching us a lot of compliments. We would definitely recommend them and use them for any services in the future.

JRs are the best!! We went through several landscapers until we landed on JRs. Orlando and the team are super responsive. They come on time. Their work is amazing. The reason we switched was b/c our previous landscaper, although we were on the annual plan to fertilize the lawn, did not produce any results. Our grass looked worse and worse. I wasnt sure it could be saved. After 3 years with JRs, we joke that it now looks like Wimbledon :). It looks great. No more pockets of dirt. Wow! Highly recommended. How many times have you called a landscaper and no one has called you back? Not this company! Orlando is amazing. He was so attentive to what we wanted to do came out multiple times to answer all of our questions! We had them build a rock wall with boulders, clean up the yard around the wall and place river rock. We were so happy with the workmanship, we then had them come back to plant shrubs and mulch/edge our yard. I CAN NOT recommend this landscaping company more. We ve been using JR Landcaping since moving to burlington 8 years ago. Initially for lawn cutting and fall and spring clean up. Most recently they installed a backyard patio and did grading, irrigation and hydro seed. They are responsive, friendly, fairly priced and do a wonderful job! So pleased with the service we ve received and our yard is really looking great! Edited to add newer photos since grass has grown in even more and we ve had it trimmed by their team as well. Incredibly pleased with my experience working with JRs Landscaping! Right from my first meeting with Orlando and his son, Orlando, they were knowledgable and could see the project before I even had to explain it which made planning the project easier and very efficient. I felt very comfortable with moving forward with the estimate based on prior estimates from other companies, but mostly how confident I was in their expertise. Project day came and I was very impressed with Paul and his crew s kindness, work ethic, efficiency, and attention to detail. Actually, their attention to detail was above and beyond from start to finish. They made improvements on other parts of my property for the sake of making their project better (i.e. installing a new post for my vinyl gate, cutting away a portion of deformed concrete in order to improve water flow away from the house and project, patched cosmetic cracks along foundation, and even concreted inside and outside of the bulkhead- that s a lot!). I even heard them observe each others work and comment on what to improve. The crew worked hard, especially in the heat wave that we had this entire week. Kudos to them for pushing hanging tough. The job was completed with fresh loam/seed and the vinyl fence and gates they had to remove were put back exactly as it was. They even wiped their dirty handprints from the white fence. This was a fantastic experience. What I enjoyed most was that I was able to walk away and not pay any attention to their work because I felt confident they were particular of the quality of their own work. JRs Landscaping is a top class professional landscaping company. I have been using this company for many years to do my lawn mowing and other minor yardwork, but I got a Patio and a Walkway done through this company. When I got the quote, I thought the quote was quite high, but when the work started, the way the whole process from the start of the project until the completion was very professional, with daily updates and discussions with the homeowner, to make sure that the homeowner was getting the best for which they have paid for. Paul is the coordinator / leader for the patio / landscaping for the masonry and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend to only use this company for all your yardwork needs. I even wish if they all did the 5-step fertilizer plan, which this company does not do.

My work

I used the company to install a patio/walkway. They were receptive to idea changes mid project and provided ideas and advice that made more sense than the original design. The detail to design, went far beyond my expectations. However, the best part aside from the job was after the fact when the job was completed. There were some unforeseen issues that arose afterwards. When I informed the company, they didn t even bat an eye in rectifying the issue(s).

I moved to Burlington 8 years ago. I tried so many landscapers and they just all did not do a good job at all. I had basically given up and settled on the fact that they were all the same. This spring I decided to give juniors a shot to see if it was any better. The price is same I was paying for bad landscapers. These guys are just so amazing. They go out there way to do a good job and they never just rush out of there to move on.

I used J&R last year for law mowing / maintenance. This year I asked Orlando and his team to do mulch, edge the beds, and also to start up the sprinklers (in addition to regular lawn maintenance). We have been using Jr s Landscaping company for over 10 years! All of the guys are very responsible and respectful to us and our property. Recently we added another bed to our landscaping and recycled overgrown bushes. They cleaned up the area, laid new loom, and laid pavers to border the new bed. We live in Bedford and have been using JRs for the past five years. We use JRs predominantly for lawn mowing and maintenance (e.g. five -step fertilization, weed and insect treatment). We have also contracted with the company to do lawn rebuild and grading, aeration, reseeding, Fall cleanups and shrub bed mulching and edging. Besides providing excellent service, Orlando (owner) and his management team are terrific about responding to our requests and inquiries. Theres never a delay or need to contact him a second or third time. Staff member, Alvaro, was very responsive and helpful on the five-step fertilization program. All of the crew members have been efficient and courteous and have done very nice work on our property. Needless to say, we have no reservation about recommending Orlandos company.

I have used JR landscaping for my regular mowing and leaf removal and it has been a very positive experience. I had met with other landscapers who were either unprofessional or who were only interested in oversized lots. JR takes pride in their work and care about their customers. If I call or email, I get a response same-day from either Orlando Sr or Jr. Where as other people do the bare minimum or cut corners, JR goes above and beyond. My property abuts the bike path and my fence has huge gaps at the bottom. They cleared the leaves on the bike path side knowing that the leaves would eventually blow back into my yard. It was a lot of additional work that they didnt need to do and they did not charge me extra for it.

Every two weeks my lawn gets the extra care that Jr s Landscaping specializes in. The men are professional and always strive to make sure my property looks the best when they leave. Highly recommend them.

We could tell he was an expert in his field, and was able to point out things to us that we didn t know such as how our existing patio was causing damage to our foundation. We were given a quote quickly, and once we finalized plans, his team was assembled and started on our project. In all, we had a new patio placed, new retaining wall, sod laid, a fence demolished, and the entire property was pruned, weeded, and removed of debris. His crew was always on time, professional, and knew what they were doing every step of the way. I am a very type a person, and I loved that I could ask many questions, and felt I was heard and acknowledged every time. Orlando even made it a point to stop by and go over things mid project (not something every owner would do), to make sure I was satisfied and understood what was going on. I have been using J Rs landscaping for lawn maintenance for a couple of years now. They are always reliable and always do a good job. The other day I was observing how the crew was cutting the lawn. I notice that the person trimming the edges really took his time to do a good job. Later when he used the blower to clean up the debris, he took care to make sure not to blow the crush stones all over the place. It is attention to details like this which makes me recommend them without hesitation.

I asked these amazing guys to do a leaf cleanup yesterday as we were unable to do it ourselves in the fall. Orlando responded within minutes to my email, and his crew not only arrived on time this morning, they made the yard look amazing. I am happy to say that there is not one leaf left in our yard! I m extremely happy with their excellent service and will use them in the future.

Had then do a sitting wall for us less than 2 years ago. One brick is already following part. The wall area has no drainage and fills with water. A few of the top bricks are no longer glued down. Very frustrating that we will have to redo work that was done not that long ago. They also cleared our lot and regraded. They were not able to do things they said they could and we had to have someone else fix drainage. I think it was a bigger project than they could handle, but they didnt want to admit that to us.

Always a great experience to work with JRS Landscaping/Orlando. This is our 4th year working with them and I do not see us going to any other company anytime soon. Orlando is super responsive (unlike a lot of companies out there) and since you can reach him by phone, email or text, communicating with him becomes very convenient. He always gets here on time, has well taken care of our irrigation system needs and he even fixed the irrigation clock for us while we were away. They had come to me via a friend who used them and was happy. After last year and the drought my front and back lawns were a wasteland. The team came in, did multiple passes for de-thatching , aerated, put down some new top soil,over seeded and mulched. My lawn one month later looks fantastic. We couldnt be happier and have a great yard again for our 8mo old to crawl around on. I thought the pricing was fair as well. They also followed up with me multiple times (including a drive-by) to see how things were going and if we were happy - and we are. Thank you!
