Ideal Garden Concept in Burlington

Dave did our complete front lawn, gardens and driveway this August. We are extremely pleased with the quality, timeliness and outcome! Great company to deal with. Dave the owner is easy to work with and presented great ideas and solutions. His flexibility during the work allowed us to work along with him as some ideas changed and evolved. We used Ideal garden for our backyard that had drainage issues and needed a complete overhaul. From the beginning Dave was very professional and came up with a great design that addressed the drainage issue and the once mudpit our dog had created. As his vision was realized and the work was completed we were left with an amazing backyard oasis. No more flooding (had several large downpours this week), and no more mudpit. The stonework is very classy and the gardens are lush. Dave kept us updated every step of the process. Highly recommend 👌

Dave and the team at Ideal executed a full back yard design and build project for us. Dave is a great guy who stands behind his work. The quality of the stone work was excellent, and the design really made the most of our space. Our gas fireplace had an issue (he used a subcontractor to install the gas line, which stopped working after a year or so). Dave came back and personally fixed the line. Standing behind your own work is one thing, standing behind someone else's is even better. Thanks Ideal! A class act.

Our neighbours used this company for their front yard work. We were enjoying our time outside and had to listen to swearing, yelling, and harsh confrontations from worker to worker, all while another elderly neighbour was outside sweeping her driveway. They may do good work but whoever was doing this had no concept of awareness.

Ideal has been great. We have used them for 2 backyard projects and 1 front yard. 5 years after the first project, we needed a small repair and they were here within 5 hours and made it right. I would highly recommend them.
