When we asked for a design with native species for birds, bees, and butterflies, the team at Silver River were keen to help us transform our yards. The other key consideration: a path system that would suit our visually impaired dogs. They offered excellent recommendations, had keen attention to detail, and were a complete delight start to finish. The dogs are as thrilled with their new yard as we are and those paths are a hit. Now, we just have to enjoy watching it all grow. So glad we found them.
I can't recommend Elizabeth and team enough. She was patient with us through the design process and came up with the perfect plan for our vision of colour and light maintenance. We had a few trees planted, a new garden installed and replaced our weed infested lawn with new sod. It looks amazing! I can wait for them to work on our back yard.
I reached out to Silver River a couple of years ago to start work on our front flower beds. I explained that I was not an expert gardener (despite having a lot of gardens!) and was looking for something low maintenance. Elizabeth prepared a lovely design for my entire front garden space and their team did a fabulous job with the planting and post-care instructions. Fast forward to this summer when we asked them back to complete the rest of our garden and develop a plan for a new garden space out front as well. Again, the design and planting services were exactly what we were looking for, and the price was very reasonable for the outcome! We will definitely be calling on them again to assist when we tackle our back yard. Thanks to Elizabeth and Jason and their team for being so responsive and for all the great work!
Exceptional experience all the way around. From the very beginning the communication was professional, timely and clear. We were under a time crunch for a major garden clean up and Elizabeth and her crew made it happen. Thank you to Ethan, Josh and Mitch for their hard work. They'll be back now on a weekly basis for regular maintenance. I was referred to Silver River to have some cedars in our backyard replaced with some healthier grasses. Elizabeth was terrific to deal with, always responded to questions right away and helped us choose the best options for our yard. The guys also did a terrific job with the work and cleaned up the area where the new grasses were planted. An amazing job all around, and we would definitely recommend Silver Rover to anyone looking for some landscaping help.
Silver River was great to deal with. Elizabeth created a landscape design considering our objective to have privacy. With her recommendations, we chose a mix of trees (18 of them) to line the fence in our backyard. The trees were sourced from local nurseries. 3 that were delivered did not look healthy so Jason sent them back and then went to the nursery himself to pick out 3 perfect ones. I was grateful for that! Jason & crew were friendly, professional and did a great job with the installation. I would recommend Silver River for your landscaping needs. We are happy with our backyard transformation.
We hired Jason and his friendly, professional team for a 'Spring Cleanup' this year, based on the work they did at one of my client's homes and their glowing recommendation of Silver River Landscaping. They turned the soil in the gardens, did a big cleanup of leftover leaves etc; pruned my perennials; edged all of our gardens and finally mulched all gardens. They spent the day and worked hard! Due to the pandemic and distance, we worked virtually with Silver River, and it was an amazing experience! Through photos and texts, they planned out not one, but two gardens (one raised and one lower) for the front of our house which had long been neglected. We discussed which plants would suit best and when it came to the time for putting them in, Elizabeth was with us every inch of the way! AMAZING service and we could not be happier with the gorgeous life in front of our house! Thank you so much!

Very easy to deal with from the initial quote request to the booking stage, and received prompt responses to all my questions. Had them come out to do a spring clean up and their team showed up on the day and time they said they would and did an amazing job! They went above and beyond my expectations. We reached out to Silver River Landscaping for a quote to landscape our front yard. Elizabeth was prompt to respond. After stopping by to take some measurements she put together a design based on our conversations. Once COVID restrictions were lifted, we were slotted in for the beginning of June. The crew that came in were extremely professional, friendly and every member of the team knew exactly what needed to be done working like a well oiled machine. Despite the extreme heat, they got the job completed in time. In the end we were very happy with the results and also received many complements from the neighbours and people walking by in the neighbourhood. They completely transformed our perennial rock garden, taking out years of overgrown plant material,then planting many beautiful new specimens, in very artistic arrangements with a splendid palette of colours. Many thanks to Silver River Landscaping for our beautiful front gardens! Due to social distancing, our gardens were designed by Elizabeth remotely through photos and emails. Their team led by Nick along with his brother Colton did a wonderful job and worked very hard through 40+ degree heat and humidity. They consulted with us to make sure we were happy with every step before they continued, and they were able to finish the job in one long day. Highly recommend!

I am so glad that I discovered this company. Elizabeth, the owner/operator and designer, is great to work with! Last year she did a design for our yard that was exactly what we wanted. We decided to proceed with the work this year and make some modifications. Elizabeth of Silver River Landscaping was always prompt in replying to our emails and provided design advice for areas in our back yard. On install both David and Julie were pleasant and hardworking, given it was an extremely hot day. However some of plant material initially delivered was not the healthiest. Which meant a trip back to the supplier for Elizabeth before the job could be completed. We are happy with the final outcome and plan to use them again to work on our front garden.
We recently had our front yard redone by Silver River Landscaping. This included removing old plant material, installing new sod, and designing / installing new gardens. Silver River Landscaping helped us to fix a drainage issue in our backyard recently. From our first contact they were so lovely to deal with. Their work was wonderful and their knowledge of plants etc is so evident. Not only did they fix our issue, but they advised us on how we could improve the look of our backyard by adding some rocks and flowers.
