Let s Landscape just finished up a job in our backyard. They did a fantastic job within our budget and on time. All of the people we interacted with were amazing to work with. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Let s Landscape, Andrew, Steve, Justin and all the crew for the fantastic job redoing our back patio. Each and every person who came to work on the patio were very courteous and extreme tidy, cleaning up each night and paid close attention to detail. When we decided at the last minute to add a built in bbq they were able to design and build it for us too and completed the job on time. We are thrilled with the way everything turned out and can t wait for next summer to really enjoy the patio and bbq.

Some of the most inconsiderate workers Ive seen re: parking. I understand parking on neighborhood streets can be tight, but the workers have shown complete disregard when walking by with a baby stroller, or when driving by.

Very professional, a job well done. Clean up each night was great. Much appreciated final clean up when job was complete.

We have just completed the first phase of a multi-phase plan to improve our landscape and are very happy we chose Let s Landscape Together to complete the renovation. We installed a low, stone, capped and lighted wall along our driveway to replace a rotting railway tie one. What an amazing improvement! Joe was the skilled and personable mason and along with a professional, hardworking and friendly team of Rob, Kyle, and Flavio, and under the watchful eye of Santi and co-ordinated by Andrew, and Dave on the computer, we now have a beautiful stone wall we re proud of. This team worked diligently through the hottest summer days, were tidy, careful, punctual, and friendly. All the details were discussed, laid out in writing and priced out before the work began. Extremely satisfied. The crew was great. Hard working, on time and on budget. They were courteous and even cleaned any debris that went over to my neighbours. Results were beyond expectations. Cant wait to see what it will look like in the spring. 8 month update: everything looks great. still getting compliments from neighbours. even months after they finished, they were prompt to take care of any issues that arose (i had a latch problem with the gate due to weather/temperature changes). Our family has been fortunate to have worked with the team at Lets Landscape Together, many times over the years. So, when it came time to transform a circa 1970s patio and pool which came with our recent home purchase, we knew the only company we would trust to transform it into something spectacular and more up to date was the Lets Landscape team. Boy, are we glad we did. During the reno process, the team encountered more than their share of issues with the old pool/patio, but each situation was discussed by the team, and a suitable solution was well explained and provided to us. Of course, every job has its challenges, however it is how a team meets and overcomes the situation which is key. As for the construction team; each and every tradesman who came to work on our property were courteous, professional and very tidy, so much so that each day upon finish of the work day the team spent considerable time to clean, and sweep any debris left (even on the road!) into their dumpster and take it away. Returning the next day with a fresh dumpster to start the process all over again. We now have a backyard oasis to enjoy with family and friends, courtesy of Andrew, Steve and the entire crew of Lets Landscape Together! All in all a 5 STAR experience. Have to pay a 1000 for a design that was supposedly large blueprint like drawings with full details. Only recieved photo paper sized drawing and did not listen to desired planting. Would not recommend.

Having Lets Landscape manage our yard development from concept to completion provided excellent value for money. A landscape development is like building a house. There are so many professionals involved if you want the job done right. Pricing was precise and detailed by specific structures. There were no surprises. Lets Landscape workers are courteous, insightful and incredibly good at what they do. NEED A POOL? THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST - PERIOD! Let s Landscape created an absolutely gorgeous oasis in our backyard! We really had no idea that our backyard could be so wonderful! If you re looking to have the most beautiful landscaping and pool anywhere... read on!... We decided some time ago that we wanted to put in a pool and have some nice landscaping done out back... we researched everyone in our area.. I do mean EVERYONE! Andrew came over and we could tell right off the bat that he knew what he was doing and that he would do it right. We weren t looking for the cheapest but we were looking for value, we got superior quality at a reasonable price with these guys. No nonsense and honest... what more could a homeowner ask for? The pool has only been finished for two weeks and my wife and I still can t believe how great our experience was with Let s Landscape. I m going to try to figure out how to put some pictures with this message... seeing is believing and our backyard is so stunning now that even our own family can t believe how amazing it is. My good friend who s a trade came over to have a look two days ago and all he could say was ... wow man, those guys did a great job... you can tell they paid attention to details that even you wouldn t really notice... . That says a lot. Two sets of our friends who ve seen our backyard this week (and freaked out at how amazing it is now) have already committed to using them for their pools. (FYI - the guys installed the coolest LED pool lights that can make my pool any colour imaginable... in the pick you can see that I made it a deep purple, I love it but my wife says it looks smurphy ... the actual colour is a beautiful lighter blue that you would normally see on a sunny day in the southern Caribbean... the cool part is that I can change the colour with a simple push of a computerized button... now that s neat )

We had our backyard renovated recently and the crew did a great job for a reasonable price. In addition to the new sod and stones, they took the time to update our plants around our pool with mulch. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our project was well-handled from start to finish. Early planning with Andrew culminated in a final plan. Sante and Jason executed the plan and made it come to life. Right from the get go our experience was fantastic. During the summer of 2021 my wife and I decided we wanted to have our backyard reimagined after years of talking about it. we reached out to 8 different companies to inquire about their services with very little interest or engagement from them. Of those that did respond, they were unable to get to our job for the better part of a year! When i contacted Lets Landscape and was connected with Rob, everything changed. They arranged to come by a couple of days after we spoke, worked up a design for us, worked with us on changes and modifications to get it to where we wanted it to be and got started in the early fall. The guys who performed the work on site were absolutely amazing, connecting with me each day to given me a run down of the task for the day, what they needed from me and so on. The area supervisor, Santi was incredible, was there to take my calls immediately if i had a question, helped us navigate any on the spot decision making necessary and ensured anything that was being done was in OUR best interest. He was our trusted advisor!! For any project, the only thing that I care about is the service level, then the quality and care of the work. Lets Landscape knocked it out of the park on all fronts. We contacted Andrew this year to get a quote for a maintence, pruning, edging and mulching service. Andrew provided a spring cleanup and mulching service quote that included everything we were looking for. The Lets team did a great job! The pruning of all our shrubs and trees was overdue . My wife and I contracted Lets Landscape to install our pool and do the backyard landscaping. The Landscape Architect immediately zeroed in on our preferences as if he knew us. We made some changes and they were more than accommodating. The Sales Team was great, everyone was so pleasant to deal with. When it came time to dig we had a delay due to our home builder not having the grading permit finalized, Lets Landscape were very patient and when the permit came through, LLT pulled it all together very quickly, the work crew were incredible, very friendly, happy, personable and very accommodating as we made some changes on the fly, no complaints, they were happy to make them. After the install, LLT were there for some after work modifications, always responsive, even a year after the completion they were incredible when a some pavers needed some attention, they were there. You would not go wrong contracting them.

I made an appointment for someone to come give us a quote; they arrived early and left before the start time of our scheduled appointment. They spoke briefly with my husband (who is not funding the project) he told them I was enroute and they did not wait. Not impressed.

Got some work done from them last year had a lot of problems with the workmanship that they did call them they did not come back to fix the problems that they created had to call somebody else and it cost me $2000 do you self a favor don t use these people through a bunch of crooks.

Mike and the team at Let s Landscape are awesome to work with. We completely re-did both our backyard and front. New big pool, hot tub, patio, water features, outdoor kitchen, cabana, the works! And in front, new gardens, driveway, heated stairs for our Canadian winters. Every step of the experience was good - design was exciting - with great full-colour 2D and 3D images to help us visualize the plans. Picking all the plantings was fun and inclusive. And the actual construction was very smooth, with crews who were a pleasure to have around the property. Big projects always have hiccups but Mike and his team always dealt with things quickly to keep us moving - the responsiveness was a big part of why we liked working with Let s Landscape. The final product is awesome - my entire family loves it and we do lots of outdoor entertaining now.

Andrew was very helpful and patient as we spent time going through several iterations of our front and back yards. They are more expensive than other quotes, but we have felt through the numerous projects we have, they have second to none quality and service, and worth the premium. They employ fulltime people that are experienced and - most importantly - accountable for their work. They have ensured the work they do is top quality and stand behind their craftsmanship. If I had to make a comment for improvement it would be their commitment to timing - though much of what they do is weather dependent. Lets Landscape Together has just completed an amazing job of remodelling our backyard. They removed a tired old deck, put in a new stone patio, a 12x12 pavilion, all new grass and shrubbery. The space looks much more modern now. If you are looking for a landscaping job on the cheap, then Lets Landscape may not be for you. But if you want a high quality job with no surprises then I highly recommend them. Our project was done right on time and on budget. The Lets Landscape team of Shane (sales), Sante (supervisor) and Jim, Matt and Sylvester (crew) have been professional from the start of the project right through to completion. What impressed us most about Lets Landscape were the small things that they just took care of. The site was always left clean at end of day. Tools were always picked up. We had to have them leave some equipment on our front lawn during construction and it was moved regularly to avoid a dead patch. The crew always arrived in Lets Landscape t-shirts & proper safety gear and we never once heard any swearing or complaining as is common with other companies. Sante and Shane both checked in regularly to make sure we where happy with progress. Great job guys! Now we are looking forward to enjoying the backyard more!

The service provided and standard of the final product were second to none in terms of quality and customer care. The work crews worked as teams and the employees were always courteous, worked hard and cleaned up each day so as to keep the work site tidy and safe. The experience was pleasing and I cannot praise enough the quality of the workmanship. We received good value for money would recommend the company anytime and every time.

We just completed a full backyard overhaul with Lets Landscape and it was incredible. We did the initial design nearly a year prior but the work was held off until we were ready. From design to construction these guys were the best. Right from our personal design consultant on through to the construction crew on site everyone was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and good at their job. They completely renovated our pool, front yard and back yard, and it was such an enjoyable experience. Once they started they came every day and were so professional. I purchased a home 4 years ago which ,to put it mildly, required SOME landscaping. I got in touch with Lets Landscape and asked for some HELP. How lucky was I to meet ROB who gave me some very valuable information regarding my property. The Lets TEAM worked diligently, and I might say, non stop until the job was completed. Of course I had my own ideas, I am a woman after all, and they tried to incorporate them in the overall scheme. One year later I had them transform my back yard into an oasis that I was able to enjoy. The transformation was fabulous and several neighbors have been watching in awe. Was it cheap, NO , but worth every cent. I can recommend Lets Landscape highly and hope to continue with them over the years as they also maintain the property both summer and winter.

We have used Let s Landscape for several small jobs over the past 10 years and always found them to be a very well organized company. Last spring we decided to do a major renovation of our front yard at our home. Most companies say they are customer committed and provide quality service , most of the time it is just lip service. Let s Landscape s staff from design, construction, maintenance and office support really did meet and provide all of these principles that the company stated. As a homeowner you seldom see companies that show how important you really are as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone. By the way we have had several positive comments about the finished product and cannot say enough about our experience.

We were very happy with our front yard project which included a new driveway, concrete curbs, stone capped steps and new vegetation. The crew always left the job site site in a safe condition at the end of the day by putting up caution tape, pylons and temporary steps. They even went as far to write with chalk ok to step on to tell us what stones we could step on to get in and out of house during the installation. Lets Landscape worked very close with us to help design & pick everything. They met with us at landscape suppliers to get a hands on idea of the materials we picked. We stayed in contact throughout the project and minor revisions were not a big deal. The project had a natural evolution and went very well. Will be using them for the backyard phase next. -Alex

We had Lets Landscape come in and fix our backyard that another contractor had done for us and landscape the front of our house. I valued their honesty and the fact that they were able to give me advice on the best route to take for the job based on our needs and wants. They even talked me out of additional work telling me the good, the bad and the ugly about what I wanted to do. It wasnt just a money grab, they were definitely there to make sure that I was going to be happy with the overall project once they were done. I would not hesitate in recommending them and if we have other work needing to be done, I will be calling them.

Dont be fooled by the lovely pictures. Owner was foul mouthed and aggressive. No cost breakdown other than lump sumps for items so you cannot customize. Told you will never be charged for more material but they order so much that you would never need to order more. You will not receive a credit for any material you paid for that they dont use. Had no signed contract but they refused to refund a deposit they held us hostage to provide. Had to take them to court. We were victorious but it was such a huge waste of time. Find another company!

Last summer we enlisted Lets Landscape Together (LLT) for the complete renovation of our backyard and 25 year old pool. Everything in the backyard was demolished and removed. This included demolition of the pool down to its steel walls and concrete base. LLT installed new pool stairs, a new sheer descent waterfall, liner, in-pool LED lighting, piping, relocated all pool equipment and installed a state-of-the-art computerized pool system controller. In addition to the pool itself, LLT installed a brand new two-tiered paving stone patio with retaining wall, built-in L-shaped outdoor kitchen and extensive low-voltage landscape lighting throughout the garden as well as landscaping. They also oversaw the construction of beautiful new fencing. We have been 120% thrilled and satisfied with LLT. Everything they do is done with professionalism and a sense of urgency. Andrew was a joy to work with. At our first meeting he listened to our needs and wants, as well as our wish list and our budget. The detailed plan he presented to us incorporated everything we discussed including an impressive outdoor kitchen and raised patio area which incorporated the waterfall. Our wish list was huge and the quote, while slightly bigger than our budget, was broken down so that we could clearly see the cost of each area and decide what we had to have and what we could defer to phase two, such as the grill island, which was completed this summer. Andrew said the project would last approximately 6 weeks and he was true to his word. We had a dedicated LLT crew who arrived each morning at 8:00 am for work, rain or shine. Each day they worked hard with minimal breaks. LLT installed a port-a-potty for their staff to minimize inconvenience. Everyone was polite and hard-working. There wasnt one day where no one worked. There wasnt one day of down time or waiting for supplies or subcontractors (fencing, electrical, gas, irrigation). Two other neighbours on our street were undergoing pool and landscaping projects last summer as well, and we noticed several days where there was no activity at their homes. This never happened to us. In fact, several neighbours commented to us that they were impressed by how hard-working the LLT crew was. They respected our neighbours properties and each evening cleaned up the site before leaving at 5:00 pm. LLT managed the entire project from start to finish. Andrew was reachable and responsive to any questions or issues that arose. With respect to the payment schedule, it was clearly provided at contract signing and we were never asked for any surprise payments. We did add and change things throughout the project and at the end, they were clearly documented as extras to the original contract so that there were no surprises or disputes. After the project was complete and even now, a year later, Andrew is responsive to our phone calls and texts. When plants didnt survive the winter or light bulbs burned out, LLT came back within days to rectify the problem. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend LLT to anyone contemplating a landscape project. In fact, we intend to use them in the near future to renovate our front yard. In the end, the finished project looked like the LLT drawings and it surpassed the vision in our dreams. It was exactly what we had envisioned, only better.
