Fertilogic in Burleson

Great place

I was at first impressed by their work but slowly started seeing the sloppy business they were running. First I had an incident with my outside window framing being messed up by a mower. I called and sent pictures but never got a follow up, though they claim they called and left a message. I must question that practice as I myself as a business owner work diligently to fix anything that could be considered my businesses mistake and that would mean getting someone on the phone. Secondly I have had a card on file with them for billing and for some reason they skipped a month and then double charged me the next which was a huge shock when your doing finances thinking your have already paid for something only to find out they didn’t contact you to let you know they had any issues processing payments. This along with noticing other signs of damage to my fencing culminated into me canceling my service with them. I will be replacing the items their careless workers have caused damage to after double paying in a month due to their haphazard business practices. EDIT: After the response I received from the company I am lowering it to 1 star because of their lack of effort to establish communication they claim and for blame passing instead of fixing the issue... I guess the fact that they have HUNDREDS of customers must be why they don't treat them all the same...
