U & L Landscaping & Maintenance LLC in Bullhead City

I contracted with this company for 172 per month for taking care of my yard. Today they came and did absolutely nothing but want to be paid for monthly service. When I sent pictures to the manager he said there is nothing wrong so he just cancelled my service. That is not what I wanted, what I wanted was to have them do the work I am paying for. I think that is fair.

Didn't finish the job

We’ve had U & L Landscaping for approx two years. We had excellent service and never had any complaints. We paid promptly. We paid $300 for trimming the palms. They always sent two men and they were here each time about an hour. Suddenly they started sending these young boys. I guess they thought we were a training camp. They cut the chain to the air conditioner in the window, which Arturo said he would comeback to fix, and never did. They sent Anthony to fix and landscape the things the kids OVERLOOKED. We ended up giving Anthony $50 tip that day. They agreed to sending Anthony OR SOME OTHER MEN. So SHE sends the kids. They show up with blowers & clippers and I sent them away. Now she will not answer our calls. They want to take advantage of seniors and try and come more than once a month. We have desert landscaping and don’t need their services more than once a month. I will be sure to let everyone I have contact with know how unprofessional they have been by not answering our calls or calling back. I guess they choose to push their grandkids to do our house. We don’t want them!!! Treating customers this way will not get you good reviews. Try being nice when you call their office. His wife will disrespect you every time. Adios U & L YOU’RE FIRED!!!
