They will leave the clippings looking like this and expect you to pay extra $15 for bag clippings when a cut is $55 already. Do not use this service.
Pay for a different service. They charged me for two lawn mowing services when they did absolutely nothing! My former pro is a fraud as she was putting that she completed the job, but she was never even on my property! I cancelled my account immediately, and instead of just reimbursing me for the charges they are offering me a 15 dollar credit to my account, even though I already cancelled! Just shady and fraudulent.
They do an incredible job. Very thorough and clean up. And vett egg y pleasant polite people who always go above and beyond!
Do not book lawn care through them! It was a nightmare dealing with their “pros” the would come and do half of my lawn for 2 months straight. Literally leaving patches of un mowed grass. I’ve attached a photo of the time they came and did one stripe down the back of my yard then left 🫠
My lawn and landscape have never looked as good as they do today. I am glad to have found LawnStarter for taking care of my property. I am so excited to have my yard back so I can sit and enjoy it. I am letting all my friends, neighbors and family know about a great service that LawnStarter did for me. It's a great company to use and easy to work with.
I started using this service last year. I have been very pleased with the quality and responsivenes of their field crew, and their commitment to doing the job right. My lawn hasn't been this well cared for in years! Excellent company, great system/communications, fair price for value received. I can highly recommend them.
The customer service is outstanding that is why they get 1 star. But the different crews sent to my home had excused every time when it came to regular mowing. My lot is very small, 15 minutes max. But they would skip me then charge me for over growing lawn. Frustrating. It felt like they skipped me with some lame excuse just to charge more later. Disappointing.
Since I switched to LawnStarter I’ve had a consistent schedule and no worries about my HOA sending me notes about my yard. Everyone has been friendly and makes sure I’ve been kept in the loop if for any reasons there are delays or anything else of need for my yard. So happy I can leave the care of my yard in such capable hands.

This is my second year with LawnStarter love the service, Ronald is excellent..
I had two lawn cuttings done. First time was ok, second time it didnt look like my lawn was even cut. Customer service is terrible. I tried calling four times, and each time I was on hold for over an hour. They dont answer. The last time was an hour and a half, no answer. When you request a call back, they never call.

Matthew and his crew have been great at always showing up for the job, mowing my lawn, and being responsible and professional.
They unlike last year they offered a $19 cut to start and/or restart your service and then they never show up on a scheduled sunny day- and then on a rainy day they push it out a week and then the same thing would happen the next week and then another week and then they would send a message that you need a long grass cut for $70 or $74 - well never ever use them again what is a pretty clever plan on there idea but hopefully in the long run Im not the only one that figured it out
They charged me for 3 cuts in one week. They don t answer your messages, and I got charged for a cut after I canceled the service. They also don t list a phone number. Negative

Hi, my provider through LawnStarter is G3. They have done a wonderful job for me and I cant be happier. The peace of mind it gives me, to not have to worry about mowing/weeding/cleaning up my yard is totally worth it with G3. Gaylon and his team are top notch and I recommend them to everyone!
