To the Owner: I hope you have a moment to read this as I’d like to offer some honest feedback regarding your services. Overall, we are satisfied with the weed control service, and I appreciate the work your team has done in that regard. However, I’d like to share my concerns about the liquid aeration service I requested a couple of months ago. When I initially inquired about the service, customer service informed me that it would only be performed during rain. But unexpectedly, I received a call 2 days ago from customer service informing me that the service would take place in two days, despite the fact that no rain was expected. This sudden change in process left me confused—what led to this inconsistency? Additionally, when I requested a call before the service, the representative seemed reluctant to accommodate my request and did not appear pleased that I asked. When the technician arrived, he only completed part of the job. When I asked about the results, he mentioned that he wasn’t familiar with them and added, “I’m not your lawn guy,” which I found to be a surprisingly unprofessional response. Whenever I’ve reached out to Green Buffalo’s customer service, I’ve often encountered rudeness. I strongly urge your team to be more polite and considerate when dealing with customers. After all, it’s the customers who have contributed to your company’s success. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been a customer of this business for about 5 years. The past couple of years I have made a couple of complaints to Stewart (manager) , when a worker would show up and not perform the service as it should be. (I have had this on camera) as well as when I had problems with weeds etc. that were not taken care of. Anyway I called them a few weeks ago as I had not received a renewal form. The lady that answered the phone stated that back in the fall I filled out a form that I was not happy with their service which is why I was not sent a renewal form. I informed her I did not fill out any such form. She stated - I will mail one out to you. To date I have not received a renewal form. It appears at this point, that the company does not like when a customer complains when the service is not being performed correctly. Instead of the "intake" lady stating they were not going to provide service, a lie was made up that I filled out a form not wanting their service. She then proceeded to state a renewal would be mailed out, when there was NO intention to do so. It is pretty disappointing that a customer cannot make a legitimate complaint. This business surely lacks integrity!

I've been buying lawn care products from Nature's Lawn for two years now. My chemical lawn service and mower service, two different organizations, never really lived up to my expectations and the cost. Products I've purchased include Aerify Plus, Nature's Magic, Bio-Enhanced 16-4-8, Lawn Force 5 and Formula Wetting Agent (which they no longer carry). I live in Arkansas and have Bermuda. My soil is not clay. My neighbors consistently mention how nice my lawn looks. A couple have tried to compete with me, but they won’t take my advice and use Nature’s Lawn products (yet?). So there’s a noticeable difference in our lawns. A recent example: My yard was off and running this year. It looked gorgeous. I had a few lingering weeds and applied MSMA, but at too high a concentration. I got some serious browning and even some dead spots. When I was trying to figure out why it wasn’t greening evenly as usual, I walked the lawn and realized, I had some serious soil compaction, plus compounding the problem, it had not rained and I hadn’t watered for over three weeks. I applied Aerify Plus, watered the lawn heavily and two days later it’s a consistent lush emerald green again. I've had the lawn mechanically aerated before and saw no results afterward. Prior to using Nature’s Magic my lawn was never this thick, or green. Don’t forget, especially this time of the year. Even the best products won’t work well without sufficient watering. The last item is customer service. I was trying to purchase a re-supply of the Formula Wetting Agent and realized it wasn’t on their website. Stuart responded to me and let me know that it was too slow a moving item (it goes a long way) and they discontinued it. He went the extra mile and sent me a link to where I can purchase a similar product. Customer service is very important and this is the type service I have received from the people at Nature’s Lawn. I would give them Six Stars if I could.

I don't use their services, but I do use their products... have done so for 12+ years. Yes, the products might be a little pricy but they're organic and the initial cost to start an organic process is a little higher compared to chemical fertilizers... but chemical treatments are short-lived. After a year or two of using organic products your costs actually decrease because your lawn is much healthier and no longer dependent on chemical fertilizers. Keep in mind there are no "silver bullets" or fast fixes for lawns... taking care of your lawn is a process, but over time - and with the right products - it can be healthy and look beautiful. Be patient and trust Nature's Lawn & Garden's products. Last fall (2020) Nature's Lawn & Gardens launched free shipping on its products, which reduced the overall cost to consumers. This is a tremendous savings for D-I-Y people like me. I've e-mailed the owner on numerous occasions and have always received a prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and professional response. For those who enjoy organic lawns and don't mind putting forth a little effort, read Stuart Franklin's book "Building a healthy lawn.' It's well worth the cost and you will learn a thing or two about soil, beneficial microorganisms, fertilizing and so much more. Your pets will thank you for NOT USING CHEMICAL lawn treatments!

Great products; a little costly but worth every penny. My yard has never looked this good; been using the various products for over 2 years. The people are very helpful and customer service is second to none. Be patient with the results and you'll be very happy.

So far, so good! Grass is greening up and is Weed Free! Yahoo!! Although you you can't tell from the picture because it snowed here in Hamburg, NY yesterday (may 9,2020)!!!!!

This is our second season using Natures Lawn. We love that they provide an organic lawn care service because we want to keep our dog healthy and he can safely play on the lawn and avoid most pesticides. The company sends us an email the week of the application so that we can make a plan to not let our dog out on the lawn the day of the application. I applied organic fertilizers to our lawn for one season myself. While I enjoyed working on the lawn to get it looking great, it was a lot of work and I spent almost as much as having Natures lawn provide a season of service. The extra $100-$150 dollars I spend on having them apply the organic fertilizer for a season is worth it to me when I consider the time i was spending when doing it myself.

I have used many of the products from Nature's Lawn and Garden. I get amazing results from every product every time. Their products are a game changer when it comes to lawn care. Their site is very informative and they also provide prompt support every time I call on them to ask a question. It is nice to experience products and services that live up to the information and pictures as promoted. I highly recommend the products and services and will continue to use them to achieve great results. Everyone in my neighborhood thinks I am a lawn guru but all I do is order these products and spray them on my lawn. It is that simple.
