I used them a few years ago and they did an okay job. Then I decided I could do it myself for less money with supplies from Home Depot. I was wrong and my yard was being taken over by thistles and other invasive weeds. I called them and they did 2 applications. No more weeds after they finished. I ll hire them next year for the whole season.

Just had serviceman Alex visit to apply weed control and he went over and above compared to companies I ve used in the past. My yard is deep and is typically too wet for riding equipment until late May. He walked my property and stopped short in the back to avoid ruts - he applied the far back yard by hand. I appreciate the extra care taken and highly recommend this organization.

Service is good and prompt response if there is a problem. Sometimes, though, I think the machine doesnt do as good a job as a walk-behind spreader. I especially was pleased with the early fall cleanup around the house.

They do ok. I get a heads up when they are coming and if there is a problem with crab grass or what is called cow grass I shoot them a email,they come out and treat the growth. I ve had them for years .

Bill is very friendly and wants me to be happy. My lawn was dandelions holding hands! After one year with Buffalo Lawn my front yard is a beautiful green space that I am proud of. I have the property sprayed for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks. We can now let the animals outside without fear. Also mosquitoes love my husband. He too can sit in the yard and not be bothered by bugs! I prepay every year to get the discount. My yard wouldnt be the best without Buffalo Lawn and Pest!

Always calls the day before to let us know that service tech will be out the next day, always on time and will answer any questions, I have about my lawn and what is being done that day. Cant wait for the service to start again this year.

Buffalo Lawn and Pest Control is the best lawn care provider I have used. They are professional, and always give you two reminders that you are on the schedule for the next day, one via phone call and the other by email. Their pricing is very fair and they listen to you in regards to areas that you might not want treated. Upon arrival your account is loaded in their computer with all your notes and requests and they have to sign off on this before they can begin. I really appreciate Buffalo Lawn Cares service they provide.

As a long time customer, Im very happy with the bug spray service. The house was being overrun with ants, spiders, and stink bugs. After just the first couple of treatments the number of bugs reduced greatly. Now, we keep the service on as maintenance, enjoying a virtually bug free home. I tried treating my lawn for 2 years on my own and wasn t having the results I wanted. I called them to finish out the season for me as the weeds had taken overl. They were the only company who would give me a weed killer for a final treatment so I gave them a chance the following season and they have been very good so far as I start my third season with them upcoming.

As a long time customer they have treated my lawn with good results. They also try to keep my price reasonable. I also had them do my Christmas lights last year and they looked great. But as with other installers it gets a little pricey just to put up and take down. I will have to pass this year to stay on a tighter budget. Overall for my lawn, they have been great.

These guys were very nice! Took them a while to get back to me for my quote but it was the beginning of nice weather so I imagine they were busy. I had just purchased a house and wanted 2 moderate sized bushes removed. They came and saw the bushes, again the man was super nice, then said he would email a quote. $345.00 was the quote!!! I thought that was ABSURD. Come to find out it took me and hour and a half to dig both bushes out with just a shovel. That would have taken 2 young guys 20 minutes each bush with more heavy duty equipment. These guys were trying to rob me blind.

One star is too much for the experience of just getting an estimate with Ted,a employee of the company. after calling to reschedule @ his convience.Ted shows up and immediatly started to tell me all the tasks they would not be performing and pointing out that there were too many dead branches that would take too much time to remove since they were less an employee. Ted then told me how should redesign my yard with rose of Sharon and bamboo grassas like he has in his yard . After taking pictures so he could show the owner 3 hours later Ted left a voice mail on my machine saying that the owner could not give me an estimate because they were all booked up and since my job did not consist of pre exsisting beds it was too complicated. Instead of waiting my time a reputable business man should have known whether or not his business was booked or not.

Ive used Buffalo Lawn for the last 3 years for lawn treatments, but this year I added mowing to my services. They do a fantastic job and I couldnt be happier that I made the switch to them for my lawn.

This my 2nd season with Buffalo Lawn and Landscape . A friend recommended and uses this company although he is now deciding to discontinue services for the same reasons as well .. very very poor weed control and lack of communication. Last season it took 2 additional applications after I noticed several small and large weeds still on my lawn. I even specified the exact location!! After speaking to management the reasons why I no longer wanted their services he asked me to give them another chance . So I did agree . Starting with only 1 application this season and only on call basis. When I received a message letting me know when the 1st application was scheduled I immediately called back leaving a detailed voicemail stating not to spray until further notice from me because I had pool installed which required extensive lawn repair . A few examples with lack of communication , well this application was applied regardless while I was at work . Once again I left voicemail , management apologized , said I wouldnt be charged . I received a bill after that conversation. Upon my request for weed control application I was informed of my outstanding balance , once again I was told I wouldnt be charged. July 20 , 2017 weed control was applied . I received an invoice with this charge along with previous outstanding balance. After a few attempts of trying contact this company with more voice mails finally I spoke to Nick who was very rude to me and my friend who has issues with this company as well. I understand that weeds wont be gone instantly but over two weeks their are several not even wilting at all ?? Well Im still waiting for another application . I really wish I could post photos of ALL the weeds that are still very alive and growing on my lawn . I made one final attempt , leaving another very detailed voice mail , even requested that I would like to speak to Dennis the (owner )just in case he isnt aware of this poor customer service . I was hoping for a return phone call to resolve this issue before writing this review but no luck .

My elderly neighbor uses their service for cutting and spraying. I requested to be notified anytime a product was applied to the lawn because they over spray onto our lawn. Frequently we are not notified. The guy doing the spraying was not able to answer my questions as to what is being applied and was very rude.
