Did not complete the work as agreed in the contract. Used incorrect nails for the deck and the nails are already rusting. He initially said he will paint the stairs, he did not even sand the stairs and used spray paint and it is already pealing after 2 weeks. Deck boards are already coming off in few places and they are not screwed in properly. The work does not look like it was done by a contractor, it looks like a diy project. Water stagnation in the patio. Did not apply the protective polymeric sand properly and it is already pealing off after 1 week of completion. The patio stones are broken said he will replace them but did not replace them. Destroyed my lawn and did not replace them with sod as agreed. Do not ever hire this person. He lied about coming back next week to finish the remaining work and begged to get the remaining check amount as per the contract and disappeared after he got the check. He installed an electrical outlet used low quality wires and broke the base of my oven and didn't come back to fix it. He says it is 1 year labor warranty but he will not pickup your phone.

Beto is the BEST!! I called him with an emergency situation (I was having a Shiva at my home). I called on a Friday night and he came out on Saturday morning! They did an AMAZING JOB!! Cut all my bushes back, weeded and mowed! My home looks beautiful now!! I would recommend him to everyone! So professional, kind and very reasonable! THE BEST!! ❤️

Albert is the guy,I am engaging,he is professional and provides services as agreed on.He keeps us posted of any delays and tries to be on schedule.I enjoy working with this team.He is also very flexible on rates and schedules.

I am a new resident in the Glenview area and was recommended to Beto Najera Landscaping through my contractor. I have been using his lawn service for the past year. I was excited this year to have him come out and conduct the spring clean up at my home. His team did a good job but come to find out he cut my power to my lights in my yard with his hedge trimmers. I contacted him and he said he would come out to review the damage but he never came out. He sent his team the following week to cut the grass and when I asked them about the lights they said he would come out and check. This has been over 3 weeks since I have asked and continuous calls and now he is ignoring all my efforts to contact him. I would not recommend anyone use his service as he does not take responsibility in his mistakes. He is very unprofessional considering that he is not picking up his calls. When reading reviews it appears this is his motive when things go wrong that he will just stop communicating with a customer. Mr. Najera, if you are going to disregard your phone calls and not provide a quality service, you should stop providing the service and misleading customers.

Beto Najera Landscaping is very responsive and does great work! They are also not greedy and charge fair prices. We've used their services for a few years now and the crew never disappointed. We've had a few projects that we wanted done right away and they came through even though we were not under the contract. Hard working and respectful of your property - can't go wrong! They also do snow removal and offer fair prices for both seasonal and "per/snowstorm" scenarios. Give them a call and check them out!

We have been using Alberto for the last 2 years for mowing and spring cleanup. We asked Alberto if he could do the prep work on the soil for Above ground pool install. He said he had done numerous the past year and this year and knew how to do it correctly. He quoted me a price and we agreed. For whatever reasons he was delayed a week, when he came on Saturday to start with his crew he just brought a sod cutter and started going to town removing the sod without measuring anything. They then put in sand as a level. (YOU CANNOT USE SAND AS A LEVEL) It looked good until we starting the pool up and it was 5.5 inches off on one side (the supports sink in the sand). I called him back and he said he would be back Sunday morning to fix, come Sunday and no one shows up or responds to phone calls or texts. Tuesday he shows up with one guy out of the blue with no notification, luckily my friend was there with a contractor and told him what to do. The contractor advised us to rent a rotary laser to level the ground and explained how much easier it would be than using strings to level (which Alberto did not even do) I told Alberto I would go to home depot and rent the rotary laser for him to save him time and do it right. He said yes and as soon as I left, I get a call from my friend that they loaded their stuff and bolted out of there. This time his excuse was he was going to Lunch He has since not responded to phones calls or texts. I did level the ground myself and fix everything that Alberto and his team screwed up, put up the pool and everything is level. Alberto is very unprofessional, his good at cutting your grass like anyone else but anything else he simply cannot do. He has no concept of liability, he simply stops picking up your calls and showing up if he screws something up. If you cannot do something dont tell someone that you can, make it worse than it was, take payment and literally run away.

Alberto is the best very responsive to my need used him multiply times. Our yard when we bought the house looked like a jungle in Vietnam . But Alberto cleaned it up and grinded 30 stumps and and leveled out the whole yard it’s coming out great thanks. Highly recommend

Very unprofessional and unreliable. We confirmed an appointment to have the lawn mowing service done but they did NOT show up at all. I called multiple times and also left messages and texts but no response. They completely ignored me and did not even have the courtesy to at least say “sorry we are busy and we can’t make it” or even to reschedule with me. I waited many days for them to get back to me and then ended up doing everything myself. Very unreliable and unprofessional.
