Weed Man Lawn Care in Buda

This was my first weed application and there was a misunderstanding with the plan I signed up for but my technician straightened everything out and came up with a plan for my yard. Excited to see the results this Spring!

Brian from Weed Man did a great job today, as always. We have been Weed Man customers for a while now, and I will say our front and back yards always look weed-free, unlike some of the other houses in the neighborhood. We are a happy client, thanks to Brian and Weed Man!

Our yard went from total drab to completely FABULOUS! If you have a yard full of crab grass and weeds like we did, its 1000% worth the investment to regain it! We were tired of weeding in the hot sun all weekend to only make a dent and see the weeds grow back in a week. Now we literally spend our time outside playing all in our yard. Love weed man! We started service around April of this year and saw a huge decrease in weeds within a month plus a healthier lawn and green grass during the hot summer months. They not only know their stuff, they get out and put it to good use. My mowers hate them though (because the grass is so thick and lush).

Weedman has been great. We moved into a new build about 3 yrs ago and right away had a big problem with the weeds in the sod they d laid down. We tried at first to treat it ourselves with no luck so we then turned to Weedman and have been with them since. Their methods worked right away at clearing out the weeds and keeping them away. They additionally helped our lawn get through a lot of hot summer and droughts. All of the techs we ve had have been super knowledgeable and friendly at answering any question that come up as well. We definitely recommend them.

The staff are very courteous and respectful and explain exactly what they will be doing and are very responsive when asked questions. Our lawn has never looked better.

The difference in our yard is remarkable! We are so happy with the quick turnaround. We had thin turf, bare patches and weeds. After a couple of months our yard is thick, green and weed free. We couldn t be happier. Also customer service is great!

Awesome customer service! They text to let me know when they are coming and when they are done! Even take pics to show they locked the side gates so I don t have to worry about my dogs getting out. Highly recommend.

So far they have done a great job. They always check in to see what needs to be done and and inquire if any changes to the last application have to be made. Good service overall!

Schedulers need proper training in professionalism. They could learn from companies like Amazon about valuing customers. Whenever I call to schedule services or report increased weed activity, I sense a lack of concern from the schedulers. If the manager is reading this, please know that I have lost respect for how the team is managed. While the services you provide are generally satisfactory, the scheduling and customer care aspects are lacking. This makes me reconsider renewing my contract after the one-year mark. You can do better.

We had just bought a new house on the outskirts of Austin and we were infested with weeds. Spent hours outside trying to remove them without any luck. Once we got weed man, they were gone in a couple of months with no effort on our part. Their staff are absolutely fantastic, super knowledgeable, and give a lot of great advice for upkeep. I got started with Weed Man a little late in the 2024 Spring season but they quickly got my yard turned around. This is not magic, I still needed to hand pull the weeds that had developed but no more weeds have come up. Earlier you start with them, the better. 10/10 recommend the Weed Man for doing what they say and their incredible customer service.

I have been with Weed Man for weed and fertilizer services for a year now. I am very pleased with the results. All of the technicians who have serviced my lawn have been very professional and courteous. I used to have a bunch of broadleaf weeds in the spring, now it s down to a very few. Also, my grass which is a combination of Bermuda, St Augustine, and Buffalo grass is looking much healthier. To me Weed Man services is a partnership - as a homeowner I have to do my part (mow, water) as well as communicate identified needs and issues. So, I appreciate that they will work with me to address specific weeds or weed grasses in my lawn.

Someone from weed man shows up regularly as planned. What I really like is that they knock on the door so you know they are there, tell you what they will be doing and have a conversation to answer any questions I have. All have been incredibly professional and easy (comfortable) to talk to!

The weedman website and google both say open till 7pm m-th, 5pm on friday and 1pm on saturday. They are not. I havent been able to get anyone at the buda or manor locations on the phone. They claim that their service is 7 visits stretched 3-6 weeks apart, im at week 11. They claim you can call as often as you want if weeds reappear but they dont answer during their posted hours of operation and i have a job m-f 8-5. I shouldnt have to call to get the minimum service im paying for but ultimatwly i shouldnt have to call because the service needs more work. The sales process was a nightmare full of rude folks until i got someone kind enough to explain everything and give me a discount for my trouble, but now whats a discount worth if no one shows up. I shouldnt have to work this hard to give someone my already hard earned money, buyer beware!
