Local Lawns, LLC in Buckner

Reliable service and reasonably priced. This is my second summer with Local Lawns and I haven’t had any complaints. They do a great job and are easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this company and their work. We are out of town owners and when we got to our vacation house- the lawn was knee high in the back. I was searching for local reliable decent lawn mowers. What we got was next day service and these guys showed up w 2 mowers and 3 staff. Outstanding is an understatement. We were so impressed we hired them to do some landscaping in the front. They went above and beyond with that project as well doing far more than I expected. Walker has been great to work with and follows through on his word and gives fair bids and they really over deliver!!! Great business model!! I don’t write reviews often and i asked them for the link to write this review! Fair prices, outstanding work!

Highly recommend Local Lawns! They’ve come out to cut my yard when my mower was out of service. The crew was timely but thorough. I’m fairly particular about my yard and they exceeded expectations.

Local lawns team is awesome! They are reliable and pleasant to talk to. I have had a tough time getting consistently reliable lawn care and they have been doing my yard for 2 years with no issues! I have been so impressed with my home everytime I pull up after they’ve come. You can tell they put the extra effort in to make it look nice!

Local Lawns has helped me keep my lawn green and clean for years. Not only do I thank them for their incredible customer service and attention to details- but my neighbors love them too! Love a local family working hard to keep our neighborhoods looking beautiful! My kids have a super safe yard to run around in and they’ve even helped landscape and remove low hanging branches too! I would recommend them to anyone wanting a great yard. They show up on time and get the work done. They are also efficient in replying to extra services needed. My yard has never looked better.

I do not use Local Lawns any more because the owner refused to address some issues I had with their work. I only called about an issue twice. Once was because his guys were going to fast and they were leaving a strip of grass between each strip they cut. The did it for weeks, even after I complained. The 2nd time was when I caught his guys cutting my whole back yard with weed whackers. When I called to ask why they were not using a mower he had no answer. He never tried to explain or even get any answers. Instead, he recommended we part ways because he felt our business relationship was unsalvageable. That’s right, instead of trying to fix the issue, he dumped me as a customer. I still never got an apology. To be fair, he did wave the months bill, 3 grass cuts, that was nice. Our conversations were always civil, and never got out of hand. He seems like a nice kid, he just can’t run a business. If your smart, you will not use Local Lawns LLC.

I highly recommend Local Lawns, LLC. I contracted with them in March, 2017 and was very impressed. In fact, I have already recommended my neighbor who has called them already. They quoted me a reasonable price and much to my surprise, the invoice was lower than the quote. Most importantly, they cleaned up all debris and worked efficiently, professionally, politely and took extra measures to ensure the job was done as I had requested. Plus, their responsiveness and communication skills were 100% better than previous lawn care companies I have used. I will be using their services again real soon.
