I have used Frank and Son before on my backyard. I was very pleased with Juan his son. This time Frank came out and put a red rock riverbed in the front, along with 1 ton of gravel on the right side of my driveway. That was the job, BUT Frank went to my back yard and cleaned it, vacuumed my putting green, came back to the front, trimmed my bushes, then adjusted my irrigation flow on all plants. The guy wouldnt stop working. Hes my guy when I need landscaping.

I found Frank and Son landscaping to save my Indian laurel columns after a monsoon caused them to tip over. Not only did he save my trees, he reinforced them better than ever. After seeing his work in our backyard we asked him to help refresh our front yard. He exceeded every expectation and the cherry on top is they took a few extra minutes to fix the gate our previous landscaper broke. Juan and team are the real deal.

Juan didnt make it on the initial quote day due to trailer issues, let us know 15 minutes before the time frame was up. He did make it the 2nd time, my husband and I talked over the options called him the same day and he was supposed to drop off a lawn sample for our HOA the next day, never showed up. I called 4 times different days, sent 2 additional text messages and never received a call or message back. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism for not calling us back. Based on our experience we would not recommend them.

These guys are great! My front and back yards were looking like a jungle from all of the rain that we just had. I knew I had to get them taken care of before the the HOA drove by. I called on Friday and asked if he had any openings on Saturday fully expecting them to say no. He said that he would squeeze us in. He showed up with an army at 1pm. Im not even sure how many there were, but they had three vehicles. I heard weed eaters and trimmers going all around the house at the same time. It was an all out war on the weeds and bushes!! By 2:30pm it was all over and they were driving away. The weeds never stood a chance, it was a massacre!! I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend that you do.

I had a under driveway sprinkler poly drip line leak. Contacted Frank and Son, Juan was very responsive. Provided me a affordable quote for the job via text and was at my house within a couple hours. He brought two other guys with him, they were quick to dig up each side of the driveway and make the repair efficiently. I learned that the polyurethane line that traveled underneath the driveway was acutually through a conduit, so that made it much easier to repair and they didnt have to dig up my driveway as I thought would occur. Since they were affordable, fast and polite I schedule for the next day to have him put in a new sprinkler timer since mines is 14 years old and showing signs of failure.

They do amazing work at a amazing price I recommend them to everyone. As a company owner myself I have higher expectations and they blew them away! Thank you!

Very very happy with Juan and his people. My fiance and I bought a house in Verrado, of which the last owners, essentially destroyed (see photo with mulch and used turf). Price and quote process: We got quotes from two landscapers. I offered to show Juan the quote from the other landscaper, to which he said no thanks, just wanted to show what he could do- his quote ended up about 55% cheaper than the competition. We loved his integrity and attitude. Now to design: We had no idea what we wanted (a pool, real grass, flowers? No idea) so we just told him roughly what we wanted to do (zero maintenance, play soccer, entertain, lay in the sun, keep our dogs bodily function somewhere out of sight/smell, and we need to be able to rent it out in a few years). He designed the backyard as seen, including the dog run. The turf (zero maintenance) feels and looks pretty close to real grass, the fire pit is perfect for entertainment (cozy drinks w/ friends), the plants have a zero maintenance watering system and they only require to be groomed every 6ish months, the dog run is perfect (I should have taken up his offer to have a dog door put in). Additionally, we had them install pavers around the side of the garage for our trash and recycle bin, which has made all the difference (dont have to leave them in the garage or drag them through the rocks.

HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. I was blown away by the level of service I received - totally above and beyond what I asked for or expected for such a reasonable price. Price and service unbeatable. Excellent. -Megan M.

Juan from Frank and Sons came out to install sod and palm trees for us in our backyard. He was very transparent and fair with his pricing. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and installed quality products with great workmanship. His crews were also very respectful! I am very happy with Juan. Weeks after the install he even came back to adjust my irrigation timer and swap out a few sod plugs for me! Great company, I absolutely reccomend using them for any landscape needs!

Unlike several other companies that I contacted, Juan Sanchez actually showed up to give us an estimate as he promised. He helped steer us away from some of our initial ideas that would have proven more costly and less attractive for our new-build backyard, even though he could have gone forward and charged us more money. His estimate was far lower than we had anticipated and his suggestions were better than what we initially envisioned. Our initial deal was made with a verbal agreement and a handshake, to which Juan stayed true. He started work on the day promised and finished on the day promised. His crew was very professional, polite and respectful; no yelling, cursing, loud music, etc. (All the things we hear everyday around us with all the other new homes being built and subsequent projects getting done) The attention to detail given by Juan and crew was refreshingly impeccable and the quality of materials used was top notch. They installed a large area of artificial turf with trees and irrigation inside the perimeter and a paver border surrounding it. They also installed a couple of paver pads with river rock covering the rest of the yard. All work was outstanding and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Frank and Son and could not be happier with them. When Juan gives you his word and a handshake, it means something and that is increasingly less common in todays world.

My artificial grass was installed and I wasnt happy with one of the seams. They came out and talked to me about it and agreed to put a new piece of grass in to correct the problem. When they came out to install the new section of grass I was trying to program my watering system. They said the emitters that were in place in my front yard were not the best option and explained why. They had the better ones with them. They installed them, programed the system and showed me how to work it. They went above and beyond and I was very pleased. I would highly recommend Frank and Son Landscaping.

Frank and Son completed backyard renovations for me, laying pavers over my patio and framing and planting grass on one side of my backyard. They also put a sprinkler system in with the grass. The work was completed quickly and beautifully and a very reasonable cost. I loved what was done to my backyard so much that I scheduled them immediately upon completion of the work to improve my front yard. I HIGHLY recommend Frank and Son for your landscaping needs.

This company was doing landscaping on our neighbors lot and there has been some trouble with standing water. A water leak in our watering system was discovered and repaired at no cost by Frank and Son Landscaping. They were friendly, efficient and wouldnt even take a tip. What nice people!

Definantly a FIVE star rating. Very personal (and that maybe why your call is missed, He doesnt answer his phone while he is with a customer). Very quite, Did a very large space in 3 days. Very efficient. Found that my current watering system was faulty and fixed it at not additional charge. Does do a military/veteran hook up. There is no % or anything but he finds a way to knock a price here down, or round down on some square footage. Super honest, told the truth about products even though it meant I would get the less expensive option. Proud of his work. He has come out and checked on the watering system and still made some small changes and replaced more parts to ensure the work he and his guys did would stay nice. Does quality and quantity in a timely manner. Highly recommend. Leave a Voicemail and hell call ya back.

Gave them a budget and they surpassed my expectations. Sold a house and needed help for curb appeal and they provided just that. Communication could be a bit better but overall totally satisfied!

I dont have much experience with lawn care and with the new house that needed it for HOA, I wasnt sure where to start. I found Frank and Son Landscaping on internet search and was happy about all the great reviews so I gave them a call. Juan came out the same day after i got off work and had a crew out the very next day! They were very professional and did a great job at a great price!!! I really wish I would have found them earlier instead of worrying about what to do with my lawn.

Read excellent reviews on this company so I decided to try working with them. Called this company 4 different times and left messages never received a call single call back. Clearly they dont need my business.

I got three bids and Franks and Sons was by far the best bid. Way cheaper than the others. I was a little concerned because the quote was so attractive. I monitored everything they did and they far exceeded what I asked for. He installed shut offfs I didnt ask for because it was the correct way to do it. I highly recommend them

Words cannot describe how awesome Juan and his crew are. We just purchased a home that was a new build and they completely transformed our backyard from dirt into an amazing place to hang out and enjoy spending time with family and friends. They worked tirelessly for two days straight making sure that everything planted was to our specifications and that our rock design was perfect...and it was! Juan was even generous enough to take a look at our front landscaping that was completed by a company our builder hired and I am so thankful he did. We had dozens of plants that werent doing well, our yard had way too many plants from the get go and they found leaks in a newly installed system! Without Juans knowledge we more than likely would have suffered huge water bills with no idea why and if you live in the city of Buckeye you know that a leak in a line can cost you dearly. We are really looking forward to continuing to have Juan work on all of our other landscaping ideas in the future! If youre look for someone that can do anything you need, is professional, honest, affordable, interested in your ideas, respectful, hardworking, knowledgeable, doesnt try to pressure you with things you dont need, creative and easy to work with, this is the company to use. Frank and Son Landscaping is amazing! Called to have them come fix a leak, and not only did they do that, but fixed the settings and the heads of the drip irrigation system. Very professional and awesome company! We will definitely be going to them for any future needs. Thanks a lot!

Did an amazing job on our backyard in Goodyear. Competitively priced, they did our backyard from the ground up including drip, rock, patio, trees and even referred someone to install a nice dog gate. They started on a Thursday and were finished by Saturday afternoon. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

Communication is very weak. I contacted them via email, got a email response with a handful of words and when i followed up with another email asking for pricing info and details i never heard back from them. I just love it when a company goes to the length of having a website and ignores business leads.

Awesome Work! My yard.........it looks great! From embarrassing to awesome in a couple hours =). These guys can handle any job you can throw at them. My yard is over an acre of weeds, dirt, grass, and rocks. They cut it all down and cleaned it all up well beyond what I thought was possible. I am very proud of my yard again! I will be calling again.
