Clayton was a tremendous help from the start, including getting an initial site visit scheduled, along with pricing, for the services rendered. When completed, they didnt hesitate to preform a call-back when they were notified of an issue. This was done in a timely and professional manner. Being in Commercial Construction, I am always searching for reputable trades to continue doing business with, and Farrells Lawn will continue getting more opportunities to do business with us. We are very pleased with the job Farrells did for us. It turned out exactly as we had hoped it would.

We had Farrells Lawn & Garden Center replace old and overgrown bushes in our landscaping and replace mulch with river rock to reduce maintenance. We are very pleased with the work that has been done. Removal of overgrown bushes and mulch left bare patches which Farrells seeded. A few small bare spots that were left were addressed the day after a phone call to Farrells and all of the grass is filling in well now. I would not hesitate to use Farrells in the future for any other landscaping work.

Farrells designed us a 3d rendering that allowed us to see the future project. It was Very helpful to make adjustments to the design before work is started. Clayton did a thorough and detailed job that looks beautiful. Trevor is super professional and his communication skills are second to none. Looking forward to the next phase in spring! Farrells did a fantastic job this spring bringing to life our 3-D rendering from last fall. The guys were a pleasure to meet and did a timely and thoughtful job. Once they started the job they stayed on site until it was finished. Ive found my landscaping company and will use no other!

SO MANY HOUSE PLANTS I LOVE THEIR SELECTION

They have beautiful stuff, but theyre WAY too expensive! I paid $40 for a potted forsythia and saw the very same thing for $23 at Town & Country. Also, the barbecue truck there for an open house had decent food but was extremely overpriced. This place is strictly for what used to be called the carriage trade.

As always I have never been disappointed in anything I ve gotten from Farrells. My plants are always healthy and happy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! Can t recommend them enough.

Landscaping turned out amazing!

This company does not meet it s stated timeline, they do not communicate well, and they did not give us what we requested in all parts of the work.

I will give the workers 5 stars but had problems with management trying to get them to honor their time schedule. I hate being a Karen but that is what it took for them to honor what they promised. Other than that they did a fantastic job on our new lawn. The workers get 1000 stars

Not as many plants as I expected. No roses and no one offered to help me. I was very disappointed .

They came out yesterday for my spring clean up. They trimmed my bushes and picked up the leaves. What a difference they made! They didn t just blow the leaves into the wooded area, they gathered them and hauled them away. I am very impressed with not only the crew working for hours, but also the outcome. Thank you so much! You now have a loyal customer.

I went in to fill a basket for a reverse raffle and Kristine and Wendy were very helpful in helping me get things to put into the basket. Kristine even potted a plant for me while I waited and she did it very quickly.

Tried to get my lawn cut but apparently the 13 minute drive to stryker is too far for them to drive not sure if I want someone that unable to afford to drive that far to do any of my work.

called and asked for a quote for weed and feed plus overseeding they had someone out with in a day. Price was fair and the service was great. Weeds have left and grass is coming in thicker

Excellent work and on schedule!

I asked Clayton to level out the pool area and add dirt to improve water flow out of the yard. As you can see in the image, the water puddles in the old pool area. I called Clayton at least once a month and he never returns your call.

Travis was very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions as well as helped us to create our outdoor living space. We are super excited to get this project started.

Farrells completed a Hydro Seeding Project and did a great job! Definitely recommend them!

The verdict is still out. Farrells has my money for landscape work (half of amount owed) and I paid for trees up front. Its been 3 weeks and no one has called to schedule. Ive left several messages and get the same two responses a) Ill let the project manager know or b) I know youre on the schedule. The company definitely needs better customer service.

The team at Farrells did a great job installing our patio from sales to finished product. We used unilock stone pavers and was able to confirm the look during the design phase which was a nice feature. Overall I am pleased with the patio, its looks nice.

They did a good job making sure our clients were able to get in and out of our business with no issues.

I called and left several messages on Facebook, which were read without a response back. I needed to have to have snow removed from my driveway. However, no one came to clean my driveway, nor did anyone respond to my messages. I paid your outrageous prices last year. You put de-icer on my drive with out asking, which was shamefully expensive. I also have proof of payment! If as you say , you did not receive payment, then why did you place your orange sticks in my driveway for this year and plow it when we only had two inches of show?! If lack of payment was your concern, you had plenty of opportunity to address it and I could have provide you with proof of payment. I also stopped using your company to move my grass because your crew continually plowed thru the gate on my fence leaving it off the henges, stacked against my fence. Not once did your crew ever inform me they knocked my gate off. I have a dog. They also ran into my satellite knocking it out of alignment. You company continues to decline in professionalism and dedication to performing quality work! If is was possible to to rate your service with 0 stars, I would have done so!

The staff is readily available to answer any questions you may have and to assist in anyway possible. We could not have done this project without their expertise knowledge and assistance.

After having our yard displaced, we had Farrell s reseed the yard and replace some overgrown trees and shrubs. We could not be more happy with the the results. Clayton and the crew exceeded our expectations with their work ethic and attention to the most minute details.

Farrells treats our lawn for weeds and applies fertilizer to enhance our lawn. Our lawn looks the best it has looked in years. It is easy to pay on-line after each treatment.

My wife and I are very happy with the service which we had performed by Farrells. Clayton is very personable and understanding. Juan and Orlando did an amazing job with the patio. In February, we had a water line break in our front yard and we had a mound of clay for a couple months. Now, the mound has been leveled and hydro seeded. We are looking forward to a nice lawn. Not real impressed plants had mealybugs and I mentioned to the girls working they just shrugged their shoulders and said yeah.

My dads backyard was overgrown and a real mess. They did an excellent job cleaning it up and making it look fantastic! Responsive and great customer service, would definitely recommend them. I now have a weekly service set up.

They do not do flower arrangements. I was disappointed until the amazingly helpful clerk showed me plants that were better than a floral arrangement. She was knowledgeable, personable and professional. I would go back again when looking for a gift.

We bought over 40 poinsettia plants and they all were beautiful and were delivered with names attached to each one and right on time.

I wish Id taken a picture inside with all the Christmas stuff. I did take a picture of the snowman kit we used on my granddaughters snowman. He turned out really good.

Called several times. Was told I would get a call back at a certain time twice and never received a call. Very unprofessional. Wont ever do business there.

Well I called them to line up fertilize my lawn and after 3 call backs to them, I gave up hiring them.

Had new landscaping done around home. Old removed and new put down. Did good job of explaining alternatives. Work done at reasonable price and quality met expectations. Just an FYI-I never give 5 star review as that indicates perfection.

FLG is by far a state of the art company when it comes to your new outdoor living space, small landscape job or whatever you have in mind. They will do it and do it right. Very communicative and nice people to work with.

Great people to work with

The only reason they got 3 stars is because when they show up, they do great work. I initially hired Farrells in 2015 to do new landscaping to my house. They did a nice job and the staff was very friendly so I didnt hesitate to hire them 4 years later to do some work. That was a mistake. The level of communication is very poor. After paying the deposit, I didnt hear from them for almost 2 months. I called them and a few weeks later they showed up. They did part of the job in October and I didnt see them again until December. It was a 2 day job at the most. Also, the crew didnt seem to be given clear instructions on what work was to be performed. They were sloping a sump pump drainage line and damaged it with a shovel. I found this out when I saw PVC pieces coming out of the end of my drainage line. I paid $200 for a plumber to put a camera down the line to see what damage Farrells caused. I emailed them to let them know the line was damaged. I received no response and had to email several times just to get a response. They came out to patch the line and now there is standing water in the area they fixed. I emailed the owner last week about it, and of course, I have gotten no response. I feel I was overcharged for a drain line that is in worse shape after hiring them, and is going to cost much more to hire someone else do the job correctly.
