Noah was Great explained all the details on our Springler System and fixed a few issues. We discussed landscaping at our home. We will be using Premium for all our landscaping and lawn care needs.

There is much to be said about maximizing profits. There's more to be said about just how it's done. Let me explain. But first, this is a long review. Mr. Fitzgerald did not shortchange me on his work, and I won't short change him on this review. It all started out when I hired a contractor to do some work at my house. Part of that work involved grinding stumps to clear the way for a vinyl fence to be installed. We called in a sub-contractor to grind the stumps. Unfortunately, that heavy equipment left crevices on portions my lawn. My lawn needed a makeover. I also found that at several sprinkler heads where water no longer reached where it was needed. In fact, at a couple of sprinkler heads, water was just pooling just above the sprinkler head. I solicited three estimates. Two of the companies I contacted told me that they could redo my lawn, but I would need to add another zone for my irrigation system. One of those two companies went further. He said, that since my water pressure was low, he recommended redoing the entire irrigation system and adding larger pipes. This would entail starting from scratch, regrading and adding new sod to the entire yard. Then I called, Premium Landscaping. The owner / operator, Mr. Noah Fitzgerald showed up. I told him what the other estimates suggested. Mr. Fitzgerald refocused. He then turned on each zone individually, and simply surveyed the yard. Then he started walking. He said, "there's a leak." He refocused on another part of my lawn. He started walking again, he said, "there's another leak." Within 25 minutes, Mr. Fitzgerald had found 4 leaks in my back yard, He then focused went to the front. It turned out that the stump grinding equipment also severed several of the pipes below the surface. Mr. Fitzgerald said, "Sir, you don't need a new zone. We can swap out the sprinkler heads in zone 5 and direct the water out further as needed. Mr. Fitzgerald offered me an estimate and I gave him the job. Then he said, I'll have your water restored by Friday. That was a Tuesday. On Wednesday, some movement out of my living room window caught my eye. I opened the door and looked to the left, it was a steady, strong stream of water. I turned to the right, and I noticed Mr. Fitzgerald squatting down with his hands in the soil. Mr. Fitzgerald had repaired the damaged heads. My water was restored two days earlier then he originally promised. He has since added new topsoil, regraded my lawn, and rehabilitated my lawn by adding sod where needed. Not by starting from scratch. In fact, the contractor called me once while Mr. Fitzgerald was still working and said "He knows what he's doing." Remember, his subcontractor said I would need a new zone. That contractor has since approached Mr. Fitzgerald, and asked him to consider doing work for him on existing and future projects. Again, the other landscaping company suggested that I redo the entire lawn. As I noted earlier, there is more than one way to maximize profits. The other two companies method was to "supersize". In other words insert unnecessary add-ons, and the the total cost. Profit. While Mr. Fitzgerald's approach was to find out the most efficient, and cost effective method to resolve the issue at hand. The other company's would have made more money and moved on to the next job. Mr. Fitzgerald's approach exudes, quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. Which in turn builds customer loyalty. I am now a loyal customer of Premium Landscaping and I will sing them praises. Hence, this review. I'm sure you know that a lot of companies are out there simply to take you for what they can get. While others promote quality, ethics, professionalism and customer satisfaction. Premium Landscaping and Noah Fitzgerald - Owner / Operator is one such company. Thanks again Mr. Fitzgerald.

Premium just completed core aeration and top dressing of my lawn today(9/29/2003) It was excellent, the price was very reasonable, they used top quality loam to top dress the yard. Very knowledgeable and informative about taking care of property in the shop and long term. Yard was left neat and clean as well. Would highly recommend them to my neigbors here on St. Simons Island. In summary, they were professional, responsive, on time, and a good value...so far the BEST that I have run into on the island. Will be using them all the time ....

Great company and services. They did our initial irrigation, plants and sod installation and now continue with weekly maintenance. Also do insect control, fertilization and pine straw mulching. Crew is friendly and responsive to special requests. It's very obvious that they take pride in their work and proud of the results. We are extremely happy with their services and highly recommend them.

Went very well. Responded the same day we called and after skillfully identifying the issue he got the system running again in short order. He made note of several previous wire patch jobs, so he ran a completely new cable, rewiring each zone, eliminating all the old patches. This was all done quickly and efficiently, the entire job was complete in the time others had taken to just do a patch at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
