Top Cut Lawn Care & Landscaping in Brownwood

This issue was first reported back in 2021. I have called for service repair many times but it was not serviced until this Oct 20 of last year. I am filing a complaint because the problem was not completely repaired and there was still an underlying or deeper issues that was not thoroughly checked. I notified them about this while paying more than a $1000 for the repair. Finally, they sent someone to have it checked or diagnosed. After the diagnosis, he told me that I can repair it myself and change the part that is causing the problem in the first place. I bought the part that he told me to replace and I fixed it myself. After placing the part, the previous issue that I have called them in the first place started leaking again. So, since I have wasting water from the leaks from the two heads I decided to closed two stations as a result. Now, they are charging me more for the uncomplete service. I tried explaining it to them but they went extremely mad and claiming that I have accepted some free materials that they used to repair the problem. Everything was written on the first invoice and accusing me that I do not want to pay as well.

Professional and quality work. They are pretty busy so be patient getting on the schedule, worth the wait.

My name is John, and I live on Southgate Dr in Brownwood. My neighbors dad thought I might call Top Cut to help me with repairs on my lawn sprinkler system, and gave me the name Johnny Escobar and his cell phone number. I called and spoke with the man on I think was about Thursday the 29th. He suggested that I use Hunter valves in that they were much better than Rain Bird _ and that he was driving up to Abilene on the following Friday 30th and would purchase the 3 Hunter valves for my system manifold......and he set the appointment for Saturday. I waited all day Saturday, and he was a 'no show'. I called his cell phone about 1:30 to ask if he was going to make it to my home, and he did not answer the call. Not meaning to bother him on his day off, but I again called his cell phone number Sunday, he did not answer the call. So I then called the Top Cut Office number [knowing they were closed] and left the message if they would be coming Monday, that I had been without water since last Wednesday, and I mentioned that Johnny Escobar had not shown up on Saturday's appointment. The Top cut Office did not call me concerning my message. I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran and I am most accountable, so this type of non-professional work ethics really urks me. They may do good work, I do not know .....if you can get them to your house.
