Worker arrived and found a kind neighbor had cut the front lawn. Back lawn was uncut. The company rep said I had to pay $50 for worker showing up. I asked for for $50 work on back lawn but was refused. Rep used foul language. I cancelled service. Zero star rating.

I had an opportunity to talk wit Kris, very impressive young man. Cordial and considerate, I was pulling weeds from the shrub beds when he arrived he asked if he could take the lawn debris bag from me. Thoughtful Also.

It took me awhile to find a an established reputable as well as reliable lawn care service company that listens and respect their customers. Kris is so knowledgeable about lawn care and always address any concerns which I may have. He saw me pulling weeds upon his arrival and told me he will spray to get rid of my weeds. Was so thankful because due to having chronic arthritis in my knees it was painful and difficult for me to do. From Kris to the administrative staff everyone exudes professionalism which is lacking in so many businesses today. I had a complaint about the picker weeds in the back yard which is the reason I hired them to get ride of the weeds. he was kind enough to send a text message to the owner about my complaint. very nice guy. I hope they got the message and will get ride of the weeds.

We have been a customer for 3 years and the service from, the girls in the office to the technician that comes out, is outstanding! Highly recommended if you are in need of lawn maintenance to pest control. They do it all. From one happy customer.

I specifically asked for just maintenance and they charged me for a fertilization when that was never what I wanted. & when I asked her why she let me chose that one on the website when I asked before which one I should chose. She directed me to the wrong package and then when I asked for help she didn t want to help and blamed me for all of the wrong doings. The lady that answers your phones is not helpful and she wasted 41$ of my money because she doesn t know what she s doing. They didn t even cut my grass

We started with Elegent Greens last summer. Our yard was a mess. Weeds, sparse patches, summer patch, grubs, you name it we had it. They treated all of our issues and this year we have a beautiful green, plush lawn. Highly recommended!

Elegant Greens is the best set it and forget it service. They come out a handful of times throughout the summer, apply fertilizer/grub control/aeration and off they go. They send a heads-up a few days prior, they dont bother you day-of, and the billing is automatic. Need an extra service or application? Just text them. Definitely recommend!

John and his partner did an excellent job removing leaves. and we have a LOT of them. Professional and engaging. Hired themback!

They do show up, and our front lawn is great. The back, where the neighbors can t see what they do, shows this track, where they skipped most of the lawn. Insect control application, if it happened, also didn t work.

Had an appointment scheduled and no one ever showed then when I called to follow the rep was rude as ever and said they don t do in person quotes then hung up. Customer service is very important and this company has failed the most important step.

My lawn was taken care of by a previous lawn fertilizer service for many years. I prepaid for annual fee. I called a few times to express my concerns of particular issues with my lawn. I made a final phone call to cancel the renewal due to burnt grass and patches of vine and crab grass still apparent now that it s spring time. The receptionist didn t even care or bother. It shows in the company s mistakes

Took to long for the aeration process

I scheduled a spring clean up. They sent a 2 man team who charged me for 5 hours of work. My back yard doesnt look like its been touched. They only did my front yard near the house. The part closest to the street and along the side fence is full of leaves. I contacted the company. They stated that I told the crew I was satisfied with their work before they left. I never spoke to either man before they left. The company offered to send them back but I would have to pay for the hours. Why would I pay more money when they didnt do any actual clean up the first time they came out? I also asked for a quote on lawn mowing services as their website states they can service lots of all sizes. The company responded that my property was too large for mowing services. I chose this company based on the reviews, but I am highly disappointed in the low quality of work displayed by the company and the multitude of lies. UPDATE: The 2 man crew returned to my house today. They mowed the lawn and cleaned up some of the leaves. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative of the owner coming to my house. I witnessed him pointing out spots that had been missed. Thank you to the owner and April for all their work and follow up care to make sure I got the service I requested. UPDATE 2: I returned home from work to be told that the crew came out a third time. I am satisfied with the work. My yard is free of leaves and debris on a majority of it. Thank you to the Elegant Greens staff for working so hard to meet my expectations.

I was looking for a new lawn service and yard clean- up that had been rated 4.9 or higher and had excellent Customer Service. I found Elegant Greens Lawn Care and so far after the Spring Cleanup and the 1st Lawn cut they have not disappointed. I asked for specific trimming to be done around my pavers and they did a fantastic job. I have already recommended them to 2 neighbors who asked me for who I am using now. Therefore, at this time I give them a 5 star. Try them out you will not be disappointed!

Just had new siding put on my garage last year and during the first and second cut, the kid cut through 3 corners of my garage with the weed whip. Office personal we re very helpful though with setting up replacement.

Lawn is full of weeds & no one will come & look at the issue & provide a plan to rid my lawn of these weeds as its company policy to NOT make service calls. Had the issue last year & again this year so the techs that apply treatment arent trained to deal with these issues. Trying to find out when the tech will arrive for the next treatment is like waiting for a comet you know its coming but dont know when. Elegant Greens will provide great customer service to get you to sign up for their service until there is an issue. Unfortunately prepaid for the year & stuck with weeds & poor service. I have other family who is canceling their service because no one can drive 10 minutes to my house in Southgate to see what can be done to help.

I like the professionalism and the responsiveness of the main office but the second to last time they came, they mowed the lawn but didn t do the whole backyard or trimming, then last time they did not trim around the fence area again so the back fence has weeds over the hostas and fence. They did do this the first two to three weeks they came by but since then, I have felt they have not. I would give a 5 if all that was said would be done would have been done, I have a 4 because I love the responsiveness and professionalism in the main office.

As I know small, owner operated businesses really depend on reviews and potential clients sometimes hinge their decision on others experiences with the reviewed company, I will start with 5 stars so that people looking will see that Elegant Greens should be given a chance. They do what they tell you they ll do. They also follow up with you and pre-coordinate. Are there scheduling hiccups with a growing company that s small? Sure. Will it possibly inconvenience a Karen or two who schedules everything to the minute of her day and must be present for every aspect of her operation? Possibly. But the bottom line is this: I have never had an issue with this company. I ask many questions of April (probably way too many and some past business hours) and she answers them within the next business day. The services provided are what was/are advertised. If there is/was an issue- it is very quickly resolved. I don t know what else a customer could possibly want? Save for clairvoyance and free service (both nonexistent) Elegant Greens pretty much has it.

Elegant Greens Lawn Care does a great job with each application. This is our first year with them and our lawn is looking great. We have the same person, Brandon, each time and he is very professional, and friendly. He takes time to answer any questions. This company is very dependable. If you have any questions or concerns, April, the office manager does a terrific job.

July 2021 Elegant Greens Lawn Care has brought our lawn back to the good life it deserves! This fall I will over-seed, as it is called, to fill in any bare spots where stubborn weeds use to grow, now gone! Thank you Elegant Greens!

Very polite office staff and service person. Paid attention to detailed instructions while on site. We have been so impressed by the work they have been doing, that we have added lawn mowing to our list of services done by Elegant Greens. The services performed are 1 time saving to us, 2 cost effective, and 3 the quality of work performed are of the highest standards. Thank you so much for giving us our yard the care and attention it desperately needed.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind. That said, the same week I signed up the price was increased. They attempted to charge my card 20+ times at the new rate and only informed me via email of the price change. No other contact or confirmation verification was attempted. Due to this I canceled my service. If they had reached out to request my approval of said price increase I may have continued the service. Given how they handled this, I do not recommend elegant greens services. If their processes change in the future then l may give them a second chance.

First time using them and they did a great job...no complaints. Easy to contact via phone, email, and the website is beyond helpful. I can already tell that customer service is priority one for this company. Saw that a few houses in our sub use their services and have some of the best lawns on the block. I plan on also using their fertilization services in the near future.

They are very professional as well as reliable. They will make sure they stick to your weekly schedule even on a holiday. They do a very nice job. I would highly recommended to anyone who needed a local lawn care service.

I hired them to take care of my mothers property. She is disabled and unable to do any type of lawn maintenance herself. I live a hour from her so I needed a dependable company to help her out. Elegant Greens has been great so far. They are also very responsive when I need to contact them.

I had my first application in May 2020 and my grass looks great so far. I ve never used a lawn service before, but I definitely should have.

I was a bit skeptical at first because I have never used a tree service before, but when Pat showed up, he did a job above and beyond what i had expected. He did an excellent job of pruning my tree and cleaning up. They are very busy at this time, but I now understand why. I will use them again. THANK YOU PAT!!

People get a discount if you give this company a 5 star rating. If I could give no stars , I would . My lawn had a professional lawn care co.last year, and it was beautiful. But, they don t service my area this year. So, it s not like my lawn never saw Fertlizer. Anyway, my lawn has so many things going on with it, brown spots, clover, pineapple grasss, weeds. Possibly a fungus. Looks like hell. Girl at front office is not knowledgeable about grass Everytime I asked a question, she had to ask someone else. I m glad . I asked for a separate service call. They never came. So, don t waste your money. Find someone else.

Easy to set up over the phone. What would take me 4 hours to cut the crew gets done in about 20 minutes. They do a great job and even work around my garden.

Should have been wary when they offered $5 off the bill for a five star review. A good company earns its own good review. Asked to be reduced to a twice monthly cut because the growing season has slowed. My grass does not need a weekly cut. Was told they do not do twice monthly cuts, but I could call and ask to be skipped. I would still be charged half of the $45 weekly rate. Needless to say, Monday was my last cut. Also, they would not blow off my front porch weekly, after mowing and trimming left clippings on it.

I like the professionalism and responsiveness. Today I spoke with service person related lawn issue and he found problem in no time. Also he offered a quick solution. Thank you.
