The consummate professional--trustworthy, honest, and does a fantastic job along with delivering great customer service. Was moving into town from out-of-state and had rented a house a few weeks earlier. Bottomline--the lawn needed help. Tried a couple of places--not many open on a Saturday and those that were weren't accepting new customers. Then I stumbled across Johnny's. Not only open on Saturdays, but works Sundays as well. Got the job done ahead of schedule and kept us informed along the way. He did so well, decided to put my lawn equipment in mothballs for the year and let Johnny handle the lawn. Reasonably priced too.

I took my generator on a Tuesday before an ice storm was due to arrive. I didn't have any expectations that it would be fixed in time. Much to my surprise, I was called by noon on Thursday saying it was ready. I was ecstatic! The last shop I used kept everything for at least a month. When I picked it up they mentioned that they were aware of the impending weather and wanted to get it back to me in time. As it turned out, I lost my power for 2 days and was so thankful for their effort. Also the price for repairs was very fair. I highly recommend this business!!

We took our generator to Mr. Sadler on the Saturday before hurricane Florence was supposed to hit us the following week. Mr. Sadler fixed our generator as soon as he could get the part and his customer service and prices were awesome. Alot of companies would have charged more because of the storm that was supposed to be coming and would not have cared if we had a way to have power or not. We highly recommend this company and they are the only one we will use for small engine repair from now on. Everyone there is very nice and caring and we think they are wonderful people.

Just had our lawn mower serviced here. Quoted us a week from yesterday (3/9) got it today (3/10). Whole heartedly impressed with service and customer care.
