Conner and his crew came by in early June and helped remove a large bush with a BIG weed inside of it. They also removed old tarp, replaced it, and remulched my entire house. They did an excellent job!!!

Started in spring of 21 with irrigation system then a stone paver patio and then to landscaping on 3 sides of our house. Some coordination trouble at first with patio installers not knowing where sprinklers were and such but Franco’s made it right and replaced what was broken. Coordination got much better when Kevin Snyder was hired to coordinate the various departments. Then when reseeding the yard, and the seed was contaminated with crabgrass, Tanner Gish worked with us to kill the crabgrass, reseed the yard and aerate it over 4 months for free! They are a one stop shop and a class act and continue to maintenance our irrigation system. Would work with them again anytime.
Contracted Franco to deliver and spread 3 yrds. of mulch around our house. Original estimated date of service was around April 1 which was great. However, due to COVID they ran about 5 weeks behind. I understand that this is challenging time, but communication would have helped. I had to initiate all contact to get updates on when they would come, there was no proactive communication. By the time they got to us many of our flowers had grown making it harder to spread the mulch completely. Also, I had requested a 24 hour notification before coming out so that I could make sure someone was home. No notification was provided. That said, the team that came to the house was professional, friendly and completed the work quickly. I have no complaints about the crew that did the job, they were five star. My concerns are more with the account management side.
We needed an overhaul for our home’s 20 year old landscaping/hardscaping and, based upon the other great reviews, we reached out to Franco. We’re so glad we did! Kevin Snyder, the designer, came up with an attractive plan that incorporated our ideas and preferences and the end result was just what we hoped for. The crew that completed the work: Jose’, Cesar, Corbin, Jeff, James and Kevin could not have been more professional, diligent and thorough, and we are so pleased with the service we received from the entire Franco team. Highly recommend! (Just be patient—it takes time from the planning phase to the installation, as should be expected from an in-demand company during the busy summer season.)
Franco Landscaping installed a new paver patio with fire pit and seat wall for us in the late summer/early fall of 2018, then followed up with sealing the patio in June of 2019. We love the overall design & look, and continually receive compliments from our friends & neighbors. As with any construction project, nothing is 100% perfect and we had some hiccups along the way, but without a doubt, Mr. Franco went above and beyond to make sure any issues were taken care of and that we were completely satisfied with the work. In today's environment, it can be hard to find contractors that stand behind their work. Mr Franco completely stands behind his work, and we highly appreciated this and would recommend him for this reason!
Franco has been a valued partner of ours for years. He has routinely gone above and beyond to exceed our expectations. He is always willing to get creative to meet our needs, yet stay within our budget. We've truly loved working with this team, and cannot recommend them enough.
Franco has done several large hardscape projects for us, including a boulder wall in the front yard, a gorgeous waterfall and pond, reconfigured a paver sidewalk, and just completed a grill wall on the patio. I've tried other contractors, and Franco had to undo the damage, so only this company for my outdoor projects from now on! Their workmanship is great, they complete the job quickly, the people are friendly, and the service is impeccable. Today, I decided to turn my lawn maintenance over to them, as well, because I'm very jealous of the beautiful lawns across the street that Franco maintains. Thank you for the years of great work, and I look forward to a continued relationship!

they dont understand what dont block the mail box means. ask nicely, and you get attitude .
These are good guys. I use them at the office and at home good follow up we had a bit of a glitch on snowplowing but they were very quick to correct the situation and we were very appreciative. Very nice people.

Franco Landscaping recently completed a back yard project for us - a paver patio with a seat wall, a separate grilling area, waterfall, lighting, landscaping and irrigation system. Their service was excellent. We are very pleased with the results.

Franco came out to our house and replanted half of our yard with grass. His guys worked hard, his leaders were responsive, and when there were any follow up questions he was quick to respond. I highly recommend Franco Landscaping!

I have been using Franco Landscapings services for more than a decade and I have NEVER had one issue or concern. I use their spring clean up, mulch, lawn mowing services, flower bed weeding and cleaning, shrub trimming, fall leave clean up and snow removal / de-icing services. They are extremely reliable, prompt to reply if I have any questions, professional and their pricing is worth every penny. Back in early March, I had 5 Landscaping companies come and give me a quote for a Spring Clean Up and mulch. I decided to go with Franco because they promised they would have the work done by Easter, which was in about 3 1/2 weeks. I was having a lot of family in town and wanted the place to look nice. On the Thursday before Easter, I hadnt heard from them and began calling. I left 5 messages/ texts and never heard back from them. On the Monday after Easter, I left them another message and told them I would be hiring a different company. I heard nothing from them and assumed the subject was closed. NEARLY FOUR MONTHS LATER, THEY SHOW UP WHILE IM WORK. They had to have seen the work had already been done, so what do they do? Lay down their mulch on top of the perfectly fine mulch I had already put down a few months earlier and sent me an invoice for $700. Theres a lot of good landscaping companies out there. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE
