TopCut did a great job on my backyard overhaul. They did everything from a new fence, new rock borders, edging, tree planting, the works. Kevin is very friendly, and communicates extremely well and promptly. Mark, the foreman, is friendly, thoughtful, manages his team well, and has an eye for quality. Several times they spent the extra time and effort to redo a small detail, or make something a bit nicer - without me even asking. They treat the quality workmanship as if it were their own yard, so you're in good hands. Prices were good, communication was excellent, they were always on time, and did an excellent job.
Kevin came out within two days of my call to him, right on time, and professionally repaired an irrigation problem I was having. He explained everything that he was doing and charged a more than fair price. Highly recommend!
The guys at TopCut were great. Kevin is super responsive and every time I call I speak to a real person. They are organized and it was a hassle free experience. On top of that they did a great job with my yard cleanup and I am signed up for weekly mowing service through the season. Would highly recommend them for all lawn care services!!!
This was my first year working with Kevin and his team. I actually saw them installing Christmas lights at my neighbor's home & asked for his information so I could schedule a quote. Kevin was kind enough to do a quote right on the spot and once I saw my neighbor's lights that night, I was sold! Kevin and his crew at TopCut came to our home in Erie and did an amazing job installing our Christmas lights. Everything was custom order and excellent quality. The response from the initial phone call to installation day was within a few days. I’m already looking forward to adding on more lights next Christmas! Kevin and his crew did a fabulous job on our Christmas lights. the lights are bright and perfect. The color we picked out (green) is absolutely beautiful with the soft white lights for my trees. Kevin came back 3 times because I just had to add more lights to the top of the home. they gave me suggestions and were great to work with. I would definitely suggest giving him a call. When I called he came out that same day :-). thank you Kevin. I would leave the lights up all year but my HOA may not like it. LOL thank you again.
Kevin and his crew at TopCut did an incredible installation of Christmas lights for us in Erie. Everything was made to order custom and installed in just a couple of days from initial visit/estimate, to turning them on! The price was very fair for the quality of work and attention to detail. I’m already looking forward to expanding the setup next Christmas!

Very professional easy to schedule what you need done. And the guys out on the field were informative straight forward and got the job done five all day long.
Unethical owner/operator. Performed work for them in the Thornton and Broomfield area and I was never paid. I had to file a complaint with the BBB.
Kevin stopped responding when I had an issue with the work that was completed at a property. I asked for a walkthrough to talk about the issues I had with the work completed and he went silent.
The guys here do an amazing job at what they do! I ve spoken to the owner, Kevin, as well before and he is such a professional business owner. I know for a fact that if there was ever an issue he d be the man to go out and fix it himself in whatever way he can. I highly recommend working with this team for all your lawn needs!
They refused to pay us for work completed
Not customer oriented. They said that they did not call customers to let them know They would be missing their appointment because they would be on the phone all the time. The owner several times told me that rain delays were something he could not control and went on and on and on making that the primary excuse for poor service. I hired them to do lawn clean up and it was a full month before anyone showed up to do it and when they did they did a poor job and I had to hire another company to clean up their mess.
Not impressed. I scheduled a quote for spring cleanup. The guys showed up on time, but immediately pulled machines out and started working on my yard before I agreed to any services. I even reminded him we just wanted a quote but apparently they dont take no for an answer. They did a motorized rake, aerating and seeding then said the boss, Kevin, would call me to schedule the actual clean up and some sprinkler work. I never got anything in writing, but I think I was told about $100 for the work. I never heard from Kevin, and a few weeks after I received a bill in the mail for $155. Very unprofessional, bad communication. The work they performed on my yard was ok, I paid the bill, but I would never call them again.
I attempted to get lawn mowing services through this company and received the run around for 3 weeks. The company was unable to give any solid answer regarding any time when they would come by, nor would they respect my time by at the very least canceling. I would call a different company as if they will waste your time and not now your lawn.
Great team. I appreciated the in depth explanation of how they provide and bill services. Will be using them for future lanscaping services from now on and I am looking forward to their Christmas light installation services for the upcoming holiday season.
The entire crew is amazing, especially my main contact Brooks. These guys came in after a *very* shoddy company ruined my landscaping and have worked to restore my lawn - and theyve done a GREAT job. Id recommend them to anyone. Patient, solid, communicative, friendly, punctual - the best lawn service Ive ever had.
