The crew from Delaware valley turf was terrific. I had to have the dead branches on my beautiful Maple tree cleaned out and a branch removed. They also transplanted 2 spruce trees from one side of the yard to the other. After that was done they came out to deep fertilize the Maple tree. Their price was reasonable and I would recommend them.

I switched from another company this year after 2 years of poor service - I was not happy with the results of my lawn seeding and weed control. The difference is very apparent and my yard is much more free of weeds. Service is very professional and the results speak for themselves.

I hired them treat my property with their annual six-application fertilizer and weed-prevention plan. They have also aerated and seeded a couple times, and I get grub prevention treatment each year, too. Plus, any time I have a question or problem about anything related to lawn care, someone always picks up the phone right away and guides me through solutions. Going with this company is one of the best decisions I have made as a homeowner here in the Main Line. Five years later, I get compliments all the time from neighbors and visitor who say my yard is one of the prettiest around. After my lawn had been eaten by grubs last summer, I hired Delaware Valley Turf to get the lawn back to normal. They came and removed the dead parts, seeded and fertilized. After much watering, the lawn is coming up beautifully.

The actual service to my lawn was great. However, you should give me more time for my preparation instead of the notice on day before the application.

Been using DE Valley Turf since 2021 after having septic replaced at property and needing yard to come back as quickly as possible. I have been extremely happy with the results and continue to use them and refer.

They do good work

Absolutely top notch company! Super friendly and efficient stuff, very easy to work with, and most importantly, my lawn looks so much better now. You do have to give them a little time. I had a pretty pathetic lawn, multiple companies worked on it but it was just not improving. At some point I even tried to spray fertilizer myself out of desperation. Then came DVT. I could see my lawn was looking better from maybe the second year? Then this spring (maybe 3rd or 4th year with them) I look out of my window and I realize hey, Ive got nice grass! Thanks so much guys.

Update: May 2024. Our lawn looks amazing. Is the greenest its ever been. In the past we used another service that wasnt as good as they are. Everythings really convenient. They have their online portal, and they send you texts when an upcoming services scheduled. It hasnt even been a year since we started working with them and the results have been what all the five-star reviews said it would be. Initial review 2023: Very happy with the lawn and customer service with the Delaware Valley Turf. Started this fall and so far so good. Looking to see how my lawn will look at the end of next season.

I called De Val at the last minute to aerate and they did a fantastic job. I used two other companies the Pat two years with very sub par results. They were on time, respected the marked off underground lighting, cleaned up, and really did a great core aeration job. I will definitely use them again next year and probably for other services. DVT is a very profession company. Their suggested treatments are spot on, and my lawn lawn never looked so good! Having had two whippets (racing dogs) and one greyhound, I was always nervous about getting a heads-up of a lawn treatment and of keeping gates closed. They assuaged both concerns with a text before they came and care in leaving.

DVT were informative, answered many questions patiently, and were responsive to a problem. What took away the 5th star was sort of not their fault. It had been raining and the clay was soft and wet on the day the tech aerated the lawn. In parts of the lawn, the plugs didnt come out, and the seed didnt take well in those spots. DVT was responsive to the issue, and I look forward to my fresh lawn in the spring.

We have a dog and our is important for the lawn inside my fence to be thick with 100% coverage. DV Turf did a great job. This past year, I was concerned about a few bare spaces that I planted seeds in. I was worried that the weed killer application would prevent grass from growing in these areas. So this year, you fertilized and performed all services except weed killer. By the end of fall, about 80% of the bare spots were covered. Because of this, our dog did not walk or run on any dirty/muddy spots so her paws were always clean when running around the yard. I appreciate your willingness to work with me and provide personalized service. Thank you. Plus, our lawn had thick luscious grass.

I would take your business elsewhere. I would suggest doing business somewhere that values integrity, organization, and customer satisfaction. We received our quote via email after requesting through the Delaware Valley Turf website. We DID NOT make any commitments, order any services, or place a credit card on file. One afternoon, a stranger appeared in our fenced in backyard. We had no idea who was moving around our dog toys in the backyard until he was approached and questioned why he was in our yard. There were no notifications, emails, or text messages regarding anyone from Delaware Valley Turf coming to the house. When asked he said he was performing a lawn service and our house was on the list of services. My fiance and I were very much upset because our rescue dog can have aggressive tendencies towards men, especially strangers. This put her safety and the staff from Delaware Valley Turf in danger. I was sickened by the thought of what could have happened if she was in our fenced backyard while he trespassed and entered our property without permission. After speaking with the owner, he expressed that it was likely a mistake in the office. He stated that he would follow up with his team to ensure that it wouldnt happen again. However, Delaware Turf Company trespassed AGAIN into our backyard, unannounced and without any services ordered. Luckily our dog was not in our backyard again. When calling about the situation again, Delaware Turf Company did not seem to understand the safety risk and the severity of the situation. It was clear he did not take measures to clear up the problem that occurred in the office the first time. When requesting for complimentary services under the extremely frustrating circumstances, the owner would not allow it. We took our business elsewhere. We only hope that this situation doesnt occur and that a more detrimental outcome doesnt ever happen to anyones pets or to their employee(s).

Company was very responsive with quote and delivery of service. They aerated and seeded my front and back yard. Gave explicit instructions for care in order to get the best results.

This is our third attempt at a lawn service and they are far better than the other two. These guys are professionals and it shows. Somehow, they have managed to hire people that know what they are doing and I find that very refreshing. I highly recommend them.

A couple of years ago we paid a fortune to sod our entire yard only to have it all die. The next summer, the yard was weeds with a few blades of grass. We called around and found Delaware Valley Turf. They came out, spent a lot of time explaining the issues with our very sloping, wooded lot. They gave us solutions. They killed the weeds, fertilized and seeded. They tested the soil and treated it for lime. In just a couple of months we have beautiful grass! I didn t think it was possible. Thank you DVT. I am so excited to see what happens in the summer with our lovely new lawn.

We highly recommend them. The technicians are always asking if we have any concerns and offer lawn care tips. They also take the time to move toys/apparatus to ensure lawn coverage and are attentive to our child and pet dynamics. Always refreshingly attentive to our needs.

These guys and gals are great. If you want good service, call them. We used them for lawn fertilizer/weed, grub control, and ticks. When we moved in about 3 years ago...the lawn was mostly weeds due to neglect. There are still some weeds but much much better.

Weve been using Delaware Valley Turf for 5+ years and are extremely satisfied with them on a variety of levels. Office staff/technicians very professional and responsive to our needs/requests. Technicians are knowledgeable and have been spot on in identifying issues/making recommendations. Services delivered are in our best interest, e.g. one year we had an early fall with lawn covered in leaves. The technician came out for the final application, recognized the leaves were a barrier and rang the bell. Suggested we reschedule a date after the leaves were removed for optimal performance. He could have just done the application and left, but took the extra step to make sure it was done correctly. We have a gorgeous lawn that will add to our overall property value.

Started with Delaware Valley Turf in the fall because I wanted to have my yard aerated and dethatched without the trouble of renting this equipment on my own. The price to have them do it was barely different than renting the equipment and doing it myself, so it seemed like a no brainer. They also seeded and tested my soil, diagnosed a grub problem in a section of lawn I couldnt keep alive, and fertilized/limed the lawn at the end of the fall. They communicate promptly through email and phone, and its super easy to pay the bills online. Highly recommend!

I started using Delaware Valley Turf in September to do aeration and seeding and weed control. I already see a HUGE difference in my lawn. Today they came to do last treatment before winter and I had a little issue. I called and Brian came right over and explained things to me.
