My house was tented for termites around June 3rd. Woke up this morning to live termites wriggling around my kitchen. Clearly whatever they used didn't work, so now I need to have my house tented again. I would not recommend this company for termites extermination. Update: I feel bad continuing to give a poor review, but it seems my termite issue was definitely not resolved from the tenting last year. Went to make some coffee around 11AM and found around 10 very alive termites flapping and wriggling around my kitchen. They seem to still be coming from somewhere in the kitchen cabinets. My rental company will likely assign the ticket to Bug or Us/ Magnum again, but I do not recommend anyone to use them if you're spending your own money.

The reason I am giving this poor rating is because I live in Spring Hill FL and one of there employees were up here in a red Toyota Tacoma with a white bed topper. This person was driving very disrespective tailgating people and cutting them off and drive 55 on a 45. If this person is disrespective on the road cant imagine how he treats the customers. If I could I would post a pic of the vehicle. Its a shame because this person is going to cause this company that could be good to not have people use them. Cause I would never use this company if I have too for my pest issues.

I have used their service for termites protection over 12 years. Very satisfied the great service they provide. My house only had termites infection at the beginning because the previous company's terrible job. After their few treatment (quick response and through treatment), my house kept termites free for years so far. A special THANKS to Mr. Kody Henry who is the technician came for inspection and reinforce treatment. Very plite, careful gentleman, I really appreciate his excellent service. Additionally, this company charges very reasonable fees, worth for every penny. Highly recommended!

I was a client for over 6 years. my yard always had weds and i paid over 100 every other month for bug and yard control. just had my house tented and they subbed it out to another company. When i came home my house temp was over 96 degrees. the other company had taken out ac circuit breakers. my ac was blowing full blast for almost two days with the compressor not on. it was a holiday so no one came out for over two days to put the breakers back in. no apology no discount. rude when they came to pick up the check. the check certainly got cashed on time. would not recommend to anyone!!!!! run away!!!!!!
