Love the flowers and arrangements. Called on Palm Sunday for palms, and they were sold out by 2pm. Otherwise, they do well.

Dragonetti worked on the landscaping of my rear yard by removing a tree, planting trees/plants, tree pruning and various other landscaping services. They were responsive to my concerns, on time, very professional and provided quality service. I plan to utilize there services again in the near future.

This is my third times we call Dragonetti Brothers the first one they design my garden absolutely beautiful and my second time we call them to add some cherry blossom tree to our garden until now my tree is the most beautiful tree on my neighbourhood This company does Phenomenal job this year we removed 10 huge tree with long branches allover my house they took them 3 hours to removed all of it and kept everything absolutely clean the way they handle everything is very professional the workers were extremely caution and safety from the beginning to the end and all the workers each one of the them are very respectful and friendly.. The Owner Antony & Nick there are the coolest people I met they explain you with detail how the job is going to be done also there assistant Alexander she very professional with explain you and schedule the date and time..... me and my family we very thank full for all the good work and we defently we will call you guys for our next project for our homes...

Had a great experience with Chase the landscape designer for our small Bed Stuy back yard. It was a blank canvas of dirt and now its a beautiful little oasis. He presented us with multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each option. He did not try to upsell, and actually steered us towards the less expensive option as he felt it was a better fit for our needs. He was very responsive to all my questions and the result is phenomenal! The installation crew was professional and did an amazing job. Couldnt be happier!

Dragonetti was amazing! When I was soliciting bids they were responsible and reasonable. Our designer and account rep was beyond resourceful and helpful. They executed everything professionally and timely and we could not be happier with the results!

We had a great experience working with Chase at Dragonetti on our outdoor terrace design. He created a spectacular environment of roses, hydrangeas, lavendar, trumpet vines and succulents on our 7th floor terrace. All of the gardening was done in containers and terracotta pots. He transformed our high rise terrace into a truly wild, fragrant and beautiful green oasis that is full of gorgeous color. Ill be using their services next spring as well. Highly, highly recommend Chase and Dragonetti.

That have a wide array of indoor and outdoor plants, trees, flowers etc. and supplies for landscaping .with very reasonable pricing.

He was using the blower and blowing it all over the cars and intentionally letting all the dirt on all the cars ! Very angry workers !!!trust me I watched from my building window and there was a car parked with their windows down and all the blower dirt went in the car while 2 people were I. The vehicle and they intentionally parked a distance away !

Inquired for some simple planting work done for my yard via call, their phone operator takes down my info gives me a date where estimator will come to assess the cost of the job, they give me a date of tuesday with no time expectancy. Tuesday rolls around and no sign of estimator, I call back and they have no clue about who I am. At this point we reschedule, date rolls around and the estimator is prompt and on time. Was able to assess the job in a matter of minutes and said I should expect them to email me a quote. A month out and no quote. Me being considerate of the time of year (potentially peak season) I give them the time to reach out to me. Bad decision as I m here a month and a half later and this company would not even let me know that they can t take on the job. There s a level of professionalism I expect when working with any company, as I deal with hundreds a year with my Funds Management company and construction company, one thing for certain is I will not be using Dragonetti or recommending them to any of my clients. If you want to deal with professionals who communicate this isn t the place. *Side note I m not one to pester so I only reached out about 3 times in a span of 1 month at no point did I hear back.

I called Dragonetti Brothers over two months ago. I had someone come over and take measurements as we discussed the backyard plan. I was promised an estimate within two weeks. Approximately 10 calls with a promise to be provided an estimate and several emails later, I still have not received a call back or an estimate. I had been patient and approached each call positively, only to be disrespected in this manner. This company is unreliable and caused delays in my backyard development.

I used Dragonetti Bros to remove tons of grass and weeds from my back yard. The team was fast, efficient and professional.

Removed large spruce tree. Worker climbed to top(80-90 feet), sawed off huge blocks of tree and just threw them down on my lawn and deck. Very large holes on lawn and chipped deck in 3 places. Should I really have to pay someone to fix these damages? Isn t that what their insurance is for? They refused and said they would fix it. They never did!!!! Shoddy work would never use them again or refer them to anyone. Should have looked for more reviews and better prices. .

This company was pruning trees on my block for a city contract. After cutting the trees the workers sat in their trucks in front of my house to eat lunch, which wouldnt be an issue if the workers did not take all of their fast food garbage and dump it out of the truck window onto my front lawn. I then asked the worker to pick up his garbage, which he did, but then took the bag of garbage and threw it under my car that was parked in front of my house. I contacted the office and was supposed to receive a return call the next day which never happened. I contacted the office again and they were nothing but rude and nasty. This is the company NYC gives contract to?! This company is terrible, DO NOT USE THEM! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Ordered a Christmas Tree from Dragonetti because my nearest street stand vendor is miles away, and I m not into schlepping trees around anymore. It was pricier than picking one up on the street, but they literally dropped it at my front door, with complimentary candy canes (!), and the tree is the best one we ve ever had. Terrible lack of care when it comes to other peoples cars. Throw a mangy old tarp on a car and proceed to cut trees above the car? Letting branches and debris come falling down - instead of calling and asking to move the car - common sense. Keep in mind this is a private lot and assigned spot. Tried to call and speak to manager and make a complaint. Reception picked up heard my complaint and hung up. Didnt pick up afterwards. Terrible quality of service and rude employees. Def do not recommend.

I purchased my Christmas tree from there and paid extra so I can get the tree that has the strong pine scent. I did not get what I paid for and was very disappointed. I moved on. Today I got a phone call they were offering to take my tree away for their price. I mentioned to the person that called me one of the owners about my tree nit having the pine scent. She said which was strange she is not responsible for the scent and before I could say anything she put the phone down on me. What baffles me is why did they charge me extra so I can have the full scent of the tree and then say to me you not responsible. When I went there everyone was so pleasant. Unfortunately I was not one of the lucky customers, I don t know why I was treated like that. In the response to my review I was told if there is any questions I should call. Am I calling to be disrespected and have them hang up on me? That s so not cool. I had my experience and for me it s a wrap. No more!

Do not waste your time. Reached out the week prior to schedule a consultation. On the day if I called confirm that they would be coming and was told they will be there. Took the day off work and after the scheduled time I get a call from someone else saying that my location was too far. Do not do business with people who do not value your time and are unprofessional. I had given them my address during the initial call and there no no issue then when it came to distance

Poor service. There was a significant discrepancy with the amount quoted vs. the amount charged. No accountability for poor costumer service and miscommunication.

Anthony came to my home to give me an estimate, professional and seems honest. Reasonable quote. Hope to work with them. I will let you all know how it goes. Work all done. Called for the next door neighbors lawn to be taken care of , spoke to Anthony, and he said it will be taken care of until September. Paid, upfront and the fit me into his schedule and started the same day.

I ve had terrible landscaping jobs in the past, But had a consultation with Anthony, and felt really confident that the work would be done to my expectations. The crew came and manicured my hedges, most of which are spiraled. A few other companies have destroyed them in the past, but Edouardo was able to trim them to perfection. Thank you so much for making my house look good again!

Had a great experience with them trimming some trees. Not so good when I tried to get a landscaping estimate. Someone came over and we discussed what needed to get done. Over a month later, and many phone calls and emails, still no estimate.

I had to have 4 large trees removed from our property. All the 5 stars say it all. Pjus they left the side & yard CLEAN. Hire this company & you will not be disappointed

This is what they do on a Saturday.... block a whole street, one truck on one side, another one on the other side of the street, only one way to go for a 2 way street in Myrtle.... I can t post the picture, but s it s incredible

They did a great job in my yard, had a tree cut down and tons of old soil removed. Anthony & David s guys did an outstanding job. A little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for!

Do not even try with these people. They are horribly disorganized. Theyll reschedule. Theyll cancel. Theyll reschedule again. Youll call them the day before to confirm and theyll have no idea what youre talking about. Youll take the day off for them to do work, and they just wont come. Its amazing to me that a company this dysfunctional can exist in 2019. Unreal.

Instead of putting the cut branches in my large yard these geniuses decided to put them on my vegetable garden. Unbelievable!

I had a project to remove and replace two small trees from my front garden and some maintenance for the pavers that Dragonetti installed a few years ago. I was visited by an arborist and by a designer. Each promised a proposal within two weeks. I never heard from them again. I guess if your project is not at big one they cannot be bothered. I am hiring another service instead.

TERRIBLE PLACE

If I could give them a lower star rating I definitely would . These landscapers lol funny to even called them that , did a job at my home last year . They layed red stones in my yard with a layer of weed plastic or whatever its called and I have nothing but weeds coming up . Ive cleaned the weeds twice this season and they keep coming back worse. After spending almost 2000 on this you would think I wouldnt have weeds . Or at least very very minimal. My yard looks terrible and Ive never been more miserable that I dont even use the yard due to this . I dont know how they are even in business .

I paid $300 for a clean up which I thought was a little much since I had previously paid for a spring cleanup, but the other company missed all of June. So it was just grass. But I went with it because I needed to have a Gardner in place. I was told they would come twice a month. I thought that the twice a month for July was included with that initial charge since they started on July 8. It wasnt. It took me many un-returned phone calls to find that out. And I was only able to verify that after I paid a visit to their company on Ralph Ave. There I was also able verify that they had passed me onto another company...who I have yet to hear from. So now I am back up to a month without any service. I feel really taken advantage of. I was surprised and disappointed as I went with Dragonetti because I thought you were a reputable company. You live and you learn!! I chose not to believe the bad reviews and took a chance. I shouldnt have!!

I do not know what their qualifications are for cutting trees or how they were able to get a city contract to prune trees but there used to be a Japanese maple in front of my parents house...now it look like a palm tree... When I tried to ask questions as to why SO much of the tree had to be cut the Latino gentleman sitting on top of the truck just started running the chainsaw to try to intimidate me and the other rocket scientist came over to tell me its the citys tree theyll do want they want and if I had a problem to call 311 or the mayor (who i think runs the company based on the intelligence levels of its employees)

Dragonetti removed a tree from my backyard in record time. They did it neatly and efficiently. They left no mess at all - cut the trunk to the ground. I was amazed that the job took so little time. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

This place is horrible i had appointments with them. From 9am to 12pm no one shiws up or call.After i call them to tell them no one came they say someone comi f in 20 minutes . No one never came horrible company.

I do not know what these other people are talking about... I had a huge tree growing through power lines removed from my backyard, along with 6 stumps that were ruining my grass. It was also a trip hazard. They showed up with a large crew to get the job done safely and quickly. When I went to look in the backyard not even a needle was on the floor it was as if the tree was never there. Price was better then other quotes I received and these guys are licensed and insured.

This company came to my street, did a half ass job,. They arrived at 7:30am and were so called done at 9am. Total waste! did a messy cleanup and left twigs everywhere on the street and in peoples lawn... They even cut my Verizon Fios cable so I had no internet, TV or phone. They also cut several other residences cable wires -time warner who came to repair the cable at 2am waking up the whole neighborhood. When I confronted them and told one individual who works at that company that they had cut my Verizon cable, the moron continued smoking his cigarette on top of the aerial lift and acted as if nothing happened. You call yourselves professionals, well learn how to cut trees properly and not CABLE WIRES!!!!

Provide the worst customer service. Tell you they will show up the next day and dont show up. Concrete work is fundamentally flawed. Not dependable. Come onto property with an attitude.Talks down to customers.

Loud, inconsiderate, presence. When I asked one employee how much longer to would take, he thought I was talking down to him and started to yell--he was even ready to start a physical fight. When its loud, you have to speak louder to be heard, but this idiot thought that meant I was shouting at him. In taking down 1 tree, they managed to destroy 2 neighbors clothes lines, rip out 2 other neighbors cable TV lines, and knock yet another neighbors satellite dish down. They enter private property like they own the place and block off the street for more than 8 hours on 2 different Saturdays. This company is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
