This company installed a mini split ac for my apartment. For a long time I could not choose a company, but in the end I chose Optimize Air. They had one of the best reviews. I wrote to them and they answered me very quickly. Then they came to my apartment and one day later they gave me a price. The price was very competitive. The guys installed the air conditioner in one day. They cleaned up all the garbage and were very polite. I am very pleased. Recommended!

I was looking to install a split-duct A/C unit in my large, sun-drenched office room. Ive contacted a number of local contractors who specialize in ductless. Sergey was very responsive, thorough, and the price was very fair. They arrived on time, and completed the job in just a few hours, including running new 220V lines. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have been looking for a year to get ductless ac installed and have quotes ranging from extremely low costs to very high costs. We looked at companies that have completed ductless ac installations for years and they really upscale the charge (we researched our own prices and had a number of quotes to compare against). Additionally, we wanted specifically Mitsubishi ductless ac and many companies we came across kept pushing us towards other brands or even refurbished or outdated models! Make sure you check your model numbers and do your research! We came across Optimize Air and have finally found a reputable, reliable, and very honest company, a rarity in this day and age. Sergey and his team were fantastic from start to finish! The quote they gave us was very reasonable and he works with you on what you need, without ever being pushy or telling you to get what they would most profit from. He really works with the customer and is very responsive to emails and texts/calls. It was very impressive! The job was completed on time, they cleaned up, and took all the garbage from the site! They tested the system (3 zones) and everything was working well. The electrical work was really well done! We noticed a few days later the duct wasnt as asthetically pleasing as we wanted it to be and Sergey responded immediately with solutions!! We couldnt believe a company responded back and came back to meet our needs quickly (esp. on a day when it was storming too)!! We didnt have to wait long for them to come fix it! Sergey personally came to fix it himself! This went above and beyond what we expected from a company that was already paid and could have just ignored us! This really sealed the fact that they are a hard working and honest company! We cannot recommend them enough! We wouldnt take the time for a lengthy review unless it was worth our time and we will continue to recommend Sergey and his team to our friends and families!

These guys are as professional as it gets. I called a few places and everyone gave me problems and reasons. They actually came in and got it done. There was B.S. just work and all was perfect. They saved my new units and charged a very reasonable rate. I did refer them to a few people and so far everyone thanked me. I wish them nothing but success.
