By hiring uneducated, undertrained imbeciles - thats how. Can never get anyone on the phone. Got transferred 7 times, was on hold for 30 min, at the end they hang up on you. 3 times this happened.My issue is still not resolved. I tried Customer Service number - left numerous messages, no one called back.
