In Brooklyn, it is pretty difficult to find the right professionals to work with and deliver satisfactory results, so I usually do not review contractors online, however in the case of High Tech, I had to pause, since it had so far been a positive and worthwhile experience. We had our previous contractor mess up the original stucco when installing new windows, which eventually caused water damage. High Tech was the company we selected after contacting a number of companies. Kami (CEO) came to the site multiple times and answered all our questions, so I decided to redo the whole stucco. Kami kept us updated on his schedule and weather conditions before the job started, in addition i was clear even about the time it would take. From day one to finish day, Mr. Khan (Sup.) managed 6+ workers, sending pictures and answering questions. The team looked happy, motivated, and helpful. It was even necessary to do extra work after that, but Kami and his crew were understanding of our needs, and quality materials were used throughout the entire process. The price was reasonable. They finished the job on time and the site was cleaned up thoroughly. We were pleased with the job, and we highly recommend Kami and his team. My family and I are very pleased with High Techs five-star level work on our brick house in recent October weeks. A lot of the much-needed, affordable work was done on the porch and the front of the house. Gaps on the sides of the porch steps were filled in, and numerous other cracks in the brickwork were filled. The porch surface was powerwashed, and the sides were repainted with waterproofing paint that closely matches the house trim color. The porchs white metal railing was also repainted. Elsewhere, the foundation wall was nicely repainted after the edging was completely cleared and filled in. Chimney cracks were repaired, and windows were caulked and painted. Kami and his team members are all very knowledgeable, skilled, courteous and punctual.

I contacted Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp a few weeks ago about a sidewalk violation I have with the city and asked them to give me an estimate for the repairs. They gave me a reasonable price comparing to the others. They also explained the process of removing the violation very clearly to me. That helped ease my concerns lot. They were sincere and helpful and would answer all the questions you have. In just a short time the sidewalk repairs were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would have their construction projects done.

I had 4 window lintels replaced by hi tech contracting. We had some scheduling issues but it was resolved. I wanted to have it done during the colder months but kami was honest enough and not just want to take my money and suggested we do it in the spring when the warmer temperatures are better for waterproofing projects. In the end it was the right decision and things worked out. The job was done in a timely manner and result was very nice. He did not try to sell me anything extra and also gave me some helpful suggestions on basic maintenance work. He was very pleasant to work with. I will not hesitate to use him on future projects.

I had my rear foundation waterproofed, refreshed my rear wall stucco, and had new pavers installed over what was previously grass. Hi Tech was great at communicating the entire process and checked in with me daily. In previous experiences with contractors the people in charge would not check in until the job was done, but Kami and his team were good at overseeeing the entire project. Prices were fair and work got done within the timeframe quoted.

Before we called Kami for our sidewalk violation, we had contacted 3 contractors. The first one lied about his license on his business card. We fired him. Another one had no DCA license and the salesperson we spoke to was leaving the company, that raised alarm about this contractor. The third one was expensive but highly recommended by our friend. We waited for him for a month. He just could not pull everything together to start the job. We were so anxious that we could not get the sidewalk fixed on time because we had planned to visit our family in NC. Eventually, we found Kami online because of the good reviews. We made sure that Hi Tech was licensed by DCA and gave him a call. Kami came over to check the sidewalk after the weekend and gave a reasonable estimate. He also explained how they got the job done and promised that we would be able to travel on schedule. At this point, we were kind of skeptical--too good to be true. Ten days later, on the day when alternate side parking was on our side, the team came around 9:30am and worked fast. By 4 pm, the job was done, and the street was kept clean. One of our neighbors, living in the next-door building which also received a sidewalk violation, watched the team doing the job at the whole time. He said that the team did everything right. The new sidewalk looks nice so far (we found one minor dent because of a tiny object falling on the wet concrete out of the sight. The worker promised to patch it up later). Overall, we are satisfied with the services. It would have been perfect if Kami could notify DOT after the sidewalk repair done. But it was not a big deal to call DOT ourselves for a dismissal inspection. We are waiting for DOTs inspection and will update the result. Thank you, Kami and the team.

When the team made a design decision that I was not happy with, and caught after the fact, Kamran very quickly rectified it and it was completely changed to my liking. Ive used Hi Tech Contracting & Renovation on 2 occasions, so far. Both jobs were to point and water proof the exterior walls of both houses. One thing I really appreciated was that there were enough workers to complete the jobs on schedule. Each worker paid great attention to what he was doing so that the work was neat and completed accurately. It also helped that they were friendly, but still attentive to the work at hand. I also appreciate that Kamran actually came to both locations to look at what needed to be done, and then provided a formal estimate of the cost. Kamran keep his appointment and came over when he said he would; the other company set a time and date but never showed and never called to cancel. Kamran evaluated what work needed to be done and quoted me a price for a quick patch job and a full renovation. Ultimately I chose to do the full renovation. I had waterproofing and concrete work done to my property. We had 2 contractors come out for an estimate and we decided to move forward with Kami, as he provided the best estimated cost. We also felt comfortable working with him due to the fact that he answered all of our questions without trying to sell us additional services. Hi Tech Contracting was a delight to work with from start to finish. I needed point work done on the façade of my home and reached out for an estimate. They arrived quickly, surveyed the problem, and estimated a very fair price. On the day of the job, they arrived early and immediately proceeded to the pointing. For most of the day, I forgot that they were even there. When they were done just a few hours later, they asked me outside to inspect the work and it was perfect. They even had some cement left over, so they patched up some other things as well. When they left, they packed up all of their material and left the area clean and tidy, which has not always been my experience with contractors. I am immensely pleased with the work and will certainly call them back for my next project. In short, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

yeah they did a good job... but dont call them if you need them to fix what they did. i been trying to get them to come back and adjust the railing they installed since november and its excuse after excuse and still no show.!

Hi Tech just completed the demolition and replacement of my sidewalk. This was a great experience from the first phone call to job completion. Everyone involved in the process was courteous, professional and on time. Kami was such a pleasure to work with, promptly returning calls and texts throughout the process. Kami was excellent to deal with. Hi- tech did the front yard for me. They do clean up all area after the work is done. The concrete come out good. The only thing I see is one small crack line after a month. But, he explained it is due to extremely hot weather. If continue getting worse, next year he still will get it fix for me.

Hi Tech repaved the sidewalk in front our restaurant. We closed for one day and required the job to be executed within that time frame. They started at 9am as scheduled, broke down the old concrete pavement, added new concrete, and smoothed out the surface, sectioned off the area by 5pm with enough time to dry the next day. I would recommend them for any sidewalk work as they were punctual, professional, and did a thorough and complete job.

Hi tech contracting and restoration was a pleasure to work with. The first thing that set them aside from everyone else was they responded within a timely fashion to an initial quote. That actually gave you some indication of the type of company that you would be working with. The owner was very reliable in terms of answering all our questions and going over all of our options before we actually decided on using them. There was definitely no pressure on signing on the dotted line. The work that I had done consisted of Brick restoration, painting And stucco work . In addition they were also able to remove and in the wall AC and patch up the hole inside and outside. The job that they did was fantastic and they were able to finish in a timely manner. In addition they left the work site clean. They were able to make the front of our house much nicer than it was previous . I would definitely recommend using them for any of your contracting/ restoration needs . I plan on using them in the spring For some additional work and I am glad I found them.

I recently had my roof and gutters replaced by Hi Tech Contracting.They were extremely professional and did quality work from start to finish. From the initial negotiations, to the final clean up, it went smooth and problem free. Their admin staff was polite and efficient, the work crews did a great job and the project manager (on site unless he was getting material), Kami, made sure things went as planned, answered my many questions, was very detail oriented but project was not finished in time, so giving 4 stars. otherwise I am very pleased with the new roof and gutters and would highly recommend this company.
