They sprayed my yard with chemicals while My dog was still in it. They knocked on the door and didn t give us time to answer before spraying the yard. The technician stated the dog was inside, which is not true. So they are calling me a liar. When I let the dog in he rolled around everywhere and got chemicals all over our house. I have a 6 month old baby who came in contact with the chemicals.

Update #2 June 9, 2024: Unfortunately, this companys chemical services are lacking as I had dandelion weeds that covered 90% of my property. The manager I spoke with said, it takes time for their chemicals to work, and they only sprayed like every 4 to five weeks plus we had a lot of rain lately hence the said chemicals were most likely diluted. Not something I wanted to hear as I was spending $600 on there services. I had no choice but to buy chemicals from Home Depot to kill the infestation of weed that I had. Being in a wheelchair as a disabled veteran is a pain as it is, but I pay vendors for services to keep my home maintained as I cant do it myself. But in this case I had no choice. Me and my wife finally killed all the weeds and had to call Showcase to cancel any further chemical services. The only services I did retain from them are Spring aeration and dethatching plus fall aeration. Update May 2, 2024: I am adding this edit to more services I ordered for myself. Just one ding here was a over seeding service I ordered from Showcase Lawn care. It seems if I am not at home sometimes things can and will go South on me. I had to go help my Mom get her sprinkler system up and running thru another company, but while I was gone a tech came to my house hence proceeded with the over seeding service. When I got home my wife told me that the tech didnt do the job. I was confused by this, and so I called Showcase and ask why this happened. The young lady was polite on the phone, and a operational manager came to my house promptly the next day before a med transport van picked me up to go to the VA Hospital for appointments. He said that the tech did a half arse job at seeding my property and would talk to the tech Monday. Then he promptly pulled his equipment out of his truck and reseeded my property. When I got home from the VA hospital noticed that my property was seeded properly. In the end I respect this company for owning the situation and making right what was wronged. This is what a business should be about is providing good service, and customer satisfaction. Will do more business with them in the future. Had aeration done to my lawn recently. Just wanted one service. My Mom uses Showcase for 2 years now for weed control and over seeding. Cost me $235 for a double pass aeration with a military discount. The employee was professional, and helpful. Keep up the good work.

Weve been using Showcase Lawn Care for the past three years. Huge improvement in the condition of our lawn. Started a special project last fall that ended just recently to eliminate tall fescue and replace it with healthy grass. Their slit seeding process is terrific. In particular, Colton and Allen, two of their lawn service specialists, did a splendid follow up treatment just yesterday and went out of their way to meet our needs. A couple of great guys!

I decided to try Showcase after being disappointed using a National service after just one year. What I like better about Showcase is my yard looks maybe the best it ever has in the past 10 years. Theirs is a 5 treatment program after being roped into the 7 or 8 with the National service. I got everything setup via the internet not ever having to talk with a human, and that is still the case. So far so good, I will post if anything changes in the next couple of months, but I doubt it will.

We had been using Showcase for a few years after they bought out our previous lawn care company. In total, I believe it was a total of 11 years. We never needed to call, they always came out and did a spectacular job taking care of our lawn 5 times a year for a very reasonable price. The only time we ever had an issue was in the later part of a season the applicator had residual chemicals (some sort of roundup) on his tires and burned tire marks through our entire front and back yard. Although they didnt refund any money and we had to look at those tire marks for 3-4 weeks, they did provide very good customer service regarding the matter and admitted to the fault. There isnt much that can be done other than wait for the grass to grow back. Mistakes happen, were all only human. At the end of the day, its really only grass. We just moved to a ranch and will no longer need their services, however if we ever do need assistance, wed for sure work with them again.

Scheduled service for the year. The first appointment was rescheduled 3 times. I had to call and threaten to take my business elsewhere for them to finally come.

This has been a difficult summer on our yard, I called and was able to get a consultation with what to do since multiple issues crept up, all stemming from a dry and thirsty yard. Water, water, water has solved most of the issues and doing some services in the fall to fix some damage. I appreciated the full explanation with the soil type not holding onto water very well, mowing grass longer to help shade the soil, and other things!

We had a yard full of Creeping Charlie. They did an excellent job of getting it under control. Was very happy with our first year with Showcase. Definitely will continue to use them.

Always on time and if theres a schedule change, Im notified and rescheduled (usually due to weather). I had extensive plug and over seeding fall of 2021. They cleaned the lawn (leaves grass clipping etc.) prior to the plug and over seeding. Always on time and never a Co$t change, friendly and easy to do business with. 2021 was a difficult year with the drought. Showcase help to keep my lawn looking the best despite the difficult conditions. I started with them to help control a creeping Charlie problem that was out of control. They did a great job and I will use them again this year.

Started with Showcase in 2020 for help with ant infestation in lawn. They were conscientious and timely attending to our issue. We added weed control, aeration and overseeding. Was being overtaken with weeds and ants. Each year our lawn has improved! Pricing seems fair to me for the services.

This company has come a long way. The staff has always been top notch. The new ownership seems to be the right fit for them to be their best.

We started with Showcase three years ago when we moved into a townhouse with a thin worn out lawn full of weeds. It took a year to eliminate the weeds and a re-seeding to take effect. The past two years have thicken the lawn and it s greened nicely. I recommend them highly. They are timely and thorough.

Our lawn was out of control with weeds when we began using Showcase. We have now used them for 2 years and are so happy with the way our lawn looks. My husband is no longer embarrassed by all the weeds in our yard, and it was so easy! The technicians leave very detailed notes about the lawn and anything we need to do for follow-up. We will continue to use Showcase to keep our lawn looking great!

I had problems with crab grass and other weeds in my yard and Showcase has provided excellent service to keep my lawn weed free.

They did a good job over all, love that I can reach a live person during business hours. The fee is a bit higher compared to other companies, but did a great job with weed control.

We used Showcase Lawn Care to fertilize and control weeds in our yard last summer. They did a great job! Definitely worth the investment to have a healthy yard. They are professional, on time, and responsive to questions. I like that they do not use harmful pesticides/herbicides on the yard since I have young children and a dog. Anytime they apply chemicals they tell me exactly what they are applying so that I can do my own research. Highly recommend them!

Showcase saved our lawn. We have been battling weeds from day 1. After the first treatment we had noticeable results and by the 2nd we had almost no weeds. This will be out 2nd year with them and i am excited to see the added results from their service.

I have been using Showcase for weed control & lawn fertilization for over 1 year now. Prior to using Showcase, the weeds were spreading everywhere in both front & back lawns. Showcase was able to get rid of the weeds. The grass, both in front & back, has turned back into a healthy lawn. I am very impressed with the transformation!

I began using Showcase Lawn Care about 4 years ago and didnt realize what a difference it made to have a scheduled professional treating my lawn. Last year was my 1st year with Showcase after the previous year with Tr-----Gr which was a disaster. The difference in services was night & day. I had the 5-application program with Showcase. They scheduled the lawn treatments perfectly to fit the growing season, were always there on time and professionally & carefully applied the fertilizer/weed control. Cant say enough good things for Showcase.

Started with these folks in August of 2018 and our yard looked much better within a couple of weeks. The last two summers our yard has looked great. Customer service is very good, the guys who fertilize are neat. Just very professional work. Would easily recommend them.

They are always courteous, on time, professional and always close our gate when they are done. They also make sure to pick up any dog toys that were left in the grass before applying spray/granules. We love that they care about keeping our fur babies safe.

The guy came to my house on 5/ 13/2021 n i didnt know that he came til my daughter told n he almost pulled off, but once he saw me n just walked to me n talked to me so patients, i really like his manner. i hope the company will hire more people like him, but i forgot his name. i will definitely recommend people to this company. I have been a customer with this business for a few years now and the service has steadily declined. They will schedule service and then get a message at the end of the day that they arent going to make it out and that they will reschedule. And thats how they treat one of their legacy customers. I canceled my service today. I will find another company who will actually do what they say they will do and not keep making promises they dont really seem to care if they complete or not. It would no longer recommend this company. All talk and no action!

Pretty disappointed. This was my first year signed up with Showcase. Service appointments were repeatedly delayed. I called today to request a refund for the season, and the rep that I spoke to was very understanding and agreed to refund the full amount (minus the one service that was already provided in the spring). One star for reliability and adding a second star because they refunded me with no hassle.

The service started fine but weed control was not working, I had to call three times to get weeds under control and I still had to spot spray myself. Showcase lawns has a problem with communication within its company. I asked two times for an area of my yard not to be treated and they failed to follow my request both times. Both times they killed the fresh seed I was growing. The field man understood what they did but the office newer understood. They just told me I was cutting or watering wrong. I prepaid for the year in good faith that Showcase would do a good job but had to cancel when the fell short almost every time. I was told they would refund the balance of the year, but I have not seen a refund yet. Over two weeks!
