After using this company for 6 years, referring our neighbors and friends to them, we are going to another company in which we don t have to constantly call and complain for retreats and foxing their mistakes. I have grown so angry over this year of constantly having to call that I have reached the point of being completely done. For whatever reason directions are never followed, applications are not done in correct areas and I am constantly babysitting. Recently had the last treatment done for the year, they did my neighbors yard and marked theirs with signs but didnt do ours nor go the full length of the yard. Does the application work when treated absolutely!!! The fertilizer and our lawn from the last 6 years looks amazing when treated correctly! That is why we gave it so long to hope that things will get fixed! Does the customer service and techs need to be trained better. Yes! It is exhausting explaining why I am so upset over and over and over again then being told by the resolution specialist (meant to try and save the sale) that instead of the he said she said i want to hear it from you . Well this isn t a dramatic issue, this is simply no one is reading the account notes, no one is reading the account complaints before calling, and then also randomly showing up to try and rectify these things with zero notice therefore making matters worse and me more angry. Why wouldn t you simply call and tell us you were coming to help get on same page? Why aimlessly roam my yard without me home, having my neighbors text me there is some random guy roaming your yard, everything ok? I miss the good old customer service days of people being proactive, taking time to review the account before calling to ask questions and even being proactive and reaching out hey i see you were unhappy about x, i am going to be in the area tomorrow will you be home so i can fix this? Something like that, which sadly could have fixed this issue. In past we had issues and had someone come out, a manager, who proactively told us they were coming and boom fixed that year, but somehow we go back to it not being done correctly. In the last year we got to deal with customer service who can t really help us (i guess they cant pull up google satellite views to see what we see to explain easily the issues) techs that come out and are absolutely clueless on property lines, (instructions are full front and sides of property. Why they think our sides end at the driveway and a garden box is beyond me.) and then even once had a tech come out who was so disorientated my construction crew advised of their concern if he was cohearant enough to drive and work. Just overall 6 years way too long to deal with all this from a company who keep raising the rates but not fixing customer service issues/complaints. Hope better communication to their techs and basic proactive research on accounts will be done with your other customers.

Jay was great today. I was house sitting for my brother and he is honestly the nicest serviceman I ve ever talked to. Did a really good job as well and was very quick!

Been using weed man for years and very happy with their service. Friendly staff, always willing to spend time discussing our lawn care needs.

Weedman owns the lawn business. Their products are incredible and much more effective than anything else you will find...and I have tried most of them. My lawn became overrun by weeds, because i got older and didnt have the interest in maintaining it like I did when we first built. The dandelions were EVERYWHERE. After Weedmans first application, my lawn responded immediately. The weeds perished, and it was fun to watch. The grass grew thicker and greener than I have ever seen. Its a beautiful thing. Also, each and every Weedman employee I chatted with was very intelligent and has a passion for making your lawn look like a golf course. Mine is already there!

These glowing reviews are only as good as the service provided. Wait till there is a problem & you cant get anyone to communicate with each other at Weedman. Sad :(

Weed Man has been a pleasure to work with. We have used Weed Man for 6 years now and our yard has seen significant improvement from when we started. The pet/kid friendly offering they have was key for us with a dog and young ones.

Always lets us know when he has applied the spray, which helps us know when to keep our dogs off the lawn. We also have lots of flower beds and have never had a problem with accidental overspray.

After many attempts on killing off my wild violets on my own, I decided to finally hire a company to help. After many applications, Im happy to report that Weedman was able to get rid of 95% of them. Justin has always been professional and friendly when hes come to treat my lawn.

Our lawn has never liked better. They are great at communicating when they will be out, what they will be doing, and even they have completed the service. I highly recommend.

Signed up after we say them at the neighbors and their yard looked nice. We have had good results in the first year. Weeds are down significantly. The product is effect. The only negative is the constant calls to upsell other services.

As I described my annual problems, Andrew took his time to hear me out, give me possible solutions as well as his professional opinions. I have been using Weed Man Lawn Care for years and I am extremely satisfied, that is why I continue to use them year after year. What I like most is the personal service. They always call ahead of time to let me know when they re coming out, and then call afterwards to explain the treatment and to ask if I have any questions or concerns. It is also very easy to get a hold of an actual person if I do have a question about my bill or scheduled applications. And, my law looks great!

I need to find a solution for the weeds that were getting out of hand in the new home that my family moved into. As I am a new homeowner I looked into some solutions and came across Weed Man Lawn Care among various other companies. As I do not have an abundance of time I reached out to Weed Man for a quote as they had good reviews online as well as the statements on the website. They came and gave me a quote and broke down the whole process for the forceable future. All of my interactions have been great and helpful in answering all of my questions and addressing all of my needs. Made several visits, gave me a heads up everytime so I could keep my dogs safe. Only a two hour wait before I could let the dogs back on the grass safely. They do kill the weeds and will ensure to do it on a day it doesnt rain, which is super helpful to ensure that the spray isnt wasted.

It is a sad day to hear that my technician -Benjamin - will be moving on... We have built a VERY good relationship on what is Needed on our property and where on our lawn and in our gardens! Great and fast service

The weed man stopped to do their granular fertilization. I stopped outside to speak with Jake about the crab grass growing in some areas, and he went beyond the fertilizer to hit the front lawn with a treatment to tackle the crabgrass. Overall really happy with the product, and their team!
