These positive reviews must be from years ago, as Luis and Nathan's service has decreased dramatically this year (2023). I finally had to fire them this season after many attempts to have them perform just basic landscaping services. They're cheaper than others - but you get what you pay for. They damaged so much of my property, I had to hire a handyman to repair and repaint their weed wacking mishaps alone. The handyman was shocked at how much damage they did, asking if they were blindfolded when weedwacking! Luis and Nathan have trouble taking direction, sticking to deadlines, communicating with clarity and/or remembering what you discuss, taking any sort of accountability for subpar work, returning phone calls and/or doing yard work without causing damage. Any cost savings you get will just have to go towards hiring a professional to repair the damage they do. Do yourself a favor and pay slightly more for significantly better work.

From start to finish, Luiz and Nathan, the owners of the company, were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. If I could give Sunshine Landscaping 100 Stars, I would! From start to finish they were absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them to transform my backyard! Luiz and Nathan (owner) and the team were always responsive and professional throughout the entire project. From the initial design plans to the final result, I could not be happier. Lance knew the exact vision I had for my outdoor bar and it came out better than I had ever imagined. They were neat, timely, and true professionals. Took a few text message to get them to come out for an estimate. They missed the appointed time they gave me and I had to be the one to reach out to reschedule. Finally shows up and we go over what I would like but I guess I wasn't taken seriously as I haven't heard from them after. Still I texted 2 days later for an update on my estimate and never received a reply. If your not interested in the job say so but the unprofessionalism I cannot do. I'm glad business is so good that they can ignore potential customers.

We're a young couple who just moved into a new home and we're looking for a quote for some brush removal. My wife had set up and appointment for this afternoon. When he called to see what time was good, I told him if it was later in the afternoon another company would also be there for a quote as well. Upon hearing this he said "honestly man we're so busy you should just use the other company ". What a great company to recommend the competition and super professional 👌 That business model is a poor way to run a company. Also as new homeowner I would of probably used them in the future for future projects. They lost a customer of for life.

Louiz and his son Nate as well as the rest of the crew are unbelievable. I have never had a crew work so hard for such reasonable rates. It is always service with a smile. They are always on-time, do a fantastic job and clean-up when they are done. The finished product is amazing! I am glad I came across them and plan to use them for my landscape management for many years.

I have had 3 landscapers during the 3 years I have been living in my house. No one had ever taken the time to speak to us about what we envisioned for the landscaping of our home. They just cut the grass, removed the leaves and that was it! That changed when we hired Sunshine Landscaping. I am overjoyed with Luiz and his team of knowledgable, respectful and attentive individuals. Luiz took the time to listen to us and made suggestions that I had not even considered!! His solutions will make my landscaping more beautiful at a fraction of the cost of what others had quoted me!! He presented me with a plan and the steps he would take to remedy problem areas, a new walkway, front door portico and repairing failing stone walls. Luiz has suggested plants that will thrive in our hilly rocky site but he is leaving the final decision to us. That is what I call professionalism! Today, they cleaned the entire property of Fall leaves and weeds to prepare for the area for treatment and new plants. I am simply overjoyed to have him assist us in reaching our landscaping goals.
