Green grass every spring

When we moved here, we acquired a 1/2 acre of landscape with our home. Devon @ Ryan s Lawn & Tree is my go to for all my landscaping needs including Christmas lights! The team manages to keep my yard perfectly green throughout the year. Very grateful for their expertise and team.

Fertilizer, weed control and tree pest control spraying

Lately I can t even get a hold of the office or even the chat service to upgrade my weed service. So now I am in limbo and can t even get a hold of anyone. And when they come out and do an estimate, the itemization doesn t match quote given. This is ridiculous.

Have called on several occasions to try to get MY service person to contact me for questions I had about my lawn. After weeks of failed attemps, I went back to Green Grass of Oklahoma. Would not recommend Ryan Lawn & Tree.

The female representative was very helpful addressing my concerns.

I have not used them personally, but they had tree trimmings piled up on the curb where i could not see oncoming traffic to pull out onto a main road. I brought it to their attention and they had it cleared out with seconds without hesitation. A++

Initial Review: The employee/owners are ALL polite, helpful, they explain what they are planning to do very well, and they are willing to discuss details or changes. Every contact with each one of them is pleasant and my confidence in them is sky high! Update 6/2021: The employee/owners are always pleasant to speak with and to work with; they are prompt; they are responsive to any questions or requests I have. EVERY ONE of them!! Sometimes they are TOO nice and are afraid to say no to me when I have a request that might be out of their assigned area of responsibility. However, if they are unsure or need more information, they are quick to pursue it and resolve or answer the question. I love RYAN LAWN & TREE and its employee/owners! Youve served us well for many years. Update 1/3/2024: With very few exceptions, I have been VERY satisfied with Ryan Lawns service of my lawn and landscape. It seems they strive to value customer satisfaction above all and train their personnel to work with the customer to the best of their ability. I will continue to use Ryan for their excellent service!

Mr. Keyes called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he explained why he was there and what service he would provide. He answered all my questions and gave me information I needed.

Great weed and feed service. My yard was a disaster when we moved in. Goat head thorns and all. After a year of treatments, the lawn is looking great

Very good quality work good company

We used Ryan landscaping to set up flowerbeds, for new trees, and five shrubs. All of the plants were extremely healthy and nice looking. The team was extremely professional and a joy to work with. I strongly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Charles did a fine job, and always gives clear explanations of what he is doing and why.

Prior to the visit to check the sprinkler heads, I ran a check program and put orange flags up at each sprinkler head to check. After the Ryan employee had left, when I got home, I found 3 flags in the back yard that had not been checked. Not sure if the back yard was checked. Not too happy.

Charles was incredibly thorough and helpful. He got our sprinkler system up and running in no time at all. We highly recommend!

Jason always does a great job of taking care of our lawn to help it stay green and weed free. Would recomend to any one who likes a nice lawn.

Lupe has been the tech for our sprinkler system since we moved here. He is knowledgeable and gets the job done correctly every time. Ryan also over seeded our yard in the fall and it has turned out beautifully.

I was unable to be at home when the men came to mulch our flower beds. Colton called me several times and kept me up-to-date on the progress and then, if he had any questions. The men did an exceptional job and I truly appreciated Coltons professionalism.

Weed control, fertilization, and aeration are my services. I have been able to tell quite a difference when we receive each application and along with my hard work of keeping it mowed and watered, it has been looking quite nice. Aeration has helped with drainage, but I do know it is not a one & done service for this area. This lawn needs it yearly.

They know the work. I asked them to call before heading to house, and they did. They did multiple fixes on the spri kler system and then came back and gave an explaination.

Tree pest control.

Very responsive to my needs for my lawn and landscaping.

Lupe was awesome!!

We have used them for many years, and continue to be happy with their service. Our lawn looks great. They are always on time, and very responsive. The technicians are friendly. We often get compliments on our lawn. The flea and tick spray, and the mosquito spray are also great for spring and summer.

Absolutely no weeds in my yard...grass is looking full even though temps have been ultra hot.

Ryan Lawn has been absolutely fantastic! I am a brand new homeowner and have had a couple of issues with our system. Each time, Ryan Lawn had someone out promptly who was extremely knowledgeable and showed me exactly what they did. On top of that, the service fee is affordable and they will work with you to make sure that you are fully aware of the cost of services prior to performing them. Excellent company, will continue using them for many years to come!!!

We use Ryan Lawn & Tree for our pre and post emergent lawn treatment. We decided to use them to remove nine trees in our yard (the trees were too close to the street and Bartlett Pears). They showed up on the scheduled day and removed all nine in about four hours! They left zero debris behind. We were truly impressed!! Their price was reasonable, especially with their winter discount.

Micah gave us a heads up the day before, he worked diligently, and emailed both of us the details of his services, and instructions for subsequent yard use and watering. We ve had outstanding service from Ryan for years. Thank you!

We are new to Broken Arrow and needed a company that could handle several issues regarding our yard. We are using them for pre and post emergent weed control. After each treatment we receive an email from Devon telling us exactly what he did. Ryans tree team also came recently to prune our oak tree that had not been taken care of. The team was very professional, didnt take off anymore limbs than necessary and totally cleaned up under the tree. We look forward to using a few more of the services they offer in the future. You cant go wrong with Ryans! Their service and communication are excellent!

Awful I had the most beautiful lawn on the block until Ryan Lawn begin spraying Awful I called on Friday to have a super visor to come out and view Tuesday at 4 pm I called back they had my tech call me and then he arrive Wednesday said I could pull out the weeds myself or he can spray I requested re-spray last Wednesday- NEVER RETURN CALL I called again and I am still waiting on a call. I paid this month $575.54 for weeds and bug and I have more bugs $& weeds than ever before- Now on a positive note IRRIGATION they do a great job Go Tanner!!! and when they plant my grass for the fall grass the do a GREAT Job but on weeds no no and no again

Ryan lawn & tree always does a professional job. Many of my neighbors have asked who does my lawn and I say Ryan and I can see more of them using Ryan. They have been doing my lawn since around 2009.

We have been with Ryan Tree Lawn for over 13 years. If we had any concerns, they were quick to respond and take care of any problem. Robby and the irrigation team are top notch.

Trimmed my tree took out two over grown juniper. They did a great job.

Ive been woken up for the past 2 days from this company. They are currently using a wood shredder right outside my house, at 8:30 in the morning

I used them to advise me about trimming 3 large trees, pulling up dead scrubs, plus an ornamental tree, and replacing them. The guys that came out did a Great Job. They cleaned up all debris. The quality of the scrubs that were delivered is good. The new tree is beautiful. Thanks to Robby for all of the Great advice.

It is very unfortunate to post this regarding Ryan lawn and tree. However last years results for our lawn rendered patchy spots no grass patches of fescue. And stab you aery Ryan lawn and tree returned and today is April the 27th we have no grass in our yard. We have had to landscapers come by and give estimates to finally get grass and they both have stated that the see that is on the ground that was planted is dry fescue seeds. Both let us know that the see that was placed all over our yard should have been green seeds and not dry Brown seeds. Very inconvenience very much poor service from Ryan lawn and tree we will not use them again

These nice folks have been taking care of my irrigation system for years, from installation through maintenance. One of their techs even gave me pointers on doing my own maintenance, including where to get a good deal on parts. Highly recommended.

We contacted three lawn services and Ryan was the only one to respond quickly and actually have a representative willing to come out and evaluate our property. The other services said we don`t do that we can look up the property and give you a quote WRONG! Thank you Ryan --

Robby at the Tulsa location has gone above and beyond guiding us on what would work best for our lawn and landscaping and we are so thankful for this help! We have had multiple neighbors stop us and ask who does our lawn because of how wonderful it looks! From lawn treatments to a French drain, all the way to Christmas lights they can do anything and make it look perfect!

I had a great experience with Ryan Lawn & Tree and I would highly recommend them. Juan Hernandez is knowledgeable about sprinkler system repair and an extremely hard worker. He not only repaired the obvious problems but identified and fixed other issues that now has my system working more efficiently than it has in many years. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, responsive and courteous and I appreciated that they always showed up on time. I also liked that they took the time to explain what the problems were with my system and what they were going to do to repair them. I had quite a bit of work done and believe they charged a fair price.

Always overpriced....

Lupe, the technician that showed up, was awesome. I had a simple request to have someone go over the irrigation system and make sure everything was good to go. Since I didn t know jack about this stuff, Lupe went over everything in detail and was patient with me with all my questions I had. He even moved a sprinkler head away from the neighbor s fence. I highly recommend this company. This guy knows his stuff!

The technician, Lupe, was knowledgeable, thorough and effective. He fixed the problem by working around a bad wiring connection. He put things back in order upon completion.

Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced! We had them come out to check a station of our sprinkler system with low pressure. It hadnt worked in years and another company spent 6 hours digging and couldnt find a solution. Ryan Lawn came out, found the problem immediately and got it fixed and everything in 45 minutes! They even showed us how to properly winterize the system! I definitely recommend them!

All of the associates I had contact with were helpful and professional. The tree they planted is healthy and well planted. I got a lot of help in deciding what would be the best tree for what I wanted. I also got good information on how to tend to the tree. The work was much appreciated.

Ryans Lawn and Tree have done great work for me. Theyve planted trees. Dismantled a small pond. The latest venture is a planting in the backyard. Something simple, but I can add color to it at my leisure. Have always been very pleased with their work and service in general.

Have used for years with nice results. However this year their spring service left me with lots of weeds since they didn t show up early enough to apply the correct pre emergence. They came again two weeks ago and completely failed to tell me I had a fungus in my yard that should have been extremely obvious to an expert. This year they have effectively taken my money and my yard looks worse than all my neighbors yards who do their own yards.

Lupe is great! So knowledgeable about irrigation systems. He s been so helpful with irrigation head leaks due to system age and with a leak in one of my valve boxes. A couple of years ago, he rearranged sprinkler heads and installed 2 additional ones for better water coverage and it helped my yard tremendously! I can always depend on Lupe. And he s SO nice!

Ryan Lawn & Tree The crew did an awesome job on trimming my tree. They were here first thing in the morning ready to work. Very professional & careful where the branches fell . Great job on the cleaning up the yard , it was so clean looked like no one was here trimming the tree. This is the second time they have come out to take care of my trees. I will be calling to schedule for another tree that needs trimming later.

I had at the time of the previous service told the technician or called the office asking for notification 24 hours prior to service being applied. That did not happen for the service on 16 October and I am not happy. This is required so that the company that mows the yard does not do thst the same day or next.

Called Ryan Lawn & Tree on Monday 08/26/2019 for estimate. After I explained that I had several issues with my lawn, representative indicated he would have someone call me to set-up time so I could meet with Ryan representative in person.. I inquired as to how long it would be before someone would contact me. I was told within 2 to 3 days. It is Sunday evening 09/01/2019 and to date no one has contacted me and it will be one week tomorrow that I called Ryan. I understand things happen, schedules change etc., but for no one to have called me or texted me I fine inexcusable. I can only imagine the type of service they provide once you sign on as a customer. Unbelievable and I would no way recommend there service.

Had a worker walk over my new sod leaving very large ruts and other damage to my yard. When I asked the worker to get off the wet sod he was very flippant and unapologetic. The worker stated that he had been to school and that his track marks would not do any damage and why in the world was it so wet to begin with? Took several hours for a supervisor to call me back. I have been a very loyal customer for years but after today I will find a new yard service who cares about their customers and their yards. This really is a very sad situation.

Excellent work, exactly what we hoped with strategic removal of branches to enhance our view. They worked safely, and area was totally clean when they left. We highly recommend and will call you again !

They gave excellent, prompt and quick service. Just moved to the house and our system is nearly 20 years old. Multiple leaks, broken pipes, and broken heads. Zach and his team arrived at 8 AM and knocked it all out very quickly. Upon one final test, the water had a chance to run a little longer and two more leaks were identified. They replaced those heads in about 20 minutes. Very pleased with their hard work. Will be glad to use them again.

Ryan lawn and Tree came out to do some extensive tree trimming and to remove a large limb that was broken in the top of the tree. They did excellent work and a good price and left the place spotless. I would highly recommend this company.

I just wanted to compliment my Ryans professional, Michael Graham, for his excellent service this summer. Earlier in the season he drove by my house and noticed some weeds in the front yard. This was between my scheduled service calls. He stopped and spot treated all the weeds in the front and back yard and left a message letting me know what he had done. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond in his care for my lawn. The yard has really looked great all summer. Thanks Ryans for providing such great service.
