Dissatisfied Customer Review* After meeting Tim at the Tulsa 2024 Home and Garden show, I contracted Legacy Landscap in March 2024 to install a sprinkler system, plant 8 trees, and a flower bed for $10,000. Unfortunately, the experience was subpar from the start. The workers tracked mud onto the walkway, driveway and street in front of my home, leaving a mess behind. The plants and trees appeared unhealthy from the beginning, and when they started dying, the owner blamed it on excessive rain. However, I had taken pictures on the first day, which showed the poor condition of the plants. The trees needed to be replaced twice - first due to poor health and then due to overwatering, costing me an additional $360. It took months to discover that the way sprinkler system was installed the tree areas overlapped the zones and were being water twice, causing the overwatering issues. When I brought this to the owners attention, I was told nothing could be done. I believe its the contractors responsibility to assess the property and make recommendations based on their expertise. In this case, the owner only suggested installing a French drain due to my propertys slope after I had already spent $10,000. This should have been included in the initial estimate. *Buyer Beware:* Dissatisfied with Legacy Lanscape and would caution others to not rely on their experience if you are not a landscaping pro yourself.

I called Legacy for options and pricing for two beds. Representative arrived when he said and worked up a design very quickly. We scheduled the work day and the crew arrived on the agreed upon day and time. The beds look lovely and it wasn t too expensive. I highly recommend Legacy. They are professional, fair and prompt.

The mowers are very very polite they listen and they take great care and making sure you do exactly what they say, and they make sure they shut the gates The dogs can t get out! And that s important because I make sure the dogs get in the house why they re here. So I can let them out and not have to worry about checking the gates Once they re done. Their prices are reasonable in fact more than reasonable they re fair and they work with you so I highly recommend Legacy to do your lawn. Nathan Baucom is really kind and hardworking!

I use them for over a year, but this year something has changed, possibly who was doing my lawn. The edging was subpar, mowing was not level, and when I brought it to the attention of the actual lawn care person he took offense. The office people have always been extremely kind.

I took care of my mother s lawn care before moving a year and a half ago she works many hours and free time is spent with grandkids. Since then she hired and trusted legacy to take over and initially things went well. Fast forward and the work was steadily declining in quality the lack of weedeating was brought to their attention. Upon doing so the man got very defensive in his response not looking for a solution. Simply put these guys should be able to have a conversation with customers to get on the same page and understanding for both. There are many others in the city for lawn care I would suggest from our experience choose one of the others. I m sure there are others with good experiences but 5 star reviews can be easily solicited don t trust them all.

Legacy has taken customer no service to a new level. 1st. When I agreed to lawn service from Legacy, I was never informed that Legacy would outsource this service to a third party. On the day service was provided, a Legacy truck never showed up. When I called the next day, I was informed that a different company treated the yard. Upon inspection, I discovered they had indeed treated the front yard but did not treat the back yard. When I talked to customer service, they told me someone would come by the next week to review if the treatment had been applied. No one ever showed. The dandelions are thriving. Since I received poor service and no follow-up, I determined Legacy is not a company I want to deal with. I called to notify them to discontinue service. I was then charged a termination fee! There was nothing in the quote for service nor Terms of Agreement that there was a termination for this service. The only additional fees beyond the actual service provided was for their lawn mowing service, not treatment services.

I appreciated the quick response from Tim on taking a look at what I wanted done, and providing a quote with individual items that I could accept or not (or keep in the back of my mind for future work). Tim, his office employees, and outside crew were all happy to answer my questions at various points, and quickly addressed any concerns during the work process. The crew were friendly and polite, and worked quickly and efficiently - they were amazing, given the horrendous heat at the time they were adding topsoil, installing new sod, and cleaning up an overgrown section of my yard!! I will definitely reach out to them on any new lawn/garden needs in the future (Ill be contacting you about garden planter boxes sometime next year, Tim!). And, for those who plan on having outdoor work done in the future, I really encourage you to have cold water and some water or energy multipliers like Liquid IV for the crew, in addition to some chairs in a shady area for when/if the heat gets to be too much. NOTE: Just so you know who this is, Tim...I havent seen Ollie escape recently. ;)

Im happy to review these guys! They do (and did) an outstanding job. My front beds were a mess, to put it lightly. Ignored all summer. The owner, Tim, the owner, came over on time, walked the yard, we discussed the scope of work, and said hed be back in touch shortly with the price to do the job. The next morning, the quote for the job was in my email. I reviewed the quote (not an estimate) which outlined everything we talked over and was listed with the cost to do the job. I called Tim and gave my approval. I paid half up-front, the other half on approval of the job. The guys that showed up to do the work were professional, courteous, and friendly. They let me know when they arrived and when they were finished for the day. (It was a two day job.) The next morning, they showed up in clean uniforms, still friendly, still all smiles. They did a fantastic job, and when finished, I gave my approval of the finished work. Two things: First, Tim was a real professional. He treated me with the utmost respect and called the work exactly as he saw it. No negative comments at how bad my beds looked. (They were terrible!) I appreciated that! Second, when I need any landscaping work, OR Christmas lighting, Im calling Legacy Landscaping! You should too! Todd

Outstanding lawn care service! I highly recommend this lawn care company!

Their service is inconsistent and unreliable. Legacy has disappointed me multiple times by failing to show up to mow our lawns. When they do mow, they have missed significant areas. They also don t answer their phone during business hours. I decided to switch to another company who mows for us and they have never missed a week. When I addressed these issues with Legacy, they claimed weather delays but my other lawn care company doesn t have this same issue. And if there is a weather delay they should show up the next day (not skip the entire week) which has happened multiple times. When I brought up my frustrations, they showed no remorse. I really hope they improve their services for future customers.

They show up and get the job done which is hard to find these days. Customer support is friendly and always helpful if any issues come up from storms or events when we need a date change.

Legacy Landscape has been professional, prompt, and very affordable. I will continue to use them for my lawn care needs as long as I can. They are great at communicating with me about when they are on their way to mow and always have a positive attitude. I highly recommend using them!
