We have used Greengrass for the past two years and I can t say enough how much we appreciate them! Stickers are a HUGE problem in Sand Springs and obviously harmful to bike tires. Our property is completely free of them and safe for tires! We also have a huge mosquito problem with our location so close to the Arkansas River and their applications keep our guests happy and bite free!

I watched John Lawrenz spread fertilizer and spray for weeds. I was inside my house. He made sure the coverage of fertilizer was evenly spread over the entire lawn and sought out the few weeds remaining with his sprayer. That is the care that I wanted - and he delivered!

We have been using GreenGrass for about 6 years and they have always been great. Customer service is top notch and they are always willing to help answer any questions we might have.

They just started a irrigation service and I had a sprinkler head that had popped up causing issues with the lawnmower. They sent someone out and he fixed it with little fuss and no muss. I think it took him 15 mins to dig it partially up and resettle the line but you couldnt tell from the lawn that he had to do that. I was impressed.

Great customer service from the entire Green Grass team and excellent results. Have used their lawn care service for at least 5 years and have always been pleased with the results and the envy of the neighbors! Recently moved to another home in the Coweta area and signed up for weed control, bug control, and flea/tick control. The yard and thespiders were a hot mess when we moved in. In less than one season, the yard and the pest control were whipped into shape at the new house and I could not be more pleased. Highly recommend all the services they offer.

Omar.L did an amazing job coming out, measuring my yard, calling the office and returning my call regarding how much it would be to put seedlings for grass. He was very professional, worked hard, listened to my questions and concerns. I suggest when you call for service, ask for Omar! I plan on using Green Grass due to how I was treated. Thank you!!

They were pretty good for a couple of years and then their service went down hill with poor low quality service. They dont have knowledgeable people that can tell a dandelion from grass. I had to keep calling them out for a re do and they still wouldnt do a good job, so I fired them. Their service is terrible.

I switched to GreenGrass over 1 year ago and had 4 of my neighbors start using them also. I have had not one single issue until recently when I asked about adding my back yard. The technician said he would be back the next day to give me an estimate and never heard anything 3 days passed and my wife called in and Leslie helped her and she was great. 2 hrs later a return call to let us know Anderson would be coming! I pulled up to my house at 6:45 PM and Anderson pulled up. He was super personable and apologized for the previous technician. He went straight to work giving me an estimate on the backyard. After the estimate he said I m going to do it now why I m here. So he fertilized and spot sprayed the back yard and also addressed the weeds in the front. We need more Andersons! He made a frustrating situation a great experience! Thank you Anderson!

Weve used GreenGrass for several years now and have been pleased with their service. The technicians make the difference with each service, but the management is always concerned with our satisfaction. Our last treatment was done by Anderson Buckley, outstanding!! He was thorough, careful to treat the whole yard, even the little weedy wings at the side of the house and took his time spot treating some needy areas. Well done and thank you.

They are wonderful for pest control. Justin came out of his way just to take care of my emergency wasp problem around my house. Great service and great company. Highly recommend.

Employees seemed to not like to drag hose. I Complained several times after they sprayed for weeds about missing spots and weeds in lawn. Said just took awhile this went on numerous times. Well I got outside cameras and witness what was taking place. Their employee was only spraying about 1/3 my back lawn and 1/2 the front and wasn t even spraying my east side yard or behind and side of my shop! All I was paying for! Only reason I know is from videos, didn t seem like employee liked dragging hose!? I would stay away from this company or make sure you are able to be there and watch work!

Recommend Green Grass to everyone. My yard looks 100% better!!

Been fighting weeds for years and the chemicals they use do nothing to kill them. The weeds continually get worse. Not enough chemical is used. Barely enough used. Most of yard neglected. Have called about this for years. No improvement. Used spray paint to mark specific areas to help the employee, still very little chemical used even though I was outside with him.

GreenGrass has been servicing my lawn for 3 years now. Justin and the crew are always on time with their service calls and extremely prompt when Ive requested support in between visits. With a yard that is primarily sand its been a challenge finding the right balance with watering. With this summers particularly high heat we were having some issues with random spots browning. Again, their team including the owner, Dave, came out within a day to investigate. Despite it not being part of our service, Dave spent the afternoon with me running and adjusting every single head across 10 stations to ensure that our yard was being covered adequately. He then reprogrammed my system to help account for the sandy soil and provided a lot of great knowledge on how to improve our lawn. As if that wasnt enough, he replaced several heads that were faulty. Every business will occasionally need to address a concern with some customers. Dave, Justin and the GreenGrass team provided a master class in customer service yesterday.

The last two years my lawn has been inundated with broad-leaf weeds. Green Grass did come out to make a second application but it did not work. This year my lawn looks worse than ever. NEW update: 2/4/23: Green Grass has been out several times since my last comments. They are making a concentrated effort to make my lawn look better - all at no cost to me. So, they agree there was a problem and they said they are committed to fix it. I do appreciate their effort. Looking forward to Spring. ***** 8/4/23. GreenGrass worked on my lawn over the winter and early spring for free. Its looking better. Congratulations to them for the extra effort in making my lawn come back..... Ill give them 5 stars now....

I was lucky enough to have Anderson spray my yard today. I had several concerns and questions and he took the time to intelligently explain everything. Ive been using Green Grass for about 4 years now and Anderson by far has been the most helpful technician. Also, the ladies who answer the phones have always been so courteous and flexible with my scheduling. I would recommend.

Personally i would not use green grass again. When i had them my front yard looked good. They pay special attention to the front yard and not the back. I had dallis grass issues that i ended up doing my own work on. I learned about lawn care due to not being happy with the service i was getting from green grass. My yard looks better than ever now that i do it on my own. Youtube GCI turf academy and he can show you everything you need and he has guides for warm season and cool season turf grasses.

If you want a yard full of weeds and poor service, please give them a call. However, if you want a nice beautiful green lawn, go with another company. For the past 3 years, despite many complaints from me, my yard has gotten progressively worse. Do not hire them.

Very disappointed in this company service. I usually do not make reviews but deserves a review the last time they came out to treat our yard is in June 2023 and they actually treated the wrong yard the yard next-door so when I called the company to tell them that they had treated the wrong yard. I was interrogated by the lady on the phone questioning me and finally saying she d have to call the technician finally she called back not a sorry after all the questions, but said yeah he ll be right out When he came he was nice and they treated our yard and admitted that they had treated the wrong one and then no invoice was emailed to me until July and then when the invoice was finally emailed to me it said it was 30 days late. Have not been back to treat our yard since June 2023 called last Sunday to say when are you coming out to treat our yard? We have a lot of weeds. They returned my call on Monday and said we would be right out this week that they were running a little behind a few months. Two weeks later still no calls still have not been out very disappointed in their customer service. We switch from a larger grass company thinking we would have better service from them. They started off good but I don t know what s going on now. Horrible service. We even recommended neighbors and they have joined but now I m telling them not a good idea.

I started with this company back in 2022 they were really good the first year in 2023 I paid full upfront for 6 treatments they have only came out in 3 times I was supposed to have a treatment in July I called them late August because my yard was full of weed and they said they you oh yea you are due for a treatment and they will come out on 09/05 and apply my 4th treatment. No One showed up to treat my yard so I call them on the same day and they said they were running behind but they will be out Friday 09/08 and still no one showed up. At this point I m done with this company and I know last year I was done will all 6 treatments before the end of September. I don t know if they don t have any employees anymore or whats the deal with them,

Would have given more but they were behind schedule to do my yard for this month and then promised me the following week when I had to call them, and then forgot to do it again.

I am happy to report that I felt at the last years lawn treatment, my grass looked the best ever. When I did my fall yard cleanup, I was so pleased that I wanted to send a thank you note. Fortunately, there is this review app. Well done Green Grass! Positive

We have been using GreenGrass for several years now and are very happy with them.

We live in a rural neighborhood and have several acres. Our lawn around the house was a mess so we wanted to try one of the lawn care services. We landed on GreenGrass and we could not have been happier. Our guy Anderson has worked miracles on our property. I ve watched him, on our surveillance cameras - him not knowing, and he really does pay particular attention to the areas where the weeds pop up. I appreciate that kind of professionalism and care to a company where we don t have look over the work to be sure it s being done and done correctly. It s been 4 years and we always get offers from other lawn companies, but we will stick with Anderson and GreenGrass where we know we are getting our moneys worth.

I have had a positive experience with this company. Good communication, the techs are thorough, and my yard is looking better and better. They also have common sense, which was lacking in my previous yard services. They do not apply the treatment during a thunderstorm to a swampy yard and they apply to the whole yard and not just the length of their hose. I highly recommend.

Weve been a client of green grass for a little over a year now. We started with a lawn with more weeds than Bermuda. After a couple treatments our lawn started looking beautiful!! We now had a lawn with more Bermuda than weeds, I mean no weeds!! But we had a hiccup we started getting weeds a couple of months ago that we had never had before and more of them. But and I say but.. we called with our displeasure and they were on top of it. The owner took it upon himself to come out and look at our lawn and he himself treated it and now were back to beautiful!! Thank you green grass

Weve been using GreenGrass at our last two houses. The first one we were super impressed with as the grass just took off like crazy where a giant silver maple used to be. We had been at that house for a few years by the time they started treatments, so I think our prior TLC had helped it take off. Its taking slightly longer for our new house to catch on, but we face a lot more problems with multiple dirt patches from the previous owner. After just one year though, its already made a huge difference even through the winter! Grass is sprouting everywhere, even in the really hard, dry patches of dirt. Were stoked to see what the next year of treatments will bring to our lawn. Highly, highly recommend this company. Theyre also very reliable with scheduling appointments. They always show up, they call the day before to remind me to leave the gate unlocked, and their office always calls me quarterly as promised.

We have used Green Grass for years but wont use again due to the terrible customer service we received when calling to schedule out treatments this year. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and put out that we even called. When we told her where we wanted the treatment which was different from last year due to adding a driveway to one side, she was even more put out to change the location notes so we said NO THANK YOU for their services. Just cant deal with blatant rude behavior. Good luck with that lady in the office if you call!

They always phone a day ahead to make sure its ok with you and then they always show up. They are friendly and professional. If I am home when they arrive, I always talk to my technician, Anderson, about the lawn and what we can do to keep it improving, he is very informed and helpful. I recommend this company.

Andrew did a great job today with the heavy fertilizing application and spraying of weeks. He took the time to explain what I needed to do regarding proper watering and where and what I needed to use for over seeding grass where needed. The company sent a person that does not understand how trees can die if certain weed killer applications are sprayed under them or drifts on them. I m not sure if it was laziness or ignorance. My Atlas Cedar Karl Fuchs tree started a fast decline and died within 2 weeks if his weed killer application. On another application he killed a lot of fescue. The owner had him come out to seed the area but he applied more seed in the beds than on the grass area. I ve been pulling the grass in the bed ever since. I cannot recommend this company as long as this person is employed there.

I had a problem with weeds in patches and wouldn t go away after several applications but finally got taken care of after one full season.Anderson took care of it professionally and was also responsive to my concerns.

Im very happy with their service. Doing business with a local company that isnt always trying to sell you more services you dont want is a bonus, plus everyone Ive spoken to or met has been super professional and friendly. Anderson did a great job explaining what had been applied and lawn care steps.

Have used Green Grass for three seasons and have been very pleased with their results. The company is very fortunate to have an employee who is so dedicated to providing excellent service as Anderson. I am going to update my previous review to 3 star from one. Would like to wait and observe future services, before increasing my rating. Currently grass is growing healthy and thick, there are few weeds but I am not concern as this is the first year of treatment and few weeds is normal. If they keep the services on regular schedule, then I will bring the rating to five star. 01/19/21 Updating my review to five star. There were some issues at the beginning.,but has been resolved. The lawn looks great and weed free. Would recommend this company to anyone .

This is third year getting Green Grass service for one time weed control. I believe lot of spots are missed because there are lot of weeds that came back in less than a week in several areas in my lawn. So this year when i took appointment I requested that I need to be at home particularly and asked them to take a note.I asked them to call me at least 30 mins before. I got a call and by the time went home is 18 mins they left. I have a big yard and I dont believe that they can complete in that much time. i called to complain and the front desk lady was rude saying this not a miracle grow or something that will eliminate all the weeds. I did not expect total control but the lawn turned out to be a messy weed ground in less than a week. So I had to call someone else. I am not definitely taking their service. probably they might be good only to people who take full services. And they dont try to reply on the negative comments even here. Only replies to positive comments. After I posted this review I got a call from owner which I did not expect and was very impressed how much they care about 1 time customers as well. Thanks for the concern.

For the last 2 years, I have been very pleased with the service I have received from your company. But something must have recently changed, either with management or personnel, which has adversely affected your customer service, both in the office and onsite. This season I decided to have my entire yard treated. In early February I called the office and requested that my backyard be added and could I schedule my first treatment. The office lady said she would add the new area and get back with me the next week. A week passed with no call so the next week I called back. The same office lady began lecturing me on how the weather conditions etc. affected their ability to spray. Got it, But I asked you to schedule me 2 weeks ago and weather had not been a factor that entire time. The next week I did get a call saying they would be out the next day. When the tech got here, I told him that I had added the entire yard but he said he didn t have anything stating that. He called the office and I suppose was told that was correct because he sprayed it all. In early April, I called to schedule my second treatment (or at least a call back) since I was getting a lot of weeds in the backyard even after the treatment. The office lady gave me the weather lecture again saying that the cold made the weed control less effective. She said they would get back with me the next week. The next week passed, no call. I called again and was told they would be out that week. I got a call but it was from the technician that morning telling me he was on his way. When the tech arrived, he was in a pickup truck with a small tank in the bed. As we chatted, he said he had only been working a couple of weeks and had been a welder before taking this job. I thought to myself, Surely this job requires some type of training and possibly certification. He said he had 30 calls to do that day but he knew the small tank on the truck didn t hold enough to do that many so there was no way he was going to get to them all. This tech started at the back of the yard and with a slow methodical motion went back and forth across the yard covering about a 4 ft. swath and even overlapping that each time. The rest of the week the odor was way stronger than it usually is. After several days, the weeds were dead but my Bermuda was browned out also. I m not talking about somewhat brown that normally occurs after the first treatment, but herbicide damaged brown with dead areas. That service was on 4/19. As of today, 5/4, even after all of the rain and warm days, my lawn looks awful. I don t think it will look good at all this season and that it may take some time for it to recover from the damage. I am discontinuing my service effective immediately. It is regrettable that the level and quality of service by this company has declined this year.

We started brand new with this company because we had tons of weeds in our yard and hardly any actual grass. They came recommended by our neighbor. In only 2 applications, our grass has grown leaps and bounds and the weeds are becoming a thing of the past. Our yard is looking thick and green! They have also come out and retouched the weeds and added more fertilizer free of charge. We have three treatments left, and I think our yard will be looking fantastic! Right now, there are some burned looking brown spots, but our technician explained very clearly that because of lots of weeds dying and our lack of grass, it will look worse before it looks better! However, I can see such an improvement in the amount of grass vs. weeds that I think it looks better, even with those spots! I cant remember the techs name that comes to my house, but hes such a pleasant guy and hes been super informative and professional! Cant wait to start a fresh season next spring and see how it looks next summer!

I contacted their office this spring. Got my first treatment, and that was it. They never came back . I have been doing my own weed treatment and fertilization to keep the lawn green. Contacted them through their website, left them my phone number they never bothered contacting me. I guess I take my chance with a different company.

I have no clue why it rated you in Oklahoma. Im sorry. It was for another company that flipped me the bird in the springs.

Great customer service. Had to rate lower than a 5 because a new guy training didnt do a thorough job and made huge burn marks in my yard to kill some crabgrass.

I breifly told them about a couple spots that spread from neighbors yard. They called me the next day and said someone would be coming for a free service call.

Weve been using GreenGrass for less than a year now, but the picture says it all. Andersons been very diligent in how he treats our yard and the fertilization has paid off tremendously. The big dirt patch where our silver maple used to be healed up lightning fast with a few bags of top soil and GreenGrasss fertilizer. The photo on top was last fall while the one on the bottom was taken this summer, but even now it still looks just as good while all our neighbors yards are browning from the cold temps. Ours is showing its first signs of browning, but the root system is nice and strong, not squishy and muddy like last year. Finally, we can be proud of our lawn and not worry about ruining our shoes whenever we dare step on it.

Very responsive to any extra call outs and did not charge for the extra weed control. Had one service call that wasn t great but they came out and made up for it the next time and my lawn has never looked so good. Very pleased.

We started using GreenGrass three years ago when my Bermuda lawn was patchy, brown, and weed and crabgrass filled. I wish I had pictures of before and after to show the difference within that first season; amazingly good results in that first year. This year, starting with a much healthier lawn from the last two years, the results are even better. I had thought that my grass in the shade just wasnt ever going to thicken because its Bermuda (a full sun grass), but this year, you almost cant tell the difference between the full sun parts of the yard and the mostly shaded. Theyre quick, never bother, always come on time, and come back to spray weeds again if needed with a single call. Also, theyre cheaper per visit than any other group that quoted us and do all that in fewer applications per year, so the yearly cost was over $200 cheaper than the next competitor. Dont pay extra, just have these guys come.

GREAT SERVICE is really hard to come across in this day and age...GREEN GRASS excels at it. Way cheaper than some of the more well known companies that advertise. Have an issue with any particular part of your lawn...just call them...they will keep coming back out (at no extra cost to you) until the issue is resolved, at an aggressive pace.
