Very professional and the communication about when theyre coming is great. Its difficult to see the results because the lawn is dormant but when the Spring arrives, my lawn usually looks like one of the best on the cul de sac.

We used this service for lawn mowing and for weeds. The guy that did the weed control was great! No complaints with him at all. However, the lawn mowing personnel was not good. Our scheduled day was the same day every week. We understood that if weather was bad, they would not be here. Every single week, they would show up on a different day. We would get no notice they were coming. One day they showed up when it had just poured rain. The ground was still very wet and they went ahead and mowed. This left tracks all in our yard. I would never recommend them!

They are ok but will not be using them again. I had a problem with them not doing my yard if I wasnt home which happened 2x then april and aug I needed my bushes and alot of weeding done they never showed up to do that they only showed up to mow they charged 60 dollars a mow I have been in this neighborhood and had excellent service for 40. A mow and 50. A mow I would have continued with the company but after the pandemic they closed. I will never use total law care again.

I have used Complete Lawn care at my house, my rent house, and my mothers house for about 5 years. No one wants to bag 80+ bags of leaves. Their service has always been prompt, their customer service is extremely courteous, and while it will cost you more than bagging the leaves yourself - by the time you account for the extra pickup fee the city charges and all the bags, time, and allergies, this is by far the best option.

Hired these folks for leaf removal and yard cleanup. Service was completed on-time, and the thoroughness of the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them for any lawn and landscape work, and I will definitely be working with them again. Great job!

I filled out a quote request Sunday evening for weed control. Within 30 minutes I had a quote. I immediately accepted the quote online as it was very reasonable, and a technician rang my doorbell at 8:15 the next morning to do the first application! You cant beat service like that. I have used this company at my house for two full seasons. The yard actually progressed to getting worse. I would call, and normally not get called back. When they do reach back there was no follow through. One time they said they needed to do a soil test, weeks later I followed up, and still never got the results. I also use them at another property, and I later learned they never did the fall pre emergent without telling me because the rental home back gate was locked. For the two seasons I ve used this company on two different properties- each house was the worst in the neighborhood. I do not recommend them. Their prices were cheap, but with no value.

This was my first year using Complete Lawn Care and my yard has never looked this good. It was a really dry year and I watered more than the last few years but I can really tell the difference using a professional service.

They keep my lawn consistently in excellent shape

Dont waste your time! My husband set up an appointment with them for lawn services and they never showed. There was zero communication on what time they were planning to arrive so we called in to confirm that they were scheduled to come out and the receptionist said yes but she couldnt give us an approximate time. They ended up never showing and there was no follow up whatsoever. We called in the next morning and canceled services with them and will be moving forward with another service provider. Disappointing.

We ve always mowed our own lawn but our current back yard has a fair slope and the older we get, the more difficult it becomes to get a good mow job done. The lawn maintenance crews are efficient, detailed, and professional. Our garden beds had been neglected for almost a year and Juans crew returned them to being an attraction. I began using Complete Lawn Care this year after a lawn fungus damaged 1/3 of my front yard. They now have my front yard looking beautiful again. Plus, I appreciate the tips they have given me on mowing height and proper watering schedule.

They charged me $464 to blow leaves into my woods and were 4 days later than scheduled to top it off! There is no way it took 3 men 3.4 hours to clean up my leaves! Rip off!

I did orginally give this place a 5 star review and I am changing it to one star. They offered me a Starbucks gift card in exchange for a review as well. The service was great until they got my review and that is when they stopped even coming out. They failed to show up yesterday when I had an appointment for a tree trimming. Didn t even bother to call. It took weeks of calling to get my yard seeded. I recently moved 2 miles down the road and brought my services with me, but I will be finding a new lawn care company. Clearly customer service is not important, they just want a bunch of positive reviews then they stop caring. I am extremely disappointed.
