Lee and his amazing crew ripped out my old sinking concerted walk way and put in patio blocking as well as a pop up drain. I can not say enough amazing things about their attention to detail and just the excellent end product. Lee and the team from LC Property Maintenance did an amazing job with our landscape transformation, getting rid of "the jungle" in our backyard and replacing it with grass (hydroseed). The team was professional, hardworking and detail oriented. Once the excavation got started, we realized there were 4 layers of flower beds - surprise! Lee made sure to discuss the options with us as soon as it was discovered, and we proceeded with removing all 4 layers to ensure long term survival of the newly planted grass seed. He could have taken a short cut and covered the lower layers below grade with top soil without me knowing to save time and stick to the original scope, but he was more concerned with taking the time to do the job right and full disclosure to his customer, than moving on to the next job. A great testament to the quality of work and professionalism you will receive from LC Property Maintenance. Lee was very professional from the beginning. He knew what would look good and walked me through what he would do with our overgrown landscaping. He communicated with me throughout the process and was able to get the job done in one day. It looks stunning! His team was professional and nice and I’m glad I went with them.
Lee, Dan and the crew are very good, honest and hard working. LC mows my lawn, does all the trimming, edging and mulching and special projects in between. Right now, we are getting ready to put in a bigger patio. I trust him and praise him for his knowledge and good taste. LC property maintenance is worth every penny! I hired them when I was in a bind; my mower had broken and my lawn was growing so fast. I never ended up fixing my mower, because I could never do such a great job on my lawn as the staff from LC Property maintenance. They take great care to clean up the grass from your patios, decks and sidewalks. We are on our second year with this company as our landscapers, and we are definitely loyal customers!
I made a mess of my yard after my pool was installed and rented a loader to move all the spoils out. Needless to say that s not what i do for a living. Lee was recommended by a friend, came to the house ON TIME, knew exactly how to fix it and quickly provided a written estimate. I made changes along the way and he accommodated every call and text. He and his crew went WAY above and beyond the original scope to make it look perfect. The man is a surgeon with a skid-steer. Everything was left clean, explained how to properly care for the new seed he put down, and no questions were left unanswered. Definitely having him back to do the front yard next. I ll only recommend them for landscaping/hardscaping work.

Lee and his crew did an amazing job transforming the front of our house and putting in a beautiful patio with custom built block steps. We will be doing the backyard next year, and Lee is the man we trust to make it happen!
We had a patio put down with patio stones (21 x 11). He prepared the sub base and also landscaped the perimeter with top soil and grass. Its beautiful! The price was very reasonable. They had to remove the wooden stair from the back door to complete the patio. The job was done very professionally except for the fact I had to ask three separate times to finish the job and put the stairs back to the door. He finally after a week later, came to put the stairs back.
Lee and his team are awesome! We were selling our house and sold our lawnmower so we needed someone to mow for us. Also, we had to go on a month to month basis due to when we were closing etc. Lee was fantastic about this. His employees are professional and on point. Everything was done weekly and our lawn looked great! Thanks again!

After speaking with Lee, our issue has been resolved. We were issued a full refund and released from our contract. While we werent happy with the service, he did show good customer service and did right by the customer. Thank you Lee and sorry things did not work out.
