Price increased from £7.50 to £19.00 per treatment in less than a year, with no written correspondence to advise of the price increase. Given they are only here for less than 2 minutes and whilst the cost of chemicals has increased , a dilute solution covering 20m2 doesn't justify a 250% increase in price. The lawn treatment frankly didn't make any difference to our lawn over the couple of years we used it. It's also surprising and disappointing that a company in this day and age can't accept emails or digital payment, they are stuck in the 20th Century. Avoid this old fashioned rip off company, just buy some lawn care treatment from your supermarket and save yourself a fortune.

Made arrangements for a very early morning appointment to view my elderly parents' lawn in Glynneath only to be told by text the previous night that Glynneath was out of their area. Disgusting that I hadn't been told this information before booking appointment.
