The Gardeners did a splendid job in restoring our garden after it had suffered some neglect. Fletcher and Tom tackled every aspect and nothing was too much trouble for them. We hope they will be able to help us again and we recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service. The boys came over and worked really hard, clearing out two large beds, mowing the lawn, patios. Replanting some potted plants that were too heavy for me. They also advised on what to keep and what would be better to remove. Their knowledge was excellent, and they knew all the plants and were able to advise on how to look after them to keep them tiptop. I will be inviting them back in autumn to help manage my apple trees.

This is a long overdue review. I first got in touch with James late last year but at the time he and his team were booked up to early Spring of this year. I got back in touch with James as soon as the seasons turned and he was straight around to take a look at the garden and offer his professional opinion. He did a walk-through, listened, offered his opinion as to options and I was left filled with confidence that I would be in an expert pair of hands. A quote followed soon after with some generous options and, in no time, I was booked in and the team were off to a great start. The entire team were terrific - they made really tough work seem easy; worked through all the elements (an unfortunate week of snow, rain and freezing cold, which did not let up until they were near the end of the job); offered their professional advice; were impossibly tidy; and I had some really good laughs with them and was a little sad to see them go at the end! Fast-Forward almost six months on and I have been in constant amazement - I love my new garden, it s terrific. I ve experienced joy through the seasons as I ve watched the lovely transitions as the Spring flowers make way for the Summer buds and I cannot wait to see what Autumn brings. I also now have a perfectly laid, stunningly green lawn, new timbered edging, lovely gravelled areas and a gorgeous arbour. James and his team are magicians for taking a nearly-blank canvass and turning it into an explosion of colours. So, to James and the team (and to Kian, in particular, and Louise, Fletcher and Tom) a huge thank you and I m sure I will be seeing you again.

James and the team did an absolutely fantastic job with our garden. Their professionalism, punctuality, attention to detail and quality of work were brilliant and we would not hesitate to recommend them. We love our new garden and have spent many happy hours in it.

It was an absolute pleasure working with James and his team to design and build a garden that we re just blown away by. From start to finish they were outstanding. James really took the time to listen to everything we wanted and made really considered suggestions and design recommendations, to completely clear and rebuild the space. John and Craig were amazing at making the ideas a reality in what isn t an easy space whilst being so considerate of our napping newborn. I can t recommend the team enough. We still step out into the garden and can t believe it s ours.

The Gardeners did a wonderful job in my front garden - digging up a totally overgrown garden, laying a new driveway and planting a wildlife friendly garden. They also tidied up the front wall and repainted the railings. The work was done just before Christmas 2020, and we are just starting to see the plants take hold and in some cases flower. All the work was done in a highly professional way, I was kept up to date with progress and any weather related delays, and they left everything tidy and clean. I highly recommend The Gardeners.

Back in 2019 had my garden redesigned shaped and planted . I really had no idea but James and his team did a great job with advice and design from start to finish . Garden looks fantastic . We used James and his team at The Gardeners for the recent redesign of our front garden and cannot recommend them enough! James really understood the concept we were looking to achieve and nailed the design first time of asking which was very impressive. James took the time to explain everything, from the clearance of the existing garden, build process and planting scheme which would meet our brief. When it came to the build itself Jethro and Choups were amazing. Very professional, hardworking, friendly (taking the time to speak to not only us but our children as well) and unbelievably tidy. Even when a few issues crept up around the choice of plants (availability issues due to the pandemic) it was all communicated in a timely manner and James went out of his way to explain any alternatives and source them in a timely manner so the project was completed as expected. The plants are now coming to fruition and our garden is now delivering that all important curb appeal we were after, so thank you once again.

James and his team have done an exceptional job in transforming our harbourside Terrace, from original concept to finished product, together with lighting and automatic irrigation. Always turning up on time, all work completed to the highest standard and with minimum of disturbance, cleaning up after every visit. All staff were professional, polite and clearly enjoyed working together. The works were completed on time and within budget. I approached them first for a one-off job. Since then I have got them to do all sorts of wonderful things, from laying beds to hard landscaping. If youre not exactly sure what you want, theyre very approachable and knowledgeable and will discuss a variety of options to achieve your desired objectives within budget constraints. They have been great people to work with - helpful, conscientious, hard working and communicative. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

These guys are just ausome! They carried out a full landscape job on a very uneven, messy over grown garden and turned it into something I can look after and enjoy. I thoroughly enjoyed having them around. Really courteous blokes who s passion for their job shows in their workmanship. A year on and I still love looking out and seeing it. I would happily use The Gardeners again for big jobs, and still use them for little tidy ups. Highly recommend.
