Josh, along with the whole crew, were very helpful and courteous. There was a mix-up with whether a tree was being taken down or just pruned and they were about to still get the job done. I was able to keep some larger sections of my tree, and they stacked the wood by my house in a neat pile. I would definitely ask for Josh and his crew again if I ever have another tree to take down.

We had a tech come to our house to discuss our yards needs and goals. He promised us an itemized list and estimate and we havent heard from him in four weeks. I called the company and left a message that was never returned. A few days later, I called and talked to Katie and she didnt have any information, but promised to call me if the tech, who was on vacation, did not. That was a week ago and I havent heard from her either. I understand that lawn companies are busy this time of year, but there was zero communication to let us know if we were last in line, if that was even the case. I would respect a company that called to let me know that they couldnt take me on, rather than leave me hanging, especially if time is a sensitive issue with seeding. Unprofessional and disappointing after hearing such positive praise towards this company.

We made an appointment to have some of our sprinklers moved due to having a new fence. We waited for them to arrive that morning. And no show! I work from home so I was at home all day. We attempted to reach them by phone and our calls were never returned. Our appointment was for Thursday June 3 2021. My husband has made several attempts to contact. We have now made other arrangements.

They never fulfilled their contract. After meeting with them and them having written down what we wanted done to our property. Paying for half the project. They send a email telling us the project was canceled no call or anything.

We were glad with the service we received at first as they removed a couple of trees. But then we asked to have a tree planted. Big mistake. The tree came with no foliage on it at all. (I have pictures). We followed their watering instructions, but the tree isn t thriving. This was about 4 weeks ago. Now no one at IMT will call me back or take my calls (except the nice lady in the office but she can t get them to call either). We spent a TON of money and are really really frustrated. If they don t want to deal with us could we at least get partial money back to buy an alive tree to plant ourselves? Having IMT plant that tree was the worst decision we made. They will not even attempt to make it right. And I believe the tree was dead to begin with. Don t trust them! And they absolutely will not work with you when there is a problem.

They did excellent work, cleaned up afterward when they were done. If you need some tree work done call them.

Had them remove a larger tree and cut back a neighbors willow overhanging our house. They did an amazing job. Learned they do all things related to landscaping and snow removal. Workers and staff were very nice and very professional. Highly recommended.

This is a great company, there price was good. The guys who came and cut down my trees were very nice, they didnt mind me watching and were quick to get all my trees taken care of. They cleaned up after they were done with the work. I highly recommend IMT.

I needed a tree stump removed. The employee that came was able to do it in less than an hour and so he gave us a discount and did an excellent job.

Weve had constant problems with this company not fulfilling their contract. We do not have much of a say at our location who gets the contract.they do not clean up the grass clippings, tree branches or leaves that they are contracted to do. In fact the other day their worker with the larger mower just parked outside the park for an hour at least and did not mow anything. And with this last windstorm the majority of the leaves from the park blew across the street into individuals yards. They have been on the ground for the last 3 weeks. If I could give a lower score I would.

I was the winner of there tree trimming contest .The came and removed a huge tree for me and ground the stump from the tree they removed as well as another stump from a tree I cut years ago . They crew was awesome . They did a great job removing the huge tree in my yard and also with the stumps . I would recommend this company to everyone they are incredible to work with . I went in to their office just to introduce our company that just moved in next door and leave them some info on our trailers. The office staff was awesome very fun and helpful. I will definitely recommend this company.

IMT came highly recommended and did not disappoint! We had two trees removed from our front yard which was completed flawlessly, and the clean up was impressive. EXCELLENT service and friendly, knowledgeable employees--- will definitely use IMT again.

Ive had repairs completed there many times, as well as safety inspections and oil changes. I have always found them to be honest and professional in their work and fair with their prices.

These guys are very dishonest. Failed our vehicle inspection for multiple things just so they could offer to fix it for us. Im so glad we double checked before we spent loads of money. Freaking crooks.

Helpful and courteous staff. Got my timing belt, water pump, and thermostat replaced at reasonable price, even with short notice. These guys really helped me out in a bind and did great work in less than a day.
