Blue Mountain is a wonderful organization. The hardscaping presentation was professional and actually showed us sample pavers/stones. They completed the project on time and were flexible on changes. This will be a very straightforward review. We needed a mini deck built. Blue Mountain representative showed up and gave us a quote. We accepted, signed, and gave a deposit check, excited to get the project started right away. Over the next month, we had a really hard time getting a hold of anyone at Blue Mountain. For every three emails we sent waiting for response which at times took a week to get back to us, we received one back with a very short reply and no actual answers. This was happening for about a month. We finally received a confirmation that the project will start in about 5 days, over a month after signing the contract, but... they forgot that a deck needs railings and they "forgot" to add the additional price for railings to the quote provided and asked if we would like to add the railings to a quote meaning the entire price we agreed for over a month ago is no longer valid. Just a reminder, this was a written contract specifying they will build a deck for a specific price. Conclusion: we wasted over a month even after receiving the quote and sending a check over. Be aware that even if you have something in writing with this company, they may not deliver on their written promise. Best advice, look for someone else who is professional and knows what they are quoting you for and avoid wasting time, energy, and frustration. Don't waste your time with this company since even if you sign a contract, they may back out from it.
We hired them in April to remove and plant the front and back of our house. What a great job they did the landscaping never looked better. Although we were a bit worried at the beginning when the plants looked like dead twigs but it was so early in the season and now everything is growing great. Very nice people, very professional and very easy to deal with.
I came across Blue Mountain Landscaping at a Home and Garden show where they had the best patio display. I left my contact info and they promptly showed up the following week to discuss how to refresh my patio. They were creative, supportive and patient throughout the decision process. Their estimate was accurate and competitive. They completed the project on time with no issues. It was a pleasure to work with Blue Mountain LLC. I recommend them for landscaping and outdoor projects.
Blue Mountain was absolutely amazing. They were easy to work with, very professional and responsive, fun, creative and all around top notch. We were not sure what we wanted when we started and with the help of Blue Mountain, we are ecstatic with the results. I HIGHLY recommend them for any work that needs to be done.
From start to finish, Blue Mountain was incredibly responsive, efficient, and courteous. They put in a garden wall in my front yard within days of contacting them. Jeff provided a ton of guidance and advice on what would look best, and he was right. Will definitely use them for future landscaping/ patio work. The price was reasonable- other companies in the area were overcharging and slow to respond.
Felix and team did my driveway and a walking path in the backyard - it turned out absolutely gorgeous. I just loved it so much that I turned right around and had my backyard kitchen done! They were very quick, punctual and very responsive. I have people stop on their walks to remark how beautiful it is- my neighbors have driveway envy!
Felix and team built a retaining wall for me in our backyard and they did a beautiful job. We were so pleased with how good our backyard looked, we had him come back and do our front walkway, driveway and build similar walls in our front with landscape lighting.
The men were all very pleasant and seemed hard working. We contracted for a small stone retaining wall to be rebuilt and for the stones around our pond to be taken down and reinstalled. We were told several masons would be doing the work. Both projects needed fixing to get it almost right. After they left we continued working on the pond. Our property was left in a mess, mud everywhere and no effort was made to clean it up. The Mulch installation was done well.
This is the second time we have had Blue Mountain Landscaping & Hardscaping do work for us and we couldnt be more satisfied! They come when they say they will come, do excellent quality work and clean up after themselves. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of patio work, stone stairs, or backyard walls. Their finished work is beautiful!!!
Jeff and Felix and the entire team worked tirelessly and efficiently on restoring our front landscaping and hardscaping a few weeks ago. They have a great eye for design and knew what to recommend when we werent sure how we wanted certain things to look. Jeff was especially patient and flexible and down to earth. Their level of professionalism and client service is exceptional. Were very pleased with their work and look forward to signing them on for regular maintenance.
Blue Mountain designed the landscape of my entire front yard and backyard, including the patio, the fence, the outdoor kitchen and the lighting. Jeff and Felix were very flexible and accommodating as we made multiple design modifications during the construction. The team has great workmanship. We are very pleased with the finished landscape. I have a sloped backyard that also slopes along the house, but that challenge did not stop Blue Mountain as they were able to install a beautiful patio for me in 1 week. Jeff, Felix, and their team were great throughout the whole process. They also helped us stay within budget by repurposing our excess soil and retaining wall blocks. They were easy to work with, very responsive, and accommodated last minute design changes quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to work with them on future projects.

Blue Mountain redid our entire from yard with stone.... walkway, steps, retaining wall, driveway and landscaping. From the initial estimate, they were so responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. Felix, one of the owners, was on the job site multiple times a day managing the team. The team worked so hard and diligently and got things done quickly and always was respectful of us living there and having to come in and out. We could not be happier with how everything came out. Our front yard is the most beautiful in the neighborhood.
Felix and his crew did masonry work on our front steps, walkway and added stone veneer to our home front under the siding. All in all, good experience and quality of work. We are happy to have found them through a reference in the neighborhood.
Blue Mtn does our weekly lawn mowing and Fall cleanups. We have a heavily wooded lot and the amount of leaves is ridiculous. Blue Mtn does a meticulous job all year.
We have used Blue Mountain Landscaping for our spring/fall cleanup and weekly landscaping for several years now and the service has been consistently excellent. Two years ago our fertilizer guy retired and we started using them for weed and soil care as well and our lawn looks better than ever! The crews are fast and friendly - would highly recommend.

I tend to do a lot of DIY and have a general idea of what tasks need to be done. I asked Jeffrey and his team to grade low spots in my yard with bad drainage. He didnt give me any b.s right off the bat and explained exactly what I had in mind with a sound budget. Others would have gone to the extreme and quoted thousands for a simple job. They are working on our front porch and we appreciate that even with this project budget is in mind and they take the time to really understand our vision.
