Engaged with All Good after the storms in April and May, at the shore, had me emptying my window well to my crawl space every 30 minutes. Water in the crawl space required immediate remediation. Out of 6 companies All Good provided the best solution of French drain on both sides of the house, enlarge window well and rerouting the downspouts underground so they would drain away from the house and out into the streets sewer grate. Carlos went out of his way to ensure not once but twice and many emails and texts to explain in detail how he would accomplish this. Carlos and team implemented all his recommendations so thoroughly and professional. They installed a new window wall and ensured ease of entry, completely sealed and that it had a cover that anyone entering the crawl space could maneuver. The downspouts were connected with the French drain and graded so that the water would empty to the street. Dirt was put back, then top soil and seed along with netted hay. Carlos and team worked fever-less to complete this job. For a dirty job they were very neat, precise and respectful of not just my property but my neighbors on both side. Can’t say enough good things about Carlos and team. I would recommend the company and them very highly. You would be in good hands. Actually looking forward to the next storm to validate all the good work they did and to finally put my bucket away

My daughter suggested I get a quote from All Good for replacing and extending my front walkway. She said the work they did for her was first rate and their price was reasonable. I did and I can confirm that they do a high quality job at a fair price. I highly recommend you get a quote from them for any stucco or landscape work. I am now going to have them restore and re-stucco a retaining wall. Update: Since I was very happy with the sidewalk work I had All Good do a couple of large projects ( restore and re-stucco a retaining wall and re-stucco an external chimney) plus several smaller jobs (restore a couple of homemade block walls, add new block walls around flower beds and improve drainage from the driveway). I can now even more enthusiastically endorse All Good for all landscape jobs large and small. Carlos and his team take a lot of pride in their work and 100% stand behind it. Not everything on my projects went right the first time. The retaining wall re-stucco was done late last fall and the weather did not cooperate and the stucco did not dry properly. This left a couple of areas where the stucco adhesion was not good. They came back in the spring and re-applied cement base coat then redid the color top coat, they did this to the entire wall not just to the areas with visible problems. For the driveway drain, they installed a trough at the base of the driveway with an underground drain pipe to an existing culvert. This worked well in a light rain but was overwhelmed in a heavy rain. I think they had misjudged how much rainwater needed to be handled since my property as well as the neighbors drain to this area. Carlos said not to worry and came back and installed a larger trough with multiple outlets that does a much better job. All of these fixes were done without complaint, hassle or additional money. As far as cost goes, when you see how much time and work goes into getting the job done right you will be convinced you are getting a bargain. If you have a significantly lower quote from someone else, make sure you understand the scope of work being offered at the lower price and compare it with the scope for All Good.

I highly recommend All Good Stucco Stone and Landscaping. Carlos is incredibly responsive and collaborative. Our backyard is sloped and we needed level ground for our daughter’s play set. Carlos helped brainstorm and create a level play area. I will definitely use All Good Stucco Stone and Landscaping in the future.
