Chads team transformed my lawn in a very short period of time. Before Chad the lawn was filled with weeds and was constantly burnt out. Now all the weeds are gone and the grass stays green all summer long even without a spinkler system. Chads team also assisted with some plantings and is a great resource. Reliable professional and very detail oriented

We initially contracted with a different landscaper, after removing a swimming pool, to have our entire lawn redone. The top soil he provided was poorly screened, filled with pieces of wood, rubber and other debris. We had many weeds. We then hired Chad Landscaping to remediate the issues. Chad started with a soil test to determine the ph level so the correct type and quantity of lime, fertilizer, etc. would be used. He would often stop by to explain everything he was doing. We always admired the lawns of the neighbors behind us and discovered they were both Chads customers. One thing that impresses us about Chad is that he is more concerned with giving us a beautiful lawn than he is with taking our money. We are looking forward to having Chad care for our lawn for the entire upcoming season.

Chad and his team have always kept the property in top shape. Consistently they work out creative solutions to deal with the complex waterfront lot he manages for me. Besides having the best attitude in the business Chad is the most passionate business owner I have met in Westport. Keep it up!

I received quotes from several landscaping companies, one of which was Chad Landscapes, Inc to remove a tree in the front of my house in June 2020. Chad Landscapes, Inc gave me the lowest priced quote by a couple hundred dollars and he seemed easy to talk to on the phone, so I was happy to confirm and move forward with Chad Landscapes Inc. After two months had passed, it was beginning of August and the tree was still there so I followed up with Chad about when the tree would get taken down. Chad told me he was backed up and that he needed some more time. After another two months had passed, i followed up with Chad again mid October asking when the tree would get done. He then told me it may not be until winter because of the storm damage he was backed up again and said that because of the price he gave me to do my job, he has to take care of other jobs with priority. It is now February and I have texted Chad and called and he is not responding. Its very frustrating to have been so patient with him for so long, while I had other companies lined up back in June that could have done the job for a hundred or two more. Now I have lost touch with those companies and almost a year later and the tree is still there. If you happen to get a quote from Chad Landscapes Inc that is a little less than another company, I suggest you go with the other company. I wish I had. What a waste of time dealing with Chad, stringing me along for all this time.

Not helpful to me

I called Chad to see if he can come out and give me a quote on leveling out my backyard. I chose them because his website states he serves Fairfield County and surrounding areas and I saw that his companys address is based in BRIDGEPORT. He tells me he has nothing until the fall then asks me where Im located. I tell him Im in Bridgeport and he tells me sorry thats out of his service area.... How is the same area your company is based in not your service area? Last time I checked Bridgeport is a part of Fairfield County and surrounding areas. From the looks of his website BRIDGEPORT must not be the demographic he wants to serve.
