BEWARE OF SCAM! I received an offer in the mail from lawn doctors for 8 treatments at just under $600 after the new customer discount. When I called to pay for the service they tried to raise the price by $300. When I inquired as to how a company could send offers to acquire new customers and then not honor them, the receptionist Tara said it s just a way to get you to call in not the actual price you will pay. Tara was far from pleasant as well. I will be reaching out to the BBB and consumer affairs for false advertising as well as the corporate headquarters for lawn doctors since this is a franchise.

My technician, Sandy is fantastic. He will explain what he s doing and he is efficient. My neighbors have asked who fertilized and did anything to make my lawn the envy of the neighborhood. I wouldn t use anyone else.

I am usually pleased with the service. However, the guys came last week - Wednesday for our prepaid service. Rain was in the forecast which it did. I called the next day to ask if they would come back to redo since it had rained within 12 hours of application. I was told someone would call me back and they haven t. Or have they come back to reapply. Disappointed in that.

Grass can be tricky and Im willing to wait it out another season to see the fruits of their labors next spring 2021. Im giving them a generous 4 and hope to increase to 5 after next Springs crop. Absolutely love their service. One year I had stopped there service and by the end of the season my lawn never looked worse. I had them come back the following year and every year since. My lawn is weed free, green and lush. Using Lawn Doctor is a no brainer, its auto renewal for the following year. I never have to think about it - they just show up to keep my lawn looking fabulous year after year.

The price that they were offering for a full year of fertilizing with their commercial grade fertilizers was not much more expensive than the time and cost I was spending on residential fertilizer. The first year with Lawn Doctor resulted in a huge improvement in the health of my lawn. By year two, my lawn was the best I have ever seen it. Your representative is doing nice work when they are here. My concern is that you are telling us that we must water the grass frequently. Our problem in the neighborhood is that we live with well water. Frequent water especially at dry times stresses our water supply. Perhaps we should be having a drought resistant variety of grass applied rather than one that needs so much watering.
