Our bug guy , Jock is always friendly and professional. He comes quarterly, like clockwork, to spray our yard. He is always right on time and calls us the day or so before to let us know when he will be arriving. We just hired McCauley Agricultural & Pest Service to spray our corner lot in Rio Vista with Pre-Emergent. Best time is Oct/Nov and again in April/May. Every 6 months. Price is reasonable. Takes about 1-hr. This is our 3rd time. Really works (stops weeds from emerging in the winter/early spring) and saves us time and hurting our backs. We use Richie who is polite, thorough, careful, and a near journeyman. At the end, as a thank you, they give us a bottle of local organic Olive Oil. I also work with one of the owners, Greg McCauley, who is also very knowledgeable.

I love this company. Paul is the greatest. He comes and he injects my crepe myrtles. My crepe myrtle since I moved into my house a few years ago have slowly declined due to aphids and white flies. I tried all of the natural ways to do it i.e ladybugs. Why the ladybugs did a great job. It was impossible for them to take care of the infestation. Now they come out twice a year inject and my crepe myrtles are slowly becoming healthier. I highly recommend them. I highly recommend them.

When I first spoke with him, he provided a direct line to him in case I had any questions and he always so quick to respond. He always checks in if I have any concerns before he starts spraying and is willing to come by randomly, even when I found a bunch of random larvae on my back porch (they ended up being flower petals, smh). I reached out to McCauley s pest control services when I was completely at my wits end trying to eliminate ants coming into our home. Arturo is the best! I wouldn t trust anyone else! We feed birds so have a lot of birds in our yard and My main concern was making sure to not expose the birds to any chemicals. Arturo is very mindful and careful to not spraying anywhere near where the bird feeders are. Arturo always lets me know when he s coming and he s prompt to communicate and answer any questions or concerns I may have. He s quick to reassure me and confident in his knowledge and strategies with pests. Just last time he came out I mentioned how I also prefer to try not to kill spiders as they are a beneficial insect (except for poisonous ones like black widows), Arturo was mindful to not spray overhead on our porch and said he would also put these notes in our file. We have been using this company for a while. We started using them because of having a lot of issues with ants. Haven t seen anymore ants since the first time they came. Arturo has always been the one to respond. He always gives a heads up to when he is coming and very knowledgeable.

Had squirrels in our attic. Big chain quoted over $16k to reseal attic ($4k) and replace attic insulation ($12k). Got a second opinion from McCauley. Their inspector was on time and quick. Advised there wasnt enough damage to warrant replacing insulation and quoted $350 for getting rid of squirrels and resealing. We are now squirrel free and very happy. McCauley was very professional, reasonable and responsible. Highly recommend!

We have had McCauley Agricultural & Pest Control service our home for about 4 years and are very happy with the service we ve received. Our main issues, especially having moved into brand new construction, were cockroaches and spiders. Jock has been our regular technician for about 3 1/2 years (at our personal request) and always shows up on time, makes sure to address any specific concerns, explains the treatments, and is nothing but professional and friendly. The office staff is always very professional and courteous, we have never had any issues with billing or rescheduling, and I receive receipts to my email inbox in a timely manner. When doing initial research on pest control services after moving to Brentwood we wanted to support a local business, and among the 4 local businesses I contacted, McCauley was very responsive and had the most reasonable estimate, and best of all they do not lock you into a contract. We have bi-monthly service and they come out to address any issues between treatments issues free of charge. Highly recommended!

McCauley Agricultural and Pest Control were called in to help deal with a rodent problem at our business. They also conducted a termite inspection. They were extremely responsive and set the traps on the first visit. They closed off the bottom of the building to prevent rodents entry. Their staff was professional, on time and efficient. Although they were not called to find ants, they found ants that our other service missed.

I ve absolutely NEVER had a bad experience with these guys! Cesar is my main technician and he s amazing always on time works around my home needs and very thoughtful. Anything there s any new bug or issue they are reassuring and helpful!

I use them regularly. However, I had a bad flea problem caused by some wild animal coming into my yard. It was so bad we couldnt use the backyard. They came out treated it twice. McCauley Ag & Pest Control does a terrific job! I have my yard sprayed every two months and I ask to be called each time because we need to lock our dogs inside. They have always called and showed up in the time frame given. Im very satisfied with the services I receive.

Thank you to the McCauley team for helping protect my property and saving my fence! Last fall when Mark from McCauley came out to give me a bid for spraying the front of my property to prevent roadside weeds, I asked about also spraying in front of my newly installed wooden fence going up the hill. Even though its pretty steep, he said no problem, and recommended doing it at least 20 feet wide. Ceasar came a couple of days later and sprayed the front of the property and up the hill, and came back and did it again early this spring since Id signed up for twice a year maintenance. I didnt give it any more thought until the early hours of May 6 when there was a wildfire coming towards my property. That 20 foot wide strip that Ceasar sprayed saved my fence, which is still standing and just fine. If you live near open space or out in the country along the roadside, I would strongly recommend calling McCauley out to help you make your property more fire safe. Staying on top of weed control can be a lot of work. McCauley makes it easy, they get it done and they dont forget.

My yard and lawns were overrun with ants, and Ive been having water beetles get into my garage (sometimes Id find 4 in one day). Donald came and cleaned any cobwebs and sprayed. From day 1, I didnt see any more ants or water beetles. The ants used to crawl over my feet when I was on my lawn, now I didnt see a single one. I am very happy. Thank you!
