LawnMatters' customer service is unparalleled. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Their experienced technicians are up to date on all the latest technology, and strive to make your yard lush and healthy. Since we started using LawnMatters last year, our sparse and weed filled yard has become a beautiful expanse of healthy, thick green grass. Our yard is now weed free and, due to LawnMatters fertilization and weed prevention treatments, stayed lush throughout the hot and dry summer months and also the frigid winter. In the past, we have tried many other national chains for our turf care, without success. Despite spending exorbitant sums, our yard was patchy and full of weeds. Ever since we started using LawnMatters, our yard has been completely transformed. Best of all, they are an established local company and relationships mater to them.

I cannot say enough great things about Lawn Matters in Nashville!!!! They have transformed my lawn from one of the worst on the street. I have so much new grass coming up and am so happy. The communication has been excellent and let me just say my technician is the best!!!! Let me give a big shoutout to MICHAEL SINIARD!!!! When I first spoke with the sales rep, I had high hopes for the services LawnMatters, who offered what seemed would be a highly customized program with good communication about the needs of my lawn. I spend a lot of time and effort on my lawn and had no broadleaf weeds, but I needed help coming up with the best plan for fertilization and was struggling to identify and come up with a plan to treat some stubborn grassy weeds. I was assured that LawnMatters could assist with this and that someone from the company would come out to do a quality check 1-2 weeks after the first service and to help identify and come up with a plan to manage those difficult weeds. However, it's 4 weeks later and this quality check was never done. More problematic is that during the first treatment, significant damage was done to the lawn from the technician’s equipment. There is not a chance that while he was performing this service the technician would not have noticed the large divots and tracks of torn turf he was leaving in the lawn. And not only did he not stop and choose an alternative means of treating the lawn, but he left without saying anything. When I notified the company and sent pictures of the damage, they offered no recourse other than to apologize and say that different equipment would be used in the future. There was no offer for compensation for either that or future services. I paid $177 for the single round of fertilization, herbicide and fungicide and I still have issues with the same grassy weeds, I have had to treat my lawn myself for ongoing fungus and and I have had to spend the added time and money to reseed multiple areas of the lawn that they damaged.

Lawn Matters has done a fantastic job transforming our yard. Their lawn fertilization services are excellent, prompt, and customer-focused. If you're looking for the best lawn care, give them a call!
