We hired Washington County Landscapes to build us a patio & firepit. The scope of the project included design, electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry and landscaping. We had a good experience working with Washington County Landscapes and happy how the project turned out. They were professional, responsive and did quality work.
WCL was attentive to our needs to overhaul our backyard from the first correspondence. Work was done on time and on budget. They even called to ask how we were after a heavy rain. We will be scheduling WCL to work their magic on our front yard soon!
Washington County Landscapes did a wonderful job of creating a beautiful landscape infrastructure around our new home. Not only did they do excellent work, but seamlessly worked in conjunction with the builders team to accomplish everything in a very timely manner. Poor follow up and overall communication. Three weeks to bid a project, contract sent and agreed to, and still backed out of the whole project. Lame excuses and consistent reminders on follow up. Basically felt like they never wanted our business based on how fast they agreed to back out. Sorry we were too small to invest your time on! Note that the owner responded only to defend a safety issue with a vendor. They did not address nor contact us on the multiple communication issues with the project manager Clint. For ex: Clint arrived on the original appt date stating he had to leave and would be back in "20 min" 6 hours later...... We never felt, based on the repeated missed deadlines, that our project was important or relevant. Another missed deadline yesterday. I am happy to share all of my emails with the owner. This experience was not one that I would want any prospective client to have to go through.
We could not be more pleased with the job that Washington County Landscapes completed for us. We were in need of a company to complete a full landscape project with new beds, walkways, and landscape lighting. From conception to the finished product, Lucas and his team were prompt and attentive. Lucas was on site every day and was quick to make suggestions and changes as needed. We are so pleased with the finished result, and will definitely use this company again in the future.

Lucas and his team worked to get us a custom fence and a back yard we can be proud of. Plus Lucas came out a help me learn the sprinkler controls, got me in contact with a weed control company and evaluated the water schedule for the new grass. All this in over 100F temps. Everything is living so far.
