We hired Sunrise to rodent proof our crawl space. On the first appointment, John let us know we might want to reschedule due to some active construction, so we did. When the construction was finished they came back and did the assessment and presented a plan that worked for us (minimal impact to birds, bees and animals). We made the decision to move forward and we re scheduled the next day. John built a custom access door for us on the spot. Highly recommended.

The pest guy was acting super strange. Very anxious, and when we were able to go into our home our things that had no reason to be touched or moved were. We found an expensive item of ours that was hidden under some things on the couch moved onto the top shelf of our bathroom, we couldn t find it for days, thought it was stolen, it was very odd. One of our friends thinks he could have moved it to steal it if we called them back for regular maintenance. I m more wary of people in our house now, just a weird experience.

The company has always been on time and addressed any issues I may have. When I was gone for a few months, I came home to find mice had invaded the house! Sunrise was out very quickly, they set traps, took care of any mouse remains, made suggestions for what I could do to make the house more rodent proof and set traps in my crawl space. Sunrise has been our pest control company for almost eight years and we have always been extremely happy with their service. Their technicians are always friendly and helpful, and the folks in the office are great, too. Highly recommend.

Just horrendous. Don t waste your time or money. This is not pest control. This is pest control for people who want to say they have something but it doesn t actually do anything to effectively address pest control problems. The service tech will be there no more than 5 minutes and will do everything possible to not communicate with you or be there when you are. By offering to help they literally offered to charge double to do what anyone would expect to provide the most basic level of service possible. If you have this company come out they will maybe spray a few bushes, leave you with a bill higher than your utilities and then run before you get to speak with them. If you expected them to assess and respond to a pest control problem you are sadly calling the wrong company. They do not know how to provide this service. Kitsap you deserve better. I don t want to see these trucks around next year. Tell them this is garbage with your wallet.

Recently, we had a problem with an increasingly bad odor coming from the floor heating ducts . We called sunrise pest control, and they sent Paul to assist us. He did a thorough inspection under the house and carefully explain to us that some type of pest, probably a rodent or similar had torn up the insulation on the ductwork. He went back under and located the problem. It was a deceased raccoon. The The body was removed and appropriate chemicals were applied to dissipate the odor. Paul was excellent and thorough. He explained how we might plug gaps in the skirting around our home. He also gave us suggestions to remove the residual odor. Immediately everything got better. We are very, very grateful for this service.

Sunrise has been providing pest control at my house for years. They are very good.

They silently cancelled my warranty for on-call pest management for having ordinary house shrubs along the house. This entire time, I have been paying for a non-existent service without any notification that my shrubs violate the fine print. They were nice and offered a $150 fee instead of the typical $300+ fee to make sure I cut a few shrubs back to stamp my warranty back on, wait 3 months to deal with my current problem (which wasnt even related to the house + shrubs), or cancel if I was dissatisfied. Avoid at all costs, they do not treat their customers right when they need them most.

These guys do a great job whether dealing with spiders and ants or keeping the mice and rats at bay. We have used them for several years and they are on time, knowledgeable, and thorough. We are very happy customers.

I have used their services since winter of 2019. Had an issue with rodents from nearby fields getting under house. They repaired the door to crawl space and set out bait boxes. Since then there has been no problems. I keep the service as preventative maintenance. They refill bait every 2 months. I like that they send a reminder email a few days before coming, although the technician always comes to the door to let me know he is there and to ask if there have been any issues. I am very happy with their service - their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, and the service is reasonably priced.

Sunrise did an excellent job mouse proofing my garage and double checking how they were getting in and giving me lots of information so I can be knowledgeable. Anthony that came out went above and beyond what he was needing to do and really helped me out. They also came to my boat shed in Brinnon, Washington, and, treated the underside of the boat shed so I won t get powder post beetles or carpenter ants.. I really appreciate them coming out to help me quickly and effectively and with great service.

We have been using Sunrise Pest for decades. No more carpenter ants, when rats appeared during some local construction they set bait traps an we havent seen a rat since. We had in ground wasp nests that they also took care of. They even wipe down the webs under the overhangs each time they are here. We would recommend highly recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with Sunrise. They could have done everything needed in one visit but they said they needed 4 visits and nickle-and-dimed me to death. Then they incorrectly billed me. it was the most frustrating experience in my life as a home owner that has multiple rentals. They have lost me forever as a client.

The technician explained things well, however personally I felt a bit of pressure to sign up for continued service, which we chose not to do. The wording on the paperwork/flyer was confusing and not clear as to what a person would be agreeing to. Of course, none of this is the technicians fault; it is the fault of the company.

We really like the two technicians weve dealt with since spring of 2022. We didnt have such a good experience with a 3rd tech, but that was just one time when the others couldnt come. We are mystified why our ant infestation cant be cleared up once and for all, but at the same time believe in our techs process and their explanations. We are apparently dealing with one or more queens and nests that so far have eluded treatment. Our hopes are that this will be accomplished soon.

Spider webs by front door were not knocked down like I thought they were supposed to be. Spray had no affect on that spider.

Felt like it was a waste of hundreds of dollars.

We had a great experience the first time they came out. The guy was super nice and we were satisfied with him being able to get our ants under control. They just came out for their 2 week follow up and we noticed the next day that there were ants swarming all over our back deck and spider eggs hatched everywhere on our window and railing outside. So I called and spoke to a gal named Gabrielle who was extremely rude to me, kept cutting me off and didn t really seem to want to listen. I simply just wanted to understand what was covered under our service and warranty (I didn t know if the deck was covered and if they ever treated it for ants) but she just gave me attitude and was very unpleasant. Just wanted to keep telling me we had to wait 2 weeks. Hoping we have a better experience moving forward, but she definitely gave me a bad taste.

This review is for my grandmother Joan Vogt. We had the do a service and asked the guy to go around our shed. He said it wasnt on his agenda and did not offer an additional cost to do the work. Today I went around the backside of the shed and was stung several time from bees nest that was there. These guys are not efficient or willing to offer any other work out side the call description. I would call a service willing to provide a service and take care of thier customers needs.

Long story short my home had a rodent problem and now home is all good still have them come back 2-3 times a year to make sure were clear. ( They Just found a mole in the crawl space)

It took them a few days to come out from the initial call to the company, theyre busy and a little wait is ok. Im terrible with names but the guy that came to my property was professional and informative about everything he was going to do. He had laid out a plan of how to fix our situation, and informed me of exactly what he would do.

This company came out, knew their stuff, listened to all the things Id learned so far and where Id seen them, then made a decision on how to go forward. Fantastic experience so far.

there employees are knowledge in how to do the job but the warranty is not explained in full so that you wont be able to use it and have to keep paying with every visit. his is in contrast in that they offer free follow ups to ensure the ants are gone.

I have used sunrise for many years. They have done an excellent job of keeping pests and rodent out. Always responsive to phone calls and emails.

Technician arrived promptly, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, even answering my (many!) questions about the specific ants I was having problems with. Given the very small size of my house I noticed results in a few short hours and there isnt even any residual smell or fumes. If I so much as see a single carpenter ant again Ill be calling Sunrise!

I had an ant problem in my house. The company charged $255 to come out and get rid of them. They came two weeks later for a follow-up to make sure the job they did worked. I didnt realize it until later, but they charged me $120 for the follow-up. And then I called them a month later to let them know the ants werent gone, and they charged another $120. Total waste of money for a job they never completed. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

They cost me a 2600.00 Airbnb guest..should have refunded my 290.00 and helped me recoup some of my loss as it was the fault of their employee. Will never use them again. Never even got a call back from management as promised..

Sunrise has treated my property for Bald Faced Hornet nests with excellent results. The nests are no longer a threat after just one visit. Our young boys have become good at spotting them every year, and let me know when to call The Bee Man. Its a bonus when they get to watch from the window while the technician takes back our yard!

The Sunrise Pest Management Technician arrived at my home shortly after I telephoned the Company. The Tech was knowable, professional and polite. My mouse issue was explained to me, then taken care of easily and quickly. I d recommend this company to any homeowner with pest problems.

I have had Sunrise treat my houses for carpenter ants (first one, then the next) for approximately 19 years and wouldnt even consider using anyone else. They let me know by email ahead of each visit, and bill my credit card automatically, making it so easy for me! In my current house, Ive had sugar ants inside the house several times, and theyve treated for the ants for no extra charge, and no questions asked. At my current house, they also have rat bait stations, which are also included in my every-other-month service, at no extra charge. Ive never seen a single carpenter ant, ever. I recommend Sunrise to everyone!

Odorous House Ants(OHAs), aka sugar ants, pisss ants...absolutely gone in 2 treatments! Unheard of with this pest. Will use these folks again!

When I called to request a quote whoever answered the phone did not speak clearly. I recommend seeking out a different provider who has communication skills strong enough for a business phone call.

I had a huge spider problem. So my friend Victoria referred me to her company. I just want to say when the technician came out he did a really amazing job.
