Primo, the owner, and his crew recently built a fence for my yard. He got back to me right away about coming for a bid, was prompt for our first appointment, worked with me to come up with a plan, and he and his team were able to start almost a month earlier than anticipated. I have a dog and they went out of their way to affix the existing dog run to the new fence so my sneaky boy cant run off. The final product looks awesome - they matched it exactly to my existing deck railing - and I could not be happier. Primo and his crew do an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Wow! The Alvarez Landscaping team did an amazing job with our yard. Before they came we had a yard with no grass full of weeds/mud and rocks. They came in removed all the weeds and their roots and removed the rocks. They then laid sod and helped us design a plan for steps and retaining wall. Our entire yard is on a slope and they helped to get some flat spots for walking to and from the fence gates. The work they did was fast and high quality. They listened to all of our ideas and gave feedback of their own. We would hire them in a heartbeat for any landscaping or outdoor yard maintenance again. Also, they had great pricing!

I requested a quote with a brief explanation of the service I needed. The only response I got back from their company was their reply which read scam. After I tried to inquire as to how they came to that conclusion, someone named Joe said it s because I have an out of state number. After I explained that I am military and just moved here, hence the out of state phone number I got a ok, give me your address. The entire accusatory tone and exchange with this conversation was uncomfortable. Once I gave him my address and my availability, all I got back from him was ok. Put me on the defensive right away, and gave no information on actual quotes or availability. The only detailed explanations I got were about his experience with others with out of state numbers. Based on this interaction I will not be using this company. Edit: this is in response to the recent reply. As it is clearly shown here, the information needed was provided. And as stated in my review, I felt on the defensive from the start. I received a phone call from someone claiming to be the owner and I politely explained why I would not be choosing their service, that I found someone else, and wished him a good day. Two days later I received this text message basically claiming that he had no knowledge. I now have this reply stating otherwise. Instead of leaving it be or just exercising good customer service, I am again put in the defensive with this company. So, again, yet another reason why I wouldn t do business with them. Hopefully others have better experience. I do not and have already found another service that was able to meet me at the house before I had to leave

Alvarez Landscaping came in and did a great job cleaning up our garden area, ripping up moss-ridden grass, installing new sod, and setting in new gravel around our AC pad. Primo scheduled our project in a timely manner and personally made sure the project was done within the week we agreed to. The quoting system was straight forward and specified the work to be completed. Alvarez was affordable and did quality work.

Primo does excellent work and his prices are extremely fair. When my wife and I moved into our new house, we didnt have any yard tools to tackle the overgrown yard and bushes. Primo came in with his team and made the front and backyards look like new again in about 6 hours. Im still using his service for maintenance and I highly recommend him.

Very happy with their service. We had branches trimmed from our tall trees. They did a great job. We are working on the grounds ourselves, they even cleaned up a few of our piles. Nice extra touch, didnt ask, he just did it! I would recommend and would definitely use their services again!

Fabulous work from Primo and team. Alvarez Landscaping took our uneven hopscotch-of-a-path between our garage and our house and turned it into a smooth walkway with carefully cut flagstones. We can now easily roll strollers/carts where it used to be very difficult. A great end result. Done with professionalism and care at a great value. Will definitely use again.

Primo is a hard worker and he is very professional. He works for 3 weeks doing my back yard with pavers and doing a French drain . I definitely recommend him. Also he planted trees and made wood boxes for us.

If you care about attention to detail and quality like I do, then Alvarez Landscaping is the way to go! Primo (the owner) did an incredible job fixing my retaining wall. He put drainage, weed barrier and rock behind the wall, put down a solid base, glued the first few layers together and even chipped imperfections off of blocks so they would sit as flush as possible. I was so happy with his work and attention to detail that I used him again. When it came to laying SOD, Primo went out of his way to level my yard with high quality soil and even ordered SOD from across the state to ensure I had the best there is as requested. Communication was always quick and easy and I think prices were fair. Any time I had questions or changes Primo would come on site to ensure my needs were met. Overall I am very happy with the service I got and plan to use Primo in the future! Definitely recommend.
