Five Star Service! We bought a Bullfrog A6L Spa in Feb 2024. From sales Lisa and her team were amazing, we showed up late on a friday afternoon and she stay behind to let us see a few of the different options as we are new to the hot tub world! We decided on the model and away we went! Service, Elliot who provided all of our after sales service has been amazing and patient, I wish I had this much attention to detail in many other purchases I have made ini life, after 30 days he is still checking in with me to ensure I am enjoying the experience and that the maintenance and tub are working according to plan. No matter what happens in the future I know that I can call anytime to get excellent customer assistance and help with any issues, You could not go wrong purchasing from this team, we will be back for PLat later in the spring to put around our new Bullfrog!! Great place to shop! Very knowledgeable staff, great product selection! Those Bullfrog hot tubs are amazing! I tried one out and it helped those aches and pains more than any other tub I’ve tried!
Lovely and open atmosphere. I did not speak to anyone while there until I went to cash out my purchases. The young man at the till was very friendly offered to help get my plants to the vehicle and an all round perfect person for end of sale contact!

Livingstone Outdoor is absolutely wonderful..from the plants, the space and especially the amazing people. I went for the first time last week and bought a gorgeous Chinook Sunrise Rose (as it reminded me of the wild roses growing all over). Well, yesterday I came back and bought three more. Two for myself and one for my daughter-in-law. The staff are so helpful and so friendly. They are talking with old friends. They take the safety protocols very seriously yet make you feel at home. I want too go back again.
We have been here many times from purchasing echo chainsaw to a leaf blower that i feel like the Rockateer and iam going to lift off the ground the pressure is so amazing.. The staff had huge smiles on (under the mask) fully covid protected. Was not concerned about people to close as the isles in the green house are as wide as some golf fairways... Awesome job owners/staff will happily be back a million times more....
