Not respecting if property

I have used High Tech Landscapes for 15 years now in Milford, NJ. I am always satisfied with the quality of the work at a fair price.

I have been using High Tech Landscapes for all our lawn needs. Paul and his staff have been exceptional and go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. They are timely, communicative, consistent and professional from the start to finish on every project they undertake. Overall, the service surpasses our expectations.

On short notice, they showed up exactly when they said they would with the proper equipment and number of people to get the job done on time and priced within budget,

There is no other like HighTech Landscapes! The entire team is action-oriented and very pleasant to work with. After being a customer for 30+ years and having trees uprooted and replaced with new plantings, an entire landscape redone back and front yard, a landscape created to surround our pool 29 years ago, along with weekly lawn maintenance and a turf and tree annual program, we have the upmost confidence in the highly experienced team that Paul Cernuto has built. He is also unlike any business owner we know, as he provides his cell number for us to text him directly if we ever have any questions or concerns. Thank you Paul and High Tech for your impeccable service after all these years! Hopefully, we ll be around for another 30!!!

They had 2 dump trucks on the Parkway. One of them was dumping stuff all over the place while driving. They broke my windshield. Driver would not pull over. Made multiple attempts to contact them with no response.

Do not use this company for snow removal. They were hired for our development for snow removal and they are beyond terrible. They were taking side payments from residents to remove snow from private driveways when they never cleared the public areas they were paid to clear. They were on site the first day of a large storm and did not come back to finish the job they were paid to do. Their equipment stayed in the same spot for days after the storm not in use. I cannot express what a unprofessional, poor quality and unethical company this is. Avoid them at all costs.

Worked with comfort lawns for 30 yrs, was a forman ran a crew of 5 to 6 men . Can fix mowers out on the field to keep us going and repair any damage made with in reason . No how to talk or reason with customers, etc,ect

With a lot of work?

I hired High Tech Landscapes to complete a large project for my home. Each team member was kind, punctual, informative, and accommodating. They were easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Communication flowed from beginning to end. Their attention to detail, care of the work, and follow-up all exceeded expectations. I would absolutely recommend High Tech Landscapes for any landscaping needs or dreams.

My HOA uses them and the workers have decided myself and my neighbors dont matter as they cant ever do any pruning or mulch work without leaving debris all over the sidewalks, curb areas etc. incredibly sloppy work that always looks 65% finished. Me and my neighbor are constantly sweeping up after them as we have pride in our homes and the appearance.

My HOA hired them They are doing a terrible job. We have more weeds now than we had before.

They cut the grass at the adult community where I live. This morning one of their crews trucks pulled up in front of my house and dumped their loose trash from their trucks cab into my empty garbage can. It included multiple empty booze bottles ,coffee cups, soda cans, water bottles and dozens of cigarette butts. By the time I got outside they were pulling away. It took quite awhile to clean this disgusting mess up. Do not hire these lowlifes.

High Tech did a great job on our current landscaping. We used them to edge, re-grade, seed some spots and mulch our current beds. They were on time, prompt and thorough. The crew is efficient, clean and friendly. Will definitely use them again!

Hightech was hired to do a large patio job. They cut corners in a few places and took forever to get the job done. They built a firepit at my house that also exploded kicking up ash which was scary. Thumbs out it was due to the way they constructed the pit. I have Tried to resolve this with them over four months and have not heard from anyone from a customer service perspective. Therefore I can only warn you about doing business with this company due to poor customer service and their ability to cut corners which impacts quality.

Contacted this company to address my landscape lighting issue. Have an existing system and wanted them to either repair it if possible, or, recommend an upgraded system that they could install. The salesman, Jon, came to my home, I explained what I was looking to have done, and he said he would survey the property and provide me with a quote. Not only did he NOT survey the property, he hopped in his truck 2 mins after our conversation, left, and never returned. I reached out to him via text (which is how he contacted me to tell me he would be late) and asked if hes still going to provide a quote and he told me yes, within 24-48 hours. Havent heard from him since. Poor customer service.

I recently had a paver patio installed by High Tech and am absolutely thrilled with the results. Living in an HoA community, I was limited with my options but Ray England of High Tech was an absolute pleasure to work with and came up with a plan (including planting) that was pleasing to the eyes and reasonable to the wallet. Strongly recommend and wouldnt hesitate to use again.

Amazing landscaping job, I was thrilled with the results! Jeff Voss and his workers went above and beyond The call of duty. They were the consummate professionals, hard working, prompt, pleasant, they bent over backwards to please and had great suggestions to make my space even more beautiful then I could have imagined! Follow-up was also terrific. If you need any job, large or small, do yourself a favor and call them. You won t be disappointed!

Great service and friendly people

We recently had our landscaping completely redone in the front and side of our house and used High Tech for the job. Not knowing anything about design or layout, Jeff did a great job answering all of our questions and going above and beyond with the design while staying within our budget. We are very pleased with his service and expect to use them for many more projects to come.

The lawn maintenance crew was very friendly and my lawn looks fantastic. When I call into customer service I get a kind and courteous person. Service for me is A-1

wish i could post pictures. they r hired by our development in millponds. worse service ever. most of the do not speak english, leaving debris on sidewalks, never trimming bushes, breaking nbrs glass backyard doors, nasty personality of the only one speaking mngr.

High Tech appears to be a well organized place of business. Service was great.

Good hard working company. There snow plow hit my car and then ran but the police caught him. They maned up and fixed my car.

After a record breaking snow fall, I have to say my heart goes out to these men and the work they do. I live in one of the communities they service and want to thank them for their time and effort. You guys are doing a great job under these ridiculous circumstances. Id recommend your company to everyone I know!

I have used these guys for @ 15 years. Needed to get my lawn aerated and seeded. Nice job and follow-up. Last minute ask for the fall give. Time o do it was now and they were able to quickly.
